Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo closed my bank account, they then proceeded to charge my closed account for my auto loan. ( they never once emailed me or messaged me about this matter ) Obviously my auto loan payment was not going to go through because it was set to autopay from the account they closed. I have called and talked to them every XXXX month since this happened. They refuse to let me enroll in auto pay. So every month they charge mee a late fee, a processing fee, and they refuse to let me enroll in auto pay so this doesn't happen. Not only are they negatively affecting my credit report by putting a missed payment that was there fault for closing my account without notice. Furthermore they charge me interest and penalties every month while refusing to let me enroll in autopay from my chase account every month. What they are doing is terrible I do not know how they are able to do something like this.

Consumer Complaint: I discussed with a claims adjuster from Wells Fargo Bank ( NA ) Arizona ( who would not provide his name & I.D . Number ). There was a deduction from my checking account from a service of which I never received ( auto-deducted from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The claims adjuster went through my deductions from my account. XX/XX/2023 the amount of {$120.00} was deducted from XXXX from my checking account. They offered me a provisional credit.XXXX XX/XX/2023 the amount was deducted from my checking out ; yet, again, in the amount of {$120.00} of which Wells Fargo offered another provisional credit. XX/XX/2023, there were three transactions ( 2 credits of {$120.00} dollars, and one deduction/refusal of {$120.00} ). I called the bank and I told them to stop these random, and excessive, deductions from my account from XXXX. The bank agreed to block these transactions from the Merchant ; XXXX via XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/2023, the claims adjuster explained that XX/XX/2023 it was : " adding {$120.00}, and deducting {$120.00}, '' cancels the claims out. In total, per Wells Fargo Claims Adjuster, there were : " a total of 5 credits, and three deductions. '' Therefore, the bank reversed two credits, in the amount of {$120.00}, in total of : {$250.00} on XX/XX/2023. The bank never called me to warn me of subtracting this money from my checking account. Therefore, two transactions bounced, and left me with a negative balance. Wells Fargo Claims Adjuster representative, stated : " It is definitely Wells Fargo 's error, but we are not crediting your account back, and you'll incur overdraft fees. '' I believe I should not suffer financially from financial institutions errors around adjusting claims. This is predatory, and an unfair banking motive, practice, and poor, practical customer service skills on behalf of Wells Fargo. In addition, I am incurring late fees on the two auto deductions from merchants, while my account remains in a negative balance.

Consumer Complaint: On Friday XXXX I deposited a check my employer had mailed me. I did a mobile check deposit, a feature offer by my bank Wells Fargo. After the check was deposited, the app indicated {$400.00} of the funds were available now, and the rest will be available the next business day XX/XX/. I proceeded to make a XXXX payment using the {$400.00} funds available. On XX/XX/XXXX when trying to make a mobile transfer to resolve an overdraft, the app indicated the transfer was not completed because I did not have the funds available, though, the funds were already visible on my savings account. I called the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to a representative that informed me to contact the maker of the check because the check was on hold, and will not reprocess by Wells Fargo until XX/XX/, making funds available XX/XX/. I explained the check came from my employer. However, phone representative insisted that I needed to contact the maker of the check to clear up issue. I contacted my employer on XX/XX/, whom informed me the check appeared on their end as deposited and cashed. I immediately called Wells Fargo to relay the information my employer had told me and I was told the same information as Friday XX/XX/. I spoke to escalated rep XXXX, who once again repeated the same information finding no resolution to my problem, I explained the money is needed for my bills, and thanks to the Wells Fargo 's hold I was not able to deposit money into my overdrawn checking account and now I have incurred {$35.00} in fee. The representative refused to assist me, claiming there was nothing else to do. Wells Fargo has used misleading practices in the past, they have obviously not refrain from their activities. I did what I was instructed and yet I cant access my funds, now I will continue to get additional fees. How come I was able to use {$60.00} of the funds that were supposedly on hold? I want my funds release and any overdrawn fees from XX/XX/XXXX and forward to be reversed

Consumer Complaint: No amounts where settled or fixed by XXXX XXXX rather than the scammer falsely claiming to be me. This happened last year. I opened up a bank account with my father and I received a letter about a Wells Fargo account that was closed but I had never opened it. It was received to my fathers XXXX XXXX which I dont use. I worked and worked my way into finding out by opening credit cards as I worked and always paid on time. I came to the conclusion on who this might be and it is a family member that lives with us. I dont want to be blaming him but it isnt fair that they they thought I was doing illegally stuff when I was doing everything right the legal way. Now I want to do this right by speaking up. Its illegal to be tampering in peoples business this way. Also paid subscription of XXXX XXXX that were going thru a credit card that I never opened up? So there was two XXXX XXXX accounts? I grew and grew to the point where I saw the whole scam being committed by this person. I have not paid these cards ever since XXXX last time I used one was XXXX. I was authorized to my parents credit cards and the person using my name was slowly showing up in the system.

Consumer Complaint: My bank account was hacked, and someone has accessed my Username and Password to turn on my Debit Card. I was alerted by email, that they had breached the account. I then changed the Password, and ordered an new Debit Card. Also, I have had problems in the past. Someone used my debit card XX/XX/2022 to make a {$99.00} purchase from a fictitious XXXX XXXX. The same day I had made a legitimate purchase using the same debit card from the legitimate XXXX Website. Which indicates they know where I live, and my Wells Fargo Debit Card Number, and possibly XXXX Number. They have also accessed the exact place ( XXXX ) that I'd made a purchase, and the exact amount I used the card to make a purchase for {$99.00}. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX
