Consumer Complaint: I lost my job in XX/XX/XXXX, and thought I would be proactive in letting my mortgage company know and was immediately assigned a home preservation specialist, and I was told to stop making payments. About seven XXXX 's later, fighting with the mortgage company to resolve my issues of applying payments to wrong account & wrongful foreclosure threat, my modification was finally done on XX/XX/XXXX. My house was " under water '' by that time, payments were unaffordable and the mortgage company ruined my life with their bullying and unethical business practices.

Several concerns : FIRST : The email we received from you advising us of sending the same forward to Wells Fargo that we originally sent to The White House. ( going in circles ) From the contents of your email we can only assume nothing was done other than the usual forward to WF. We also assume that The White House sent the complaint to you for proper handling, like assistance right.? Well, we are dizzy of going in circles and tired of no clear assistance, or explanation besides the usual BOILER PLATE enclosures asking Wells Fargo to do what. When we originally wrote to you ( last year? ) we were advised that you were not able to handle this as it was not your place. Obviously this time since you received the complaint from The White House, you did not check our file that was " closed '', but simply forwarded the same to the mortgagee. Please tell us how in the world are you helping people. Just cleaning off your desk through a simple process does not get the results. SECOND : As a result of your uneventful process, we received a call from Wells Fargo yesterday, from XXXX, executive offices. Tel. # XXXX. Again, it was targeted towards us, asking for explanations, reasons, It was a call with a purpose to HARRESS us. He would not let me speak, at the same time accusing me of not willing to provide him with information. Character of arrogance, I finally told him It was not my place to answer his questions ( as I do not know what he was after ), just advised him that he should contact you or look through the files they have and find out what this is about. Very unprofessional behaviour, not even giving me his last name. So I said thank you and goodby. Once he reviews the information, he should call and we will be happy to discuss legit. information. Also no payments sent on the XXXX of each month no matter. XXXX day grace period. Multiple mortgage statements for XXXX month with h conflicting amounts. How can you receive a monthly statement dated the same as the payment noted on mortgage statements? XXXX along with the XXXX accidental death insurance, not authorized, the late payments on top of late fees, and out of no where random amounts due in the other charges on the mortgage statements XXXX the numerous payments made to Wells Fargo, to be told to login to the email address ; XXXX. Its yet another law and reason Wells Fargo has been fined multiple billion dollar fines on top of the multiple million dollar fines for all the illegal activity and actions by Wells Fargo and employees and their sub companies. This is just a minuscule amount of paperwork we were bombarded with by Wells Fargo home mortgage, in MD, NJ, SC, ID, CA, thats only a few states they have operations in.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I have the instructions on how to make a Wells Fargo payment using XXXX XXXX quick collect forms. XXXX by XXXX Wells Fargo was offering a loan modification. The dates on the photocopied loan modification dates are not matching the actual loan modification we received from Wells Fargo. At this point I dont believe Wells Fargo knew how much or what we actually owed. In the official Wells Fargo loan modification statement the first new payment from the modification was due XX/XX/XXXX. Oh they have the original payment amount incorrect as well. Our original payment was XXXX. 3 months into the mortgage payments, the payment goes and fluctuates XXXX and different amount due almost monthly. How can Wells Fargo home mortgage, in XXXX couldnt find or put the original payment amount? It all stems from the email XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX statement reflected the loan modification then. Fast forward to XXXX the mortgage statements that shows payment due, and it also has the original amount owed before the loan modification. We owed XXXX. Before loan modification. We were not behind or late, even though Wells Fargo wants to say we were. The illegal activity and company wide knowledge of said fraudulent activity statements payment amounts. Remember every complaint I have filed we have been told Wells Fargo can only go back 7 years. We have it in writing. Now all of the sudden they send me copies of payments received. The payment amounts alone they say they have make no match to actual payments or statements with payments accepted, bank statements dont match what Wells Fargo says. I honestly think they took the dates and payments i have sent in as proof and made up the photocopied loan modification. How else can they explain the Wells Fargo home mortgage statements amounts and random charges and the accidental death insurance payment of XXXX only on the mortgage statements coming from XXXX MD? How do mortgage statements in XXXX still show amount owed as the amount prior to the loan modification? How can they send monthly statements dated the same as the payment received on the same statement same date? How can Wells Fargo explain the multiple statements for one month? Neither statements matching, foreclosure notices coming every 2-3 weeks no matter how much we have paid. The fact that the photocopied loan modification paperwork and the original loan modification statements are not at all matching. We made 3 payments in XX/XX/XXXX. The amount of paperwork received daily from Wells Fargo was one reason they were and have been able keep consumers completely confused. The paperwork I have is literally just a couple months and a few years of evidence. Wells Fargo is and had done more financial damage to the American consumers and families than any major bank, Ponzi scheme ever. The millions of people who have lost everything, due to Wells Fargo and their illegal and corrupt fraudulent practices for 20 plus years. Everything I have sent shows the illegal actions by Wells Fargo. It also shows how Wells Fargo has broken so many laws with our loan up to XXXX. With all the illegal activity I have been able to establish. It proves that not only were we the victims of their preditory loans. We have been victimized yearly since the illegal closing. That and the fines they have received for not sending escrow info timely payments that wen to XXXX! We were forced into a bankruptcy that should have never been. I have established more than a pattern and fluke. Everything done to us from XXXX makes anything after XXXX null and void. We didnt miss payments. Wells Fargo manipulated records and they continue to manipulate payments records. I dont understand how Wells Fargo is allowed to be or so any business involving money. We havent changed anything from the first complaint. We have been doing more investigations into Wells Fargos fines and guilt over a 20 plus time span.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a Wells Fargo customer off and on since XXXX. I have had car loans and checking and savings accounts. I reopened a checking and savings account and did so two plus weeks prior to my deposit issue. Unfortunately, the local XXXX, VA branch of Wells Fargo closes at XXXX XXXX. on Fridays including the drive thru. I submitted a check deposit through the ATM and it was verified. The check being deposited was a Wells Fargo payroll check going into my Wells Fargo account. They have placed a hold on the check since Saturday, XX/XX/XXXX. I am told that they will not release the hold until XX/XX/XXXX. Under law, I am to the understanding that they can only hold a check for seven days. That I was told by XXXX in their customer service department was also a company policy. XXXX tried to say that on their end, it showed the hold being placed on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. My documentation shows otherwise. I can not get anyone to help me with this and feel that not only is this poor business practices but also violating laws which in the past Wells Fargo has done and lost court cases to. I would like some help in getting this resolved as they are unwilling to help.

I`m attaching again the XXXX that I got from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo Auto Finance should sue XXXX XXXX XXXX for false information on the XXXX XXXX they gave the money to, not me.
