Consumer Complaint: Please note I have receive the reply from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A and " NOTHING '' has changed about how my loan was handled, because Wells Fargo Bank is well aware that the dishonest handling of my finance situation was all smoke and mirrors. First I would like to say that my credit score at the time of this loan was over XXXX plus I had XXXX debt at the time of the purchase for this home ( XXXX ). Every loan agency that I contacted was eager to receive me, as, a client, but I chose to trust The real estate agency to come through for me, which they indicated would be XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. The person that handle this financial situation knew from the start that I wanted a thirty year fix loan. I had several conversations with her during this process in 2005, about the reason why I wanted a thirty year fixed mortgage. One reason was my credit score allow me to get a loan from any financial institution in America without having to even think about an " ARM '', and the other reason why is that I was debt free at the time of this financial loan. In your present letter you indicate a false narrative that at the time of this loan process that I would only be able to get an arm, in order complete a loan with any financial institution, and that is a complete " LIE ''. That only make me more angry with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A, as, trusted institution in the banking industry. Why would I immediately change my Equity Line of credit with Wells Fargo Bank from an " ARM '' to a Fixed line of credit a couple of years, after I notice that this Equity Line of credit was setup as, a " ARM by Wells Fargo Bank, and XXXX XXXX XXXX I took the necessary steps to change this from an " ARM '' into a FIXED Equity Line of credit. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A can not cover their misdeeds by sending me a thousand pieces of forms to my home, in order, to make be believe that nothing happen. My mistake was trusting a financial institution that is supported by my tax dollars ( The Government ) to be fair, and above board with all your client regardless of race, color of creed. You see I was born in the fifty, and believe that the 13th,14th, and 15th amendment to the constitution which make America realize that it couldn't survive without making the necessary changes to bring about a different result in this country, but apparently I was wrong, because no one want to take responsibility when a injustice has been done to a client. Ask yourself why would I want to take a loan out with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A with NO debt and a credit score above XXXX only to change my loan after ten years to a " ARM '' this completely doesn't make sense!!!!!!!!! Please do not send another book of paper to my home again that is the reason why I miss the first fraud that was committed in XXXX along with the trust that I put into the institutional banking process. CFPB ask Wells Fargo Bank this question have I been late on any of my mortgage payments in the late few years. In fact I have make these payments well, before the due dates. That how excellent I have been with Wells Fargo Bank , N.A . I am the BEST risk that any financial Institution would LOVE to have, as, a customer or a consumer. EXTREMELY NOT HAPPY WITH WELLS FARGO BANK REPLY TO MY INQUIRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not express in language my real feeling, because it would only lower me to their standard of Dishonesty.

Consumer Complaint: Someone managed to acquire our bank information via hacking a my I phone in another state. They then mobile deposited fake checks and turned around and wire transferred them out. Wells Fargo claims their " security features '' for this type of fraud is ironclad via sending secured text messages to my phone number every time a deposit/transfer/or wire transfer is done. I checked and this feature works fine as my notifications are on and no such messages show up on said XXXX phone records of mine.When we noticed this happened 24 hours later Wells Fargo said it was too late to dispute and that they had internal information that they sent me secured text messages to which I agreed to all the deposits and wire transfers ( saying I returned all the secured 6 digit codes back to them to initiate transfers ) .They refused to share the confirmation of these alleged returned codes, and they refused to identify the device type the fake checks were deposited through or ID numbers.After going to the OCC they decided to tell is when we agreed to mobile checking ( which the pushed hard and even opened for us at the bank ) that we are responsible for any and all fraud that may occur. When I mentioned I never agreed to wire transfers, they said when we agreed to online banking we agreed to all updates to the accounts.We are now out {$3000.00} in our childs college savings account. Great Job protecting Child accounts Wells Fargo.
