Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 and XX/XX/23 I used XXXX to send {$100.00} and {$1000.00} respectively from my Wells Fargo bank account to my sons Wells Fargo account. My bank statement and XXXX record shows the money was debited from my account as XXXX transfers to my son but the funds were not credited to my sons account. I filed claims with Wells Fargo but they have been denied. Wells Fargo has told me they are requesting the money be returned from the financial institution to which it was sent but can not give me the name of the individual or financial institution. So it seems there is no guarantee from Wells Fargo that my funds will be credited back to my account even though they incorrectly sent the money to the wrong account/institution. This error appears to be entirely their fault as the information I provided for the transfer was correct.

Consumer Complaint: I paid off my loan on XX/XX/2023 via a bank transfer with an online representative because the website was unable to process my payment. The full amount was withdrawn the next day. I immediately called in to the title area of the company to request that they mail the title as soon as possible because I had a pending sale. They notified me that it would take XXXX business days for the title to ship after XXXX days of processing. They also had incorrectly indicated my car was titled in XXXX when it was in fact titled in XXXX. I then proceeded to receive a letter XXXX days later that my auto-pay on my loan was canceled, and then on XX/XX/XXXX received a copy of my loan contract as paid in full, but still had not received my title. On XX/XX/XXXX I then called in to stress that I needed my title, that the appropriate amount of time to wait - as promised by Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX - had passed and that my private sale of my car was at jeopardy if they did not get me my title. On the XX/XX/XXXX call, the representative let me know that they were confused why my title hadn't been released, and that they still had not released my title. I let them know that if they didn't release my title and get it to me by Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, that I would incur financial harm because I wouldn't be able to complete the private sale I had arranged ( during that time, my XXXX offer had declined more than {$700.00} in value, and my private buyer needed to purchase it on XX/XX/XXXX ). I notified the Wells Fargo representative that I'd like a call back to confirm that my title had been sent, that I needed it sent overnight, and that if the title wasn't received by the XXXX I would file a complaint with the CFPB because of the financial harm that would be done by me not being able to complete the private sale. I still have not received my title, and have missed my opportunity to complete my private sale, leading me to now need to try to find another private sale opportunity which is likely to be for much less than the one I had before. I was never late on a single payment, communicated the urgency of the need to receive my title up front, and have been on the phone with Wells Fargo XXXX times to try to get this resolved. They promised to call back and never called back, and have still not sent me my title to my own property.

Consumer Complaint: I can only go back to XXXX but wellsfargo was charging XXXX charges that I have no idea what it is. I looked it up and has something to do with XXXX XXXX. My account is for XXXX and I transfer the money to my normal account. I have had overcharges which probably should not have happened if wellsfargo hadnt been charging random fees. I want to know how many other times they took money. In XXXX I went to a bank in Washington state to deposit I believe {$8000.00} it went to another customers account instead of mine. Thankfully they admitted it then and gave it back but this is after they were trying to pressure me into opening some special account. I dont watch this account as I only use to collect XXXX. I want to know many other times they charged these fees. When looking up that charge and showing it had something to do with XXXX XXXX I want to know if my account is part of wellsfargo scandal.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a girl in XXXX XXXX so she could get her XXXX and airfare to come here ... .I sent it by XXXX XXXX..about 3 wks later, I was contacted by XXXX XXXX and he told me that he was with the XXXX Department and I had sent money to XXXX and that the Government in XXXX had assessed a fine of XXXX and if I did not pay this immediately, that I would be XXXX ... I told them that I did not have the money and he asked about my credit cards and I told him that they were pretty much maxed out ... .he told me that they would pay off my credit cards, but I was to send them cash advances and gift cards as soon as possible to avoid XXXX... so they paid off the credit cards and then I got gift cards and cash advances to pay off the fine ... .3 or 4 wks later, the check they used to pay off the credit cards bounced and now I have my original balance as well as the new balance created by the gift card purchases... I also sent them 8 new cell phones as payment of the fine... I never heard from them again ... and then XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX contacted me and they said that they were from the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they