Consumer Complaint: So I had and issue with this so the Wells Fargo closed my account because I had too many Debit claims on the account and I filed a claim with Wells Fargo with the mediation department and they handled the situation very poorly I was refered to the cfpb because I have exhausted my claims with Wells Fargo and they told me to turn in a claim with the cfpb so Im doing it now I received a check for {$1700.00} and a check for {$2000.00} with the arbitration and the mediation and arbitrator handled things the wrong way the representative from Wells Fargo low balled me a check and I was so mad that I explained to the arbitrator this is a joke why do I have to be XXXX XXXX its ridiculous and Wells Fargo handle the mediation very poorly the representative didnt want to speak any further about this and I was upset how it was handled Wells Fargo and their company dont know how to handle mediation appointments when u meet with them they dont care to have to listen to you all they care is about themselves they wont let you explain things why u want this money or whatever they just want to get it all over with and never care about your feelings I have a major XXXX and I think it was handled the wrong way Im hoping to get a check up to {$15000.00} or whatever is agreeable for all this comotion and XXXX XXXX me wont cut it we have to agree on this issue because this issue is totally uncalled for so i do have a pending case with the federal court system in the state of Utah regarding how Wells Fargo treated me thats a totally different matter this matter is dealing with the arbitrator and the Wells Fargo representative how they treated me and not wanting me to explain my situation and XXXX XXXX me a low ball number so anyway just wanted to clarrify that with you so Im hoping we can resolve this matter with a check up to {$15000.00} like I said I was refered to by Wells Fargo do that we can get this resolved asap let me know what we can come up with numbers wise hope this is good info

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I opened XXXXhree dispute cases with Wells Fargo Bank regarding the non-receipt of merchandise/services from an online gaming company. These purchases were made to upgrade my gaming account. Wells Fargo Bank closed the disputes without requesting any supporting documents. They claimed that I had filed too many disputes and were unable to assist me. I provided supporting documents for the website purchases, clearly stating that I did not receive the service. Furthermore, I included confirmation from a customer support agent, affirming that the transactions were pending and not permanent. I was assured that a refund would be processed eventually. Unfortunately, this refund never materialized. Despite sending multiple faxed documents to request the reopening of my cases, I have not received any response from Wells Fargo. I am now seeking the assistance of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). I kindly request their intervention to urge Wells Fargo to reopen my claim with the merchant. Consumer Complaint: For a second time, I took the XXXX XXXX to another car dealership. He told me that I would have to replace tires on the vehicle and was surprised at the amount the loan was for, and asked if the loaner even looked at the XXXX XXXX Value, I told him no, that it was done with a loan application which I never saw. He said that in order to obtain a loan of close to {XXXX} the loaner would have to ask the mileage, condition, mileage, look up the XXXX XXXX Value, etc. He said the vehicle is only worth around {$XXXX}, so I can`t refinance, or even trade this in as there is more than the vehicle is worth, so I`m stuck with a vehicle that needs three new tires, the driver`s door needs to be reset, there is paint covering up a mar on the front, and isn`t worth the amount of the loan. Well Fargo Auto Finance, he said, should have asked all of these questions before granting a loan of this amount. I`m also being charged for two months ' of payments on it, which comes to {XXXX}. I just got back to work, so I have next to no money. Being a XXXX XXXX XXXX, we don`t make a lot of money, and Wells Fargo Auto Finance should have known this. Clients pass away, and we have to wait to get new patients. I don`t believe Wells Fargo Auto Finance asked for any of this information on the vehicle before granting the loan.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed for unathorize dispute Wells Fargo regarding my checking account as we were overseas and have noticed charges from XXXX XXXX and XXXX without my knowledge as I had no means of checking transactions due to poor internet connection in the rural province of where we were. I have filed the follwing claims : XXXX. XXXX XXXX. XXXX Before the XXXX or 30 day investigation period it was automatically closed and have asked for report but they were unable to send anything and instead just the typical note saying they did not suspect fraud due to the fact the account was being checked online and its valid. I have filed a complaint to XXXX as well and they kept sending the same letter and all I want is for them to investigate as I never did made any transaction with XXXX XXXX or XXXX. A big amount have been stolen from my account and I have also been contacted by Police Officer in XXXX but nothing was done to resolve it. I was told the case have been sent to them but they did not do anything as they said the charge was done online. How are they to claim fraud protection when they are letting the fraudsters get away with taking money from consumers account and the bank does not do anything to investigate and instead of helping the consumer they just assume on a basis that is not favorable for the account holder. I just want my money back and have them investigate as I have been unable to get far with XXXX XXXX and XXXX as I did not know any reference numbers and nothing in my name was showing up in there system. I was told to dispute with the card issuer but how am I suppose to do that when they are not willing to help me get my money back amd do an investigation.

Consumer Complaint: I received my XXXX XXXX XXXX Mastercard statement from XXXX, dated XXXX XXXX, 2023, with the due date on XXXX XXXX, 2023. The amount was {$9300.00} and payable to XXXX, with my credit card number ending in XXXX. I sent my Wells Fargo check # XXXX, dated XXXX XXXX, 2023 for {$9300.00}. Since I did not see XXXX showing it as received, I contacted Wells Fargo, on or abouXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They told me it was cashed but paid out to somebody named XXXX XXXX, instead of XXXX. They closed that checking account. They immediately opened up a fraud cast. That day I was told I would be reimbursed if this was a fraud. It was evident that somebody stole my mail and changed the payee to XXXX XXXX. I asked several times where it was deposited or cashed, but they never told me. In order not to be late with XXXX, I paid the {$9300.00} with my XXXX checking account. Everybody from Wells Fargo I spoke with, including my branch, told me that I would be reimbursed as long as it was found to be fraudulent. Probably about 8-10 different people told me that. They also told me it would probably take about 10-14 days. In the meantime, I went the police department to file a police report, as backup. The police told me I would need an Affidavit of Fraud from Wells Fargo, to file a report. So I asked my branch for that. They told me they did not have such a form, even though I told them that the police told me that all banks have that form and that they needed it to file a report. They never gave me that form to go to the police with. Very fortunately, the police finally were nice enough to do the police report for me, even though they again told me on 3 occasions that Wells Fargo and all banks have that form which is their basis for filing reports on fraudulent situations involving banks. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went to my branch to get an update. I was informed that having proven my case was a result of fraud, now would not result in me getting reimbursed. My advisor at the bank even submitted a complaint to Wells Fargo for me stating that i was told by everybody, including my advisor, that would be reimbursed once it was determined to be fraud. I think what is going on here is that Wells Fargo is experiencing lots of fraud like this. With the amount of money possibly being very substantial, I think they have decided NOT TO REIMBURSE their customers in these fraudulent check situations, saving them a great deal of money. I think, if true, they are engaging in fraud against their customers. I might add that I am a premier customer so you can imagine what goes on with their average customer. I strongly recommend opening up an investigation, to see if they are practicing fraudulent practices with their customers. Based on their history of fraud, I would not be surprised if this is a widespread situation saving them millions of dollars at the expense of their customers. PLUS, anything you can do to get my {$9300.00} put back into my checking account would be greatly appreciated.
