Consumer Complaint: In the event that Wells Fargo is still claiming the loan and closing was legal, Im filing a new complaint. Wells Fargo continue to deny our claims. No matter what I have sent in proving there responses to my complaint. We have heard that they dont have any records past 7 years. Yet they will use that as a reason to deny us compensation. Then out of no where they are magically able to produce said documents. All of the documents I have sent have all been original mortgage statements and the original loan documents prior to the actual closing ad well as all original closing documents. They are all original documents from Wells Fargo, and Wells Fargos companies. I have repeatedly proven the fraudulent actions and activities by Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo employees. I have more than established not only a pattern of fraudulent activity but just blatant theft fraud manipulation of our account. I have sent the back statements to be told our bank charged a fee or something else and thats why the payments dont match. No I have shown payments after payments that appear then disappears. The fact they claim not to have any records about the accidental death insurance, that again, magically showed up 6 months into the, subprime mortgage lending preditory loan we were illegally given. Had they not broken every law possible from XXXX and actually we are still being lied to and defrauded by Wells Fargo . The audacious discrepancies in their responses to everyone of the complaints I have filed with the Cfpb. To the photocopied forged loan modification documents they sent, proving and providing us with more proof of their continued fraudulent activity to this day. Wells Fargo also states that the handwritten confirmation numbers amounts and dates dont count. We had to do that because of all the fraudulent activity that we had to deal with the entire time we have been the victims of every violation and fines they have received. Starting with the XXXX XXXX. XXXX dollar fine. Im sending with this complaint all the fraudulent lies in the responses from everyone of our previous complaints. When it is in favor of Wells Fargo, the time periods are irrelevant. Now when I have sent in original documents disproving everyone of their reasons, its we dont have the documents to back up my claims, Im sending original documents and mortgage statements. The loan modification was not legal. I have sent the photocopied agreement they recently sent us. I have the original statement from Wells Fargo. They claim our starting payment was XXXX on the original statement from Wells Fargo . Our mortgage payment was never XXXX it was XXXX. The payments after the loan modification was XXXX. In their responses to my complaints as well as the photocopied fraudulent copies they sent, states, the payment after the loan modification was XXXX? How is it, they dont have records that old? Yet they have produced and sent us the loan modification copy that is completely wrong. Thats exactly the illegal activity and actions they have supposedly corrected. Again they are literally still lying about records their access to the records they have repeatedly stated they just dont have. When will Wells Fargo quit with their continued lies and fraudulent activity when it comes to our account. I have more than proven everything I have filed complaints about. Yet Im still being lied to and defrauded for now 19 years we have been victimized by Wells Fargo home mortgage company, Wells Fargo home mortgage inc. What more do it need to sent in and file a complaint that, Wells Fargo will actually admit their role in the biggest fianacial criminal enterprise in the history of Ponzi schemes bank failures. None have done the financial damage to the American consumers, that Elle Fargo has perpetrated for 20-+ years and the American economy and consumers paid for their XXXX XXXX in assets. If they were actually forced to compensate the consumers they have and continue to lie and defraud to present day. What makes anyone think, a company who has had a rinse and repeat cycle of fines and violations and have never actually been held accountable. Wells Fargo is the most corrupt company ever. XXXX XXXX lieman brothers closure not one Ponzi scheme has done the financial damage to the American economy and consumers! They have been allowed to continue now with the protection of the CFPB! The responses to my complaints literally are lies and fraudulent actions by Wells Fargo. They repeatedly said they cant access the records. Government mandates stated and the multiple time Wells Fargo has plainly stated they dont have the records. I have sent in original loan and mortgage statements. The loan modification, to begin with, our original mortgage payment was XXXX, never has it been XXXX the XX/XX/XXXX loan documents has it as XXXX,! The fraudulent photocopied loan modification sent to prove we are wrong. It plainly states that after the loan modification balance of XXXX, XXXX, payment amount XXXX! The original statement from Wells Fargo from XXXX, lists the starting payment as XXXX, after the loan modification the payment increased to the actual amount of XXXX! This along with the photocopied loan modification that was sent in response to my complaint, proves that by XXXX, Wells Fargo and employees, had violated and defrauded our account and mortgage payments, they themselves were making up numbers and payments as proof in the XXXX loan modification original documents from Wells Fargo we received in XXXX. Wells Fargo has repeatedly stated they have no records past the last 7 years. I have proven and established our loan was actually one of the thousands of HUD certified loans, that were illegally not reported probably to HUD. I have well established that all the documents I have scanned and sent are all original and all from Wells Fargo home mortgage and Wells Fargo bank and subsidiaries. I have established that Wells Fargo is still actively defrauding consumers like myself by continuing to deny claims that have proven the wrongdoing and illegal activities. They are falsifying documents as I write this complaint. How else can they now, magically produce evidence that they have stated numerous times in writing they cant access those records. Yet they continue to produce just enough to say, sorry, we dont have any proof to back up my claims! I have sent the proof over and over! Stating my bank account statements have a fee! It would be listed as well! Every original legal documentation I send with my complaints, we receive responses that are contradictory! Its the law we cant keep anything beyond the last 7 years! We dont have access to these records! Yet when the original documents are sent, they magically can now produce photocopied fraudulent documents they respond to my complaints with. Its either they by law cant access them past 7 years, or as I have stated repeatedly, they are still manipulating and defrauding us by continuing to lie and deny my request for monetary compensation. They cant claim no access to records then use it for their defense as to why they dont have any reason to compensate us for 19 years of this exact actions we have been the victims of and are still being defrauded and lied to, and continued constant reasons why they are not compensating us. How many lies and fraudulent actions and activities and broken laws does it take until, Wells Fargo actually begins compensating the millions of American consumers they have knowingly and willingly defrauded lied and continue to break the law. When will they actually compensate us? How long does it take to see they have stolen and manipulated our mortgage payments and account to this day? Im requesting XXXX XXXX dollars, I originally asked for XXXX XXXX. I have had to literally fight tooth and nail, trying to get Wells Fargo to admit their guilt! They have been fined violated and avoided criminal prosecution. I ask how? Wells Fargo Id the most corrupt government protected criminal enterprise, that has defrauded and destroyed not only the housing marked but the fianacial damage will take years to calculate, due to Wells Fargos refusal and fraudulent actions still going on to date. Consumer Complaint: Hello, Wells Fargo filed a NOD on the property in spite of the fact that there were issues with the mortgage balance, escrow account, and other issues.. I applied for mortgage relief and was approved for the mortgage grant through the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I received a message from them that " Your servicer has confirmed that the funds sent by the program for your application XXXX have been applied to bring your loan current as of XX/XX/2023. You will receive a follow-up email from the program with the final amount applied to the loan by your servicer. However, the balance of {$28000.00}, which included some bogus legal fees and late fees and was paid off through this grant, but Wells Fargo has only applied a partial amount for the balance.. Also, my mortgage amount has been changed from its original monthly amount of {$1100.00} and there is an escrow account balance which should not be as I have never had it since the mortgage account was originally set up.. I would like to know why Wells Fargo again time after time has the mortgage account in discrepancy..

