Consumer Complaint: Background : I opened a new Wells Fargo Way2Save Savings account on XX/XX/23 under the " {$520.00} promotion ''. The promotion was to open a new savings account and deposit {$25000.00} within 30 days of account opening and keep the funds till day 90 of account opening. The {$520.00} bonus will be credited within 30 days after meeting the qualification. Problem - I opened Way2Save Savings account on XX/XX/23 and deposited {$25000.00} on XX/XX/23 in the account and kept it till XX/XX/23 which is more than the 90 day period. So all these requirements were met as per their Terms & conditions of the offer which makes me eligible to receive the bonus. Even after meeting all the requirements I did not get the {$520.00} bonus in my account. Efforts - I reached out to Wells Fargo customer support multiple times through phone call and requested to credit the bonus amount but I was given false excuses of not giving the bonus which did not make sense. When I asked for concrete details, they could not answer and created a ticket in their system but I haven't gotten the bonus yet in my account. This is the reason I decided to file the CFPB complaint. I have also attached the pdf of offer XXXX XXXX XXXX. Account email - XXXX Account # - XXXX Ticket Ref No - XXXX Resolution- I met all the requirements of the XXXX XXXX XXXX of the {$520.00} promotion offer and they just don't want to pay the bonus for no reason and I want them to hold true by their XXXX XXXX XXXX conditions of the offer and provide the {$520.00} bonus credit in my account.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX I visited the Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Pennsylvania XXXX My purpose for this visit was to submit XXXX savings Bonds for redemption and deposit directly to my savings account at Wells Fargo. I was greeted by someone named XXXX. I submitted to her about XXXX savings certificates for calculating and processing. XXXX separated the bonds for counting and proceeded to input the interest and total value of each bond. When she finished the first larger batch she indicated for me to put my debit card into slot for processing to savings account. Which I did.. She repeated the process for the small amount of bonds ( about XXXX or XXXX ) and again asked me to submit my card so funds could be deposited to my savings. At no time did any cash exchange hands. At my request I asked for a receipt which she gave me. I assumed I would receive XXXX form on site but she told me that would be mailed to me-which it was about XXXX months later. While comparing what was processed at the bank and what XXXX indicated I was very surprised and dismayed that there was a vast difference. The amount shown on the receipt XXXX had given me on the premises resembled nothng of what was on the XXXX statement. XXXXreceipt indicated that about XXXX bonds as " checks '' XXXXreceipt indicated that teller had entered XXXX bonds were of the same amount ( exactly ) XXXXreceipt inidcated at least XXXX bonds with the same amount ( exactly ) XXXX receipt indicated XXXX CASH paid to customer ( as stated, at no time did any funds exchange hands! yet XXXX listed " loose currency '' as {$2400.00} in XXXX dollar billsXXXX {$50.00} bill, ( XXXX ) XXXX bill and ( XXXX ) XXXX bill. As stated NO FUNDS Exchanged hands.-there was NO CASH ENTRY on my part. I was led to believe I was signing/depositng via debit card because of the redeemed cash values presented via bonds. I receved XXXX indication that interest on bonds was {$1500.00} and XXXX. However peculiar because the added " treasury note is listed total as XXXX which is only the interest paid out and not what was actually redeemed! As a XXXX year consumer of Wells ( and it's prior names ) I am concerned about the documentation of : XXXXcalculations of submitted savings bonds XXXX entries made on my savings account for that period XXXX, the validty of the received XXXX XXXX the integrity of the person who handled transactions XXXX outcome of my income tax Sadly there is another occurence of this nature. I await for a plausible, truthful reply and/or corrections if necessary! Thank you in advance for refrring this to correct official.

Consumer Complaint: I had a mortgage with wells fargo during pandemic. Over a period of several months or more my home was scheduled for foreclosure and then would be removed prior to scheduled auction date. I made many attempts to negotiate with bank never resulting in successful agreements. Because of the pandemic and wells fargo refusal to work out any agreement with me my home was sold at auction on XX/XX/2022 for a mere {$190000.00}. The person who purchased it intended to flip it and sell for at least {$450000.00}. I was stripped of my home ownership status and was actually improperly evicted from home after purchase. Nobody would help me and nobody ever directed me to any resources available that would have aided me in retaining ownership of my home. I only just learned of lawsuit against Wells Fargo and was advised that said suit may relate to homeowners with mortgages financed by Wells Fargo. If I meet the criteria or can be added to any potential suit please someone provide me with any available information and I will pursue any potential rights I may still have. Thank you,

