Consumer Complaint: THIS COMPANY CAN NOT AND HAS NOT produced me my original bill from the original creditor they purchased my debt from and because of that they must to cease all collection efforts and remove this account from my credit report. REMEMBER I AM REQUESTING VALIDATION, NOT VERIFICATION!! This COMPLAINT is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureau { s }, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. Please provide me with the following : What the money you say I owe is for : Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe : Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe : Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable : Identify the original creditor : Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account : Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state : Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service : At this time I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major Credit Bureaus { XXXX, XXXX or XXXX } this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you for the following : Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Defamation of Character If your offices are able to provide proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes listing any information with a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate. If your company fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report and a copy of such deletion { to any/all of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX } request shall be sent to me immediately. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your company to my home or my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. It would be advisable that you assure your records are in order before I am forced to take legal action against your company and your client. This is an attempt to correct your records, any information obtained shall be used for that purpose. A response with a bill is NOT evidence of proof that the debt is mine. Anyone can open an account under my name for which a bill is produced, but that doesn't mean it was actually me or that the debt is actually mine. I need real evidence. This evidence consists of a contract from the original creditor or some agreement bearing MY written signature agreeing to pay the debt. In the absence of this evidence I ask you to please remove this account from my credit report. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device should be excluded from a consumer report. The definition of a credit card under 15 usc 1681 is the same as it is under 15 usc 1602 ( l ) which is the term credit card means any card, plate, coupon Book or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or service on credit. Notice, congress said ANY card.The credit card is my Social Security card. This is the credit card I used to originate every consumer credit transaction below they should all be removed from my consumer report pursuant to 15 usc1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) I am demanding that you remove these transactions immediately As they are a violation of my rights as a federally protected consumer under title 15 chapter 41. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO FURNISH MY CREDIT REPORT.

Consumer Complaint: Received a letter informing us my husband was lucky, that XXXX XXXX was willing to accept a greatly reduced amount of money in order to cancel a loan. We wrote informing them there was never such a loan ... wrong party. Today we received a letter wanting everything from social security numbers, drivers license numbers, etc.and to have this informative letter notarized. I called XXXX XXXX ... they have no loan as described by the letter. The company sending the letter is Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. They are located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Wa. XXXX ... The loan is to be for {$3000.00} ... At this point, having made several inquiries, we are suspicious this is not a legitimate investigation. We are unwilling to release our personal and private information, such as social security numbers, drivers license numbers, etc to this company. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports withXX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXXThis information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XX/XX/XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. Finally, you are reporting the INQUIRIES that are the result of the same type of fraudulent activities. It must be noted that I did not apply for credit accounts with the below-listed companies and creditors, some of these are the result of attempts to open accounts, but the companies did not approve the accounts. Therefore, these inquiries must be deleted from within my credit file. You can not delete the fraudulently opened accounts without also deleting the fraudulent inquiries. It should be noted that an inquiry that was not made by me is not a factual record, just as a fraudulently opened account is not a factual record and not referred to the creditor to be disputed directly with them. The credit reporting agencies have attempted to address an inquiry as a factual record of file access, but if it was done through fraudulent means, it is not a factual record. As a consumer, I should not be required to dispute each fraudulent inquiry directly with each company. These inquiries are the result of fraudulent activity and therefore, inaccurate in which the credit reporting agencies or the creditors can not verify, meaning that these inquiries are unverifiable information and must be deleted from my credit files. 1. CONVERGENT OUTSOURCI bal. {$1900.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2020 I switched cellular service from XXXX to XXXX. XXXX provided my cellular service but XXXX state I need to pay them so I paid XXXX in XX/XX/2020 and they still stated I owed them even though I had not telephone service with them. XX/XX/2020 I paid XXXX. They starting calling my phone 20 times a day for months. Now they have sent it to Convergent Collection and they are send me letters. I spoke with them and gave the the transaction # where the money was paid from my account. This was not enough so now I have emailed them a copy where the money was disbursed to XXXX. XXXX keeps telling them to send me threatening letters and calls. I have proved I paid them and they reported this to my credit report. I dont owe them money.

