Consumer Complaint: I am posting my complaint here again because I am still having the same issue and Because Wells Fargo sent me a copy and paste answer to my complaint, dated XX/XX/2023, without any resolution and without any merit to the letter I received, Here I filing my complaint again hoping someone from wells Fargo 's office management reads it and answer it not those Wells Fargo sub-contractors ' employees who are working from the comfort of their homes. here my complaint read it carefully before you answer like a perroquet. My complaint will be filled every time Wells Fargo refuse to address my issue. How a Wells Fargo bank does not loom at a privacy issue complaint seriously after more than 2 years of more than 50 complaint about this same issue with evidence that this issue still exist till now!!! Here my complaint again Till now Wells Fargo is still refusing to investigate my complaint and the answer I receive from Wells Fargo is a copy and paste answer simply stating sorry and no action was taking specially when the Wells Fargo employees are working from the comfort of their home without any supervision and there is no manager at Wells Fargo to complaint to. This none action from Wells Fargo employees demonstrate the ignorance for the customers issue and brings the customers here to complaint. saying that, I will file a new complaint here about the same issue and I will keep reposting my complaint till Someone from Wells Fargo Investigate my issue and respond to my questions that i place in my complaint. Here is my complaint again : On XX/XX/XXXX, I attached the letter I recently received from Wells Fargo regarding complaint to my account mailing preference that I received to my resident, THIS PROOVE THAT WELLS FARGO EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ANSWERING THE COMPLAINT ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT OUR ISSUE OTHER THAN ANSWERING BY A COPY AND PATE. Because those Wells Fargo working from home employees did not look at it and did not consider it. and the answer of Those employees to my complaint here was ( NO NEW EVIDENCE WAS PROVIDED ) .Wells Fargo working from the comfort of their homes employees are still refusing to read my complaint, refusing to look at the evidences in my complaint and refusing to investigate my complaint, the answer I receive from Wells Fargo working from the comfort of their home employees without any supervision is a joke. just a copy and paste standard answer without any regard to the severity of the issue. for that i feel obligated to repost my complaint till a manager not a working from comfort of their home employees will investigate my issue and find me a permanent solution to respect my privacy rights. I am reposting my complaint again because wells Fargo working from home employees failed to address my complaint properly.Those working from home employees without any supervision are refusing to investigate and admitting and fixing the problem and answering my complaint properly, all they answer are lies and has nothing to do about my complaint. WELLS FARGO IS IGNORING MY PRIVACY RIGHTS FOR OVER THAN 2 YEARS. I have a mailing address that i provided to wells fargo for mailing purposes and i provided my resident address for governmental purposes. Some how since wells fargo hired a new CEO. who sent all wells fargo employees to work from their home, Wells Fargo rehabilitee went down and the credibility of the Wells Fargo emplyees went down, Since then, Wells Fargo is refusing to Direct theirs mail to my mailing address and refusing to follow my account prefferences and I could not find a manager to fix this issue, When I complain here the answer will be shallow has nothing to do with my complaint and has no resolution or merits. This why I have to keep complaining here and increase the number of the complaints till 9i find a manager ay wells fargo not little kid who will be willing to investigate my issue and find a resolution. IF I WAS DEALING WITH MONKEYS IN THIS LAST 2 YEARS BY NOW THE MONKEYS WOULD'VE KNOW WHAT TO DO, OPPOSITE THAN WELLS FARGO EMPLOYEES. I HAVE TO KEEP COMPLAINING EVERYWHERE HOPING AT THE END WELLS FARGO WOULD ACCEPT TO UISE MY po box MAILING ADDRESS FOR ALL THE MAIL AND TO RESPECT MY PRIVACY RIGHTS AND DIRECT THEIR MAIL TO MY MAILING ADDRESS AS INDICATED ON MY ACCOUNT. THE WELLS FARGO EMPLOYEES WHO ANSWERS HERE SEEMS TO BE UNPROFESSIONALS AND NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING MY ISSUE, FOR THAT I HAVE TO KEEP COMPLAINING HERE AND EVERYWHERE TILL WELLS FARGO FOLLOW THE RULES AND REGULATION AND MY ACCOUNT PREFERENCE. Consumer Complaint: It is not a first time Wells Fargo email me invitation and when I apply. I got denied. I just curious if they just after people to collect a sensitive info for identity theft? I feel like I am getting discriminated or my name is going to be used for somebody else. Application required full SSN, Birthdate, Mother 's maiden name and all other sensitive info. Consumer Complaint: As part of a larger discrimination and destitution scheme The Plaintiff would rent a car from XXXX XXXX during XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. The XXXX would pay the XXXX $ rental price and then magically XXXX XXXX would send the payment back to The XXXX 's credit card. Due to knowing