would help me in recovering funds taken by XXXX XXXX ... .I sent them all of the gift cards and receipts that I got and they supposedly started to work on my case... I had to join XXXX XXXX for them to work on my case... .After a few months I sold some of my real estate and I was told that XXXX required 50 % of the proceeds from the sale of the property for verification... so I sent them XXXX by wire transfer from my bank and then when I sold my house, I sent them XXXX by wire transfer from my bank and I was told that the funds would be returned to me immediately after they were verified ... I never received a penny from them ... .and now when I try to get my money they say there are fees involved ... so I paid them XXXX and then they say that I need to pay XXXX for the IRS... I paid them, and then they say that I need to pay XXXX because that is what my state requires for them to send me back my XXXX... and now they want another XXXX because of something else... .I don't have any more money left and I have sold all of my property and don't have any money left ... I am living with my daughter now because I don't have any where else to go... I had about XXXX worth of real estate and I was going to retire on this ... .I am XXXX yrs old and now after they have gotten ahold of me I have no property and no money... I also got involved with a girl from XXXX and she told me about the XXXX business ... so I sent XXXX to XXXX XXXX which is the trading platform and we got started ... In total I have sent XXXX XXXX XXXXand according to their platform screen, I have XXXX XXXX in the account... .this is from successful trades over the last XXXX months ... .they had a program where you would put XXXX in the account and would be given XXXX added to your account... .I had 30 days to make this deposit and my house closing was delayed and I got an extension on the deadline... and then I had to get another extension ... .now they say that the delays were malicious and I have to deposit another XXXX and then my funds would be available for withdrawal ... .I completed this and now they say that they suspected XXXX XXXX and I would have to deposit another XXXX before I could withdraw ... .I don't have it and they won't let me withdraw ... .I don't know where to turn because I have no money left and no property to sell... please help me...

Consumer Complaint: FACTS : XXXX. I entered into a 36 month balloon promissory note with Wachovia Bank. XXXX. XXXX loan number XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX maturing XX/XX/XXXX at fixed rate of 6.75 %. XXXX. I documented regular monthly payments from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. Regular interest only payments were made for 12 months after the maturity date of the Note. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, correspondence from XXXX indicates I requested XXXX to accept a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I and XXXX agreed to modify the mortgage and extend the maturity date to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Mortgage XXXX XXXX Services ( MERS ) transferred the subject Deed of Trust from XXXX to Wells Fargo. XXXX. From mid XXXX through XXXX of XXXX, I attempted to work out, renegotiate, short sale modify or seek deed in lieu of foreclosure from Wells Fargo. Multiple correspondence indicates my providing requested financial information for loan workout. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo returned the regular interest payment to me dated XX/XX/XXXX. Correspondence stated the balloon maturity date had passed, and payment in full was required within 30 days of the maturity date. NOTE ITEM XXXX ABOVE. The maturity date per the extension was XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. I submitted no payments between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I engaged attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX. Various communications were made attempting to work out the loan. Acceptable terms could not be reached between Wells Fargo and me. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo referred the loan to its counsel to initiate the foreclosure process. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by XXXX and Associates advising me they were initiating the foreclosure process. XXXX. During this time period, clients worked with XXXX XXXX re : refinance. Credit reports indicated negative treatment, and loan refinancing could not be obtained. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid in full the outstanding balance of {$180000.00} causing me pain and suffering. XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I corresponded with XXXX credit reporting agencies explaining the discrepancies with reports from Wells Fargo. I acknowledged to the agencies that at a certain time payments did stop. XXXX. Negative credit reporting made me unable to conduct any financial dealings due to a ) impaired credit/credit scores and b ) increased debt to income ratio. XXXX. The Account XXXX on the subject loan/note with XXXX and Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo provided a client number of XXXX. XXXX. In an email dated XX/XX/XXXX, I provided an explanation of credit reporting which identified a HELOC loan. To XXXX XXXX, there were no other loans or accounts with Wells Fargo, other than the subject loan. XXXX. On an XXXX credit report dated XX/XX/XXXX