Consumer Complaint: Convergent Outsourcing continues to blatantly report an inaccurate, unverifiable entry on my credit reports. The entry on my reports reflect that Convergent reported this entry to my reports on XX/XX/2020, yet they did not provide any communication to me prior to inserting on my credit reports. No dunning letter was received from this company. I have never did any business with this company, nor have I ever heard of the company. Once I became aware of this negative entry on my credit report, I immediately began disputing. My first disputes were with each of the credit bureaus and the responses provided from each bureau reflected that the entry was verified by Convergent. To that end, I sent a letter to Convergent Outsourcing ( see attached ). To date, this company has not provided any documentation bearing my signature or proving the validity of the entry they are continuing to report. Convergent is unable to furnish the original terms and conditions agreed to as well as any and all terms and conditions that were enforced after the original terms as per the alleged original creditor, XXXX. Additionally, they did not respond with a summary of all account activities, including all payments made, late charges, interest, date of payments received, date of payment posted, charges made, and date of charges posted. In my correspondence to them I requested copies of all documents sent to me regarding this account ; again they did not oblige. Lastly, they did not prove the statute of limitations had not expired on this alleged debt. It is obvious that Convergent Outsourcing is not able to validate their allegation with documentation ; therefore, in the absence of them responding with any documentation to substantiate the alleged debt with signatures, this entry must be removed from my credit reports immediately.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to Convergent Outsourcing , Inc. stating that they were reporting a negative account on my report. I received a response form them saying they validated the account but they only sent me a bill and did not send me any information that I requested showing that the account is indeed validated which resulted in an improper investigation. I sent another certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX asking for proof of this account that this account belongs to me. They never responded with anything that I asked in fact they never responded at all and it has been well over 30 days. Please see below copies of letters.

Consumer Complaint: We asked them to help us port a XXXX number over and create a family plan back in early XXXX of XXXX. They said we had to create another temporary line so they could then move an established sprint phone line to that number associated with the family line and merge. We were told middle that month, that they could not help us and wed have to call customer service. Countless hours later on hold, and they were not able to do anything. That was back in XXXX We moved to XXXX at the end of XXXX only to figure out two months later they left the second line open which I was charged for. They said they would cancel the account but I would have to pay for 1/2 the bill, even though there was zero data and usage on that line. I agreed to pay and ask for confirmation of closing. That was XX/XX/XXXX. Got another bill and called in on XX/XX/XXXX. They assured me they will cancel and to take my card on file off so I wouldnt be charged. I was told to give it 30 days to cycle through. On XX/XX/XXXX received another bill, now {$250.00} bill and they say they have no record of me asking to cancel. Received notice on XX/XX/XXXX they were sending this to a collections agency. I called and they still they can not send me confirmation of account closure. I called and waited another hour to speak with employee ID XXXX who said to wait another 3 weeks to see what the total amount charged will be so they know what to credit. For me to wait another 3 weeks is not an acceptable answer. They were going to transfer me to a manager and then they hung up. Wasted 1.5hrs of my day, total of around 4hrs speaking with XXXX and they can not give me any clear direction as to what is happening. The line should have been closed back in XXXX when I switched to XXXX. Then again on XX/XX/XXXX when I paid the last bill, but yet this continues.

Consumer Complaint: I started receiving calls from a local number claiming to be XXXX XXXX and they never left voice mails and would call twice a day. And XXXX always calls me from an XXXX and always leaves a voicemail. And i finally answered and knew right away they were fraud and were trying to get me to pay {$140.00}. I called XXXX right after and let them know and they said my account was in good standing. And I kept getting calls until i told them they had the wrong number then I got a collection bill for the same amount from Convergent Outsourcing Inc. and I looked up the company and its a scam. The whole thing is all a scam. I didn't pay them anything because I know my account it in good standing.