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 toward the evening, I started getting texts asking if I charged $ XXXX at a XXXX in Florida XXXX me saying no to it, then I got another one ... ... ..said no, then got an XXXX phone number, XXXX which I did NOT answer. I looked at my debit card and saw this was the Wells Fargo number calling me ... ..so they did call back and I answered it this time thinking it was Wells Fargo XXXX The person ( man, no accent ) on the line said he was from Wells Fargo and asked if I was getting charges on my card, and I said yes. So, in order to verify me he text a six digit code to me which I told him what it was. He then put me on hold, and then he transferred me to another number. I did not know this until I hung up. He got into my account, approved a person in there ( XXXX XXXX ) to wire transfers from my account. I have an XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ) set up to cover any overdrafts, etc. on my checking account. They transferred {$9900.00} to my checking account. I had {$5400.00} in my checking account, so with the {$9900.00} plus {$5400.00} ( {$30.00} for transferring from XXXX ), they transferred {$15000.00} out of my account to a XXXX account and left me XXXX cents. Now Wells Fargo wants me to pay off the {$9900.00} on my VISA card they transferred. I went into my account and noticed everything they did in my account. I called the Fraud dept at Wells Fargo immediately and told her what just happened. I think her name was XXXX. I told her that what happened was pending in my account and for her to stop it, do something to stop the fraud from going through. She did nothing. The next day it went through and they said they requested it back but the girl already came in to get the cash. Can't the bank be called to put the transfer on hold or something until this was figured out? This was way too easy to happen. I have claim numbers for both transactions, and she said they'd look into it. Again, she did nothing!! I have received 4 different letters and phone calls from Wells Fargo fraud people stating it was my fault. This is NOT true. How did this guy get into my account?? How did he get Wells Fargo phone number and use it to call me? I think it was an inside job actually ... ... ..way too professional. After about a week, I was told to be sure and put a claim into the XXXX XXXX XXXX. so I did. I met with XXXX XXXX # XXXX and put a claim with him. A few days later, XXXX XXXX called me to follow up. I have been researching for help from XXXX, which they sent me Regulation E which Wells Fargo needs to abide by. I sent this to her which she appreciated in case other people could use the info. After I went to XXXX, I went to the FBI and put in a claim with Agent XXXX XXXX. He also has the Reg. E notice. This was a long conversation and so far nothing has happened with the FBI. From what they say, they need the person to do it again ( now that they have all the info ) so they can catch them. Needless to say, this doesn't help me at the moment. i called XXXX XXXX, a case specialist from Wells Fargo and left a message that I wanted a copy of the phone call when I called in the fraud dept. the night of the XXXX. I'm sure it was recorded...... I haven't heard anything back from her. I called and left a message with her 3 separate times. Why is this??? I really believe if I was a wealthy person, they'd have taken care of the problem. I couldn't even make my house payment until today ( XXXX of XXXX ) because I get my social security check the second XXXXXXXX of the month. I have no money ... ... ....

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, my personal friend XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to send me {$660.00} + {$130.00} via XXXX to reimburse me for our upcoming leisure trip to XXXX, CO. I had paid all the expenses ( hotel, flight, car rental, concert tickets, etc. ) on my card, and he was reimbursing me for his half of the expenses -- all allowed under XXXX 's Terms of Service. My Wells Fargo Checking account ( tied to XXXX ) was immediately frozen, flagged for closure, and my XXXX access was suspended. I was instructed by Wells Fargo to visit a Wells Fargo branch with two forms of identification. I did so, and Wells Fargo Loss Prevention Team 'retained " my Wells Fargo Checking account. Wells Fargo also, after verifying my identity, initiated an internal escalation to restore access to XXXX. After attempting to enroll in XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am told that my XXXX profile is still restricted. XXXX is unable to assist, as I signed up to XXXX via a partner bank ( Wells Fargo ). Wells Fargo is unable to assist, as they claim they have unlocked my XXXX access on their end. XXXX XXXX is unable to assist, as they claim the suspension is from Wells Fargo. No party is willing/able to help me. I have always used XXXX in accordance with the outlined Terms of Service -- only sending & receiving to/from friends and family for non-commercial payments.

They took out an application with wells Fargo and got us a XXXX dollar credit card and charged the amount needed to complete the job XX/XX/XXXX. We made our monthly payments for about 4 years. we struggled a bit and wells fargo was charging us XXXX dollars a month for a XXXX day late payment each