Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: The attached exhibits clearly display each violation of federal law against my consumer rights that Fed Loan Services has committed and if I did not send a cease-and-desist letter on XX/XX/2021, Fed Loan Services would have continued to violate my consumer rights in regard to an alleged debt. I am the original creditor of this consumer credit transaction and am the only one who could validate this alleged debt. This alleged debt is not mine nor does it belong to me but instead my social security number assigned to me as a natural person was used for fed loan services to have a line of credit extended to the corporation. Fed Loan is the debtor/borrower for the referenced accounts mentioned in the attached exhibits. Fed loan Services also has been sharing my information with XXXX parties that were not involved at all with the initial consumer credit transaction which also violates federal law. Fed Loan Services has caused much pain and hardship for me and my family as consumers and they must be stopped before Fed Loan Services continues to violate other natural persons consumer rights. The referenced Fed Loan Service account # : XXXX should be deleted from all XXXX of my credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and monetary damages detailed in the attached Bill of Particulars should be paid within 30 days of receipt of this demand letter. I hereby state that the information above is true, to the best of my knowledge. I also confirm that the information here is both accurate and complete, and relevant information has not been omitted. If this demand for violating my rights through perjury of law is not acknowledged and rectified upon receipt or within 30 days, I will proceed to file required legal documents along with my legal counsel to pursue this matter within the state/county court that I reside in.

Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: I changed bank accounts in XX/XX/2021. I signed up for automatic debit with AES twice. They have not been sending the payments through to my bank. I have made two months of payments using the same checking account. I have two loans and have made a total of 4 payments. AES will not take care of the problem which is on their side of the transaction obviously if I have successfully made payments 4 times with the exact same checking account. I have called and complained several times with no results. They keep calling and harassing me for payment as well as both of my senior parents. This is not acceptable to harass someone who has made on-time payments despite their inability to process a transaction. I am attaching documentation showing the harassing emails for bills that have already been paid, emails proving I filled out the auto-debit twice, and emails showing that the payments have been made successfully using the same checking account.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Verification of Employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness ref Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX I have continuously called and spoke with their loan thats been administered by Fed Loan Serving. At this point, I have been faithfully serving the state of Texas for nearly 20 years and taking care of my student loans and Public Service Loan Forgiveness ( PSLF ) applications. I have submitted several student loan forgiveness applications only to be told that its under review and its been under review for more than six months. Also, when analyzing my profile there are some payments as well as some of my state service that is not listed correctly. I submitted a request to get the account analyzed again and was told that someone would call me back. However, no one is phoning me back I have called into the customer service department a tremendous number of times! I have emailed and I have escalated the email correspondence and I am getting the runaround. I having the student loans on my credit is hindering my ability to apply for loans and I feel like I have satisfy the terms and conditions just as many others have mentioned and I am not being treated fairly and just by FedLoan Servicing they are basically ignoring my request.

Subissue: Received bad information about your loan
Consumer Complaint: I had student loans for my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I started working in government in XXXX. I finished my XXXX in XXXX. I was told I had to consolidate my loans for XXXX. I was told it would not affect my Public Loan Forgiveness. It did. It restarted over when I consolidated and I lost roughly 2 years of qualified payments. I called the loan servicer and told them they TOLD me this was what to do and it would not affect anything and they said basically too bad, it's now a new loan so I had to start over. I would be much closer to forgiveness if those payments would have counted like they should have! This is unfair and deceptive.