there are XXXX ( XXXX ) Wells Fargo accounts noted. Of note are XXXX entries : a ) No. XXXX with XXXX XXXX of {$170000.00}, opened XXXX, XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; transfer/sold ; Status-Paid as agreed ; and b ) No. XXXX with XXXX XXXX of {$170000.00} ; opened XXXX, XXXX ; closed XXXX, XXXX ; paid and closed ; Status-Over 120 Days past due. XXXX. On an XXXX credit report dated XX/XX/XXXX, page XXXX of the report indicates XXXX ( XXXX ) instance of " Negative Accounts ''. The following items are noted : a ) No. XXXX with High Credit of {$170000.00} ; Account is in the Open Accounts section of the report ; opened XX/XX/XXXX ; date of last payment XX/XX/XXXX ; date of XXXX delinquency XX/XX/XXXX ; account status XXXX Days Past Due ; b ) Under the Closed Accounts section of the report there are XXXX ( XXXX ) Wells Fargo accounts ; and c ) No. XXXX with High Credit of {$170000.00} ; Account is in the Closed Accounts section of the report ; opened XX/XX/XXXX ; date of last payment XX/XX/XXXX ; account status " Pays as Agreed ''. XXXX. Account statements mailed to me changed from XXXX to Wells Fargo forms as of XX/XX/XXXX. SUMMARY My last attempt to make a regular payment was via a check dated XX/XX/XXXX. This check was returned by Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX. The correspondence from Wells Fargo demanded payment in full of the outstanding principal within XXXX days of the maturity date of the Note stated that the Maturity Date had already passed. The modification of the original Note with XXXX stated the Maturity Date as XX/XX/XXXX. This was a XXXX year extension beginning from XX/XX/XXXX. The account number referenced by Wells Fargo is XXXX, and XXXX 's loan number was XXXX. It appears that XXXX added the " customer number '' of XXXX to preceed the XXXX loan number. According to the records theh loan was paid in full on or about XX/XX/XXXX. The single loan of {$170000.00} appears twice on the credit report. First it appears as a Wells Fargo loan bearing XXXX. XXXX and is shown as " Pays as Agreed '' and " Closed ''. Second, the Wells Fargo loan bearing XXXX. XXXX is show as " open '' and " XXXX Days XXXX XXXX. The credit reports obtained are dated XXXX ( XXXX ) day before the loan was paid in full by me. IN CONCLUSION Wells Fargo opened a HELOC under an account utilizing my information that I knew nothing about until the research was done, yielding the above noted information.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent back the form signed for the mediation. Because I'm sick of how wells fargo is treating me and calling me a liar basically. When they admitted it themselves with them falsely accusing me of harassing XXXX XXXX. Is the reason why they closed my checking account. I have a target on me for some reason. Wells fargo didn't know who I was but by the word of mouth by XXXX XXXX XXXX lies against me. When the police didn't arrest me and take me to jail. Because they saw that I wasn't doing anything wrong. This angered XXXX XXXX to lie to wells fargo for them to take action against me and close my account. This proves wells fargo wronged me and did an injustice against me! XXXX XXXX didn't need to provide any evidence when she falsely accused me of harassing her. She purposely put herself at wells fargo bank on that last day I was at the bank. It was all a setup. There was nothing wrong with my first checking account for them to close it anyway. Why was she allowed to snoop through my private information? She had the employees at the XXXX XXXX location wells fargo branch tell her when i would be at the bank. So she could be there to falsely call the police on me. When the police didn't arrest me. This further angered her. XXXX XXXX was already slandering my name at wells fargo bank. Well, they paid the price for siding with her with all the legal troubles they have been in since 2016. And for the wrong and injustices they caused me. I didn't deserve to be put through this. I don't know what it is about me. When people see me they can treat me wrong and do all these evil things against me. XXXX XXXX was XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX with all she said in her letter just like XXXX XXXX. Making me think she was going to settle with me. But I played along with her because I knew what she was up to already. When she kept asking me what she can do to settle this. I never in my entire life would have thought. I would have a neighbor who works at a bank to harass me like this. Because i fought for my property rights and XXXX XXXX didn't like it. Wells fargo is the reason why she is the way she is. Nobody has never made her be accountable for her actions.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern : According to 15 U.S. Code 1681C-2 consumer reports reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted form an alleged identify theft, not a later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am victim of identify theft! please delete the items immediately! These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer reports as they are in VIOLATION under 15 U.S. Code 1681b- Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other ( 2 ) in accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer I am demanding the deletion of the accounts listed IMMEDIATELY! Along with this letter I have attached supporting documents in order to update my file.