the nature of the return and the motives behind such actions The Plaintiff would accept the refund and would go about his life. Knowing the intention was to report the car stolen and get The Plaintiff killed or arrested, as many articles about the same practice would infer, The Plaintiff would return the rental on the return date. The Plaintiff would then see XXXX XXXX charge his credit card after deliberately and intentionally issuing him a refund of their own accord and choice and insist that he owed them money despite already actually paying for the rental. The Plaintiff would inform his bank, Wells Fargo, of what was occuring and despite being aware of the situation and being fully informed of what was occuring The Bank would choose to honor the Company 's illegal action, wire fraud, and charge The Plaintiff 's credit card for the original XXXX $ rental price as well as a XXXX $ fee, that was just a form of extortion, another count of wire fraud. The Bank would then close The Plaintiff 's bank account and levy a XXXX $ charge against his social security number, as part of a scheme to destitute and disenfranchise him by attempting to force him to be unbanked and allowing him to become a victim of robberies, as was intended and had occured to The Plaintiff. As part of a large scheme by several financial institutions, as similar as the bank crisis of XXXX and XXXX, to destitute and disenfranchise The Plaintiff he would be discriminated by several of financial institutions under the ruse and by a No Business Order, which has no actual bases due to The Plaintiff being victimized through the use of XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXe by said institutions ' employees that he was a stereotypical XXXX male in an attempt to force The Plaintiff to turn to a life of crime and get killed by Police. As similar as Germanys reporting Jews during the XXXX said institutions would treat The Plaintiff as if he was a criminal XXXX boy and in the wrong despite having records of their employees exhibiting the XXXX and discriminatory actions. The Plaintiff would intentionally and deliberately be insulted by said institutions ' employees time and time again in an attempt to force him to lose access to his account and end up destitute. Said Institutions would knowingly, intentionally, and deliberately side with their wrong employees and attempt to destitute The Plaintiff.

Consumer Complaint: This complaint against Wells Fargo has to do with their actions during the subprime mortgage lending period. The documents being sent with this complaint will show their actions two months prior to the illegal closing on the property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX WV XXXX. It shows the actual date of XX/XX/XXXX, with a 6 % interest rate. In XXXX of XXXX, we were not even a year complete, from filing XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. Up until the memo went out XX/XX/XXXX, we ended up with a completely new mortgage specialist, and all the lower interest rates disappeared as well. The XX/XX/XXXX commitment letter the monthly payment is XXXX. Upon the actual closing the monthly mortgage payment was XXXX Ive also proven Wells Fargos company was the closing company and the title insurance company XXXX title company and XXXX XXXX were affiliates of Wells Fargo. So the internal memo from the title company to the closing company is more evidence of the conspiracy then and Wells Fargos continued denial of everything they have been found guilty of have admitted to the numerous laws broken. The SEC allowing Wells Fargo to be fined rather than prosecuted for Wells Fargos actions during the subprime mortgage lending period. The same time period we became the victims of the biggest criminal enterprise in the history of XXXX schemes bank closings. Wells Fargo has knowingly and willingly not only broke numerous laws, caused the XXXX housing market crash and devastation, the reason the CFPB was started. Supposedly to help consumers with getting compensation.

Wells Fargo home mortgage had manipulated and defrauded our account to the point, Wells Fargo had no actual information on our account, by the illegal loan modification to XXXX when we were receiving monthly mortgage statements showing the pre modification amounts. XX/XX/XXXX unpaid principal XXXX the actual modification payment wasnt due until XX/XX/XXXX! How can it show up on the XX/XX/XXXX? More evidence of Wells Fargos continued lies and fraudulent activities and actions by Wells Fargo. XX/XX/XXXX monthly mortgage statement reflects the amount before the loan modification. XX/XX/XXXX monthly mortgage statement also reflects the amount of mortgage payment before the loan modification in XXXX, how can two separate monthly mortgage statements in XXXX still show the unpaid principal in the amount prior to the illegal and fraudulent loan modification from XXXX? Because Wells Fargo has manipulated and defrauded our mortgage payments since we started paying on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo continues to deny our complaints and our request for monetary compensation for the 19 years of their illegal activities and actions from the subprime mortgage lending period, to every fine and violations levied against Wells Fargo home mortgage, Wells Fargo bank na, CO.
