Consumer Complaint: It all started in XX/XX/2023 where I had fraudulent activity on my account from Arkansas that got resolved and I received my funds back from the bank. However, I was waiting for my new card. And I noticed that it had been a little too long of a time and I called my bank and I said I had some questioning phone calls from Wells Fargo and it turned out that it wasnt Wells Fargo and they had gotten into my account on XX/XX/XXXX they took out {$2000.00} and then on XX/XX/XXXX they took out {$1900.00} From the bank is not returning my money even though those were from an ATM in Florida and I am located in Georgia and I they are claiming that I either knew the person or I gave somebody my ATM card however, I did not have an ATM card because I was trying to get my new one in the mail Now Ive re-opened up my claim and I filed a police report and I am not happy that its taking this long to try and get money back from something that I did not cause

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, Today I contacted Wells Fargo Bank again, and the call lasted for 50 minutes. They informed me that they have processed the following XXXX transactions and provided claim IDs : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX However, the issue is that when I asked whether I need to pay these pending claims next month, they kept transferring me to different departments without providing an answer. Finally, they told me that these claims are still waiting for me to provide documentation! I have already mentioned that I reported each claim to the bank over the phone, providing all the specific information based on the questions they asked. Yet, they refuse to process them and continue delaying intentionally. They claim that I havent provided the information, but how is it possible when I already have the claim IDs? It is clear that this bank is taking money without taking action! I hope the authorities will step in to supervise and address the disgraceful behavior of this unscrupulous bank! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I needed XXXX XXXX that costs {$6400.00}. The company told me about a no payment, no interest for 12 months financial assistance program. I applied because I couldnt afford the XXXX XXXX and was on Social Security XXXX and needed the XXXX XXXX to return to work. Turns out that the program was a Wells Fargo credit card that could only be used for the purchase of the XXXX XXXX. Also, there was no no payment feature. It took me 8 months to catch up on late penalties and as soon as I got on track, I was hammered with a {$900.00} interest charge for the first year on top of accruing future interest. There is little to no assistance for XXXX XXXX purchases and XXXX benefits for them are laughable.

Consumer Complaint: I`m trying to keep up with my payments on this auto loan that should never have been given to me as I work as a XXXX XXXX XXXX. We do not make much money. I just made a payment to Well Fargo Auto, and they put another late fee on the account on XX/XX/2023. I spoke to one gentleman at Wells Fargo Auto and told him that I'm having a hard time keeping up with payments but would make a payment Today, XX/XX/2023. The payments are due each month I believe on the XXXX of each month. Wells Fargo Auto is ripping me off with late fees. This has got to stop but I just spoke to another representative at Wells Fargpo Auto, and she told me that the late fees would keep going onto my loan. I also suffer from XXXX, and this is adding a huge amount of stress on me. I'm attaching the payment I just made along with the newest late fee they decided to put on.