Im able to show you that, XXXX title company and XXXX XXXX are affiliates of Wells Fargo home mortgage. As stated on the Good faith estimate Providers of service page. In fact it plainly states, Wells Fargo have repeatedly required borrowers to use these providers in the last year. Proving that Wells Fargo has and is continuing to lie manipulate and defraud us as consumers! The fact that its in black and white and a response from Wells Fargo, more lies, refusing to admit their guilt, which they have been fined and avoided prosecution from the SEC, for their actions during the subprime mortgage lending period, when Wells Fargo decided no laws applied to them. They have ruined millions of American consumers with their continued illegal actions preventing consumers from being able to be compensated. Wells Fargo continues to lie and defraud. The responses we have received alone proves their continued illegal activities and actions. When and what will finally be enough proof? Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX and Wells Fargo Auto are threatening me with correspondences stating that they will take my vehicle if I don't pay them, but I don't have a contract with either party.I asked for the original contract and an XXXX XXXX of all accounting including the source of origination from where the lawful money was taken and given to me, but XXXX XXXX stated that she couldn't provide either to me on XX/XX/23 when we spoke on the phone. The note that she provide on XX/XX/23 appeared to be a forgery and I attest that the signature does not belong to me. I feel there XXXX have been a mistake because they didn't give me anything of value therefore I don't owe them anything. I wish not to be harassed any longer and I wish that they release any liens from my property ; if any. I was forced to make complaints to the Attorney General, the XXXX XXXX XXXX the police department, the FDIC and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. This one has my alleged 'Signature ' on it. 1 ), The signature is so small I can hardly make it out. 2 ) I can not write as small as they have on this alleged Loan Application as I have XXXX XXXX in my XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I`m right handed. 3 ) I told the salesmen that I would not sign the application as it contained misinformation regarding my earnings and have no assets. So this Loan Application is a fraud. I`m attaching a copy for review. If Wells Fargo Auto Finance keeps denying this, then I believe it will be time for me to seek an attorney. I can also get one for free because I`m on Social Security XXXX. I will attach my award letter once again.

Consumer Complaint: In 2018 I opened well fargo checking account. Two accounts were opened and upon learning of my second account and the bogus charges associated with it, I called immediately and closed the account, ordered a new debit card and In this particular occasion, Wells fargo actually apologized and moved swiftly and correctly to fix my problem. The last couple of years are different. I am on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have direct deposit into my Wells Fargo account. And I'm always being charged ridiculous. Overdraft fees sometimes overdrawing my account 2 to {$300.00} and making it so that I have this 2 or {$300.00} overdraft. But I have to pay just to be able to get my direct deposit.. Most of the time these 2 to {$300.00} overdraft aren't even my fault. They are due to double charges, fraudulent charges, or unfair overdraft fees. I've disputed all the ones that I have evidence about and if I call to discuss anything most of the time it ends up with me crying and hanging up the phone. The people are extremely rude and inconsiderate and act like I'm lying just trying to get free money. I get hardly over a XXXX dollars a month. It's like not even enough & I often go without basic essentials. I dont need The tiny bit I do have taken from me because of unaffair overdraft fees associated with fraudulent double charges. When I make a purchase and I have a certain amount on my balance. And it's taken right then and there. They should not get to come back in a day or 2 or in an hour and charge me again for the same thing. If my money 's missing and doesn't reflect in my balance, that means they took it. It doesn't mean pending. It's gone and I can't use it. It's Not fair, even if you try to be careful with your budget and add up carefully what you spend, its futile. I spend the same amount every month on the same things There was at least 6 months in a row where I had to pay 2 to {$300.00} out of my direct deposit immediately. Just to be able to use my account. Why couldn't they have given me credit for that? Instead of always overdrafting me and they could have given me some points in my credit history or worked out. Some kind of deal, I mean, obviously I'm borrowing and paying back faithfully every month but no. My fico score is like XXXX it's because of them. I have receipts. I have bank statements of my 2 different bank. Accouit 's and this most recent fiasco is what prompted me to make this complaint. And it's because of XXXX right now. I'm missing about XXXX dollars, and I've been hungry for 3 days. I don't even see on my bank statement at all. Where my XXXX purchase is purchase is but I do have an email for it being made and canceled like 3 times by the store. Just know a record of it on my end with my bank. So I'm going to contact XXXX which I've already done 3 times and got no answer. I contacted my bank last week about a different matter for {$25.00} and end it up in tears. And so I have an open dispute regarding a charge with that at the moment I wish that I could just have somebody go through and look at my double charges. Look at how much I've been paying and get me back all these unfair overdraft fees and all the money that's been taken from me cause XXXX 's add up and I have nothing I should not be hungry i want my money back. I can prove what I'm saying and I'm gon na stop now because I'm getting emotional. Somebody please help me. I'm XXXX I have enough going on. I shouldn't have to worry about my own bank taking my money. I should be able to trust them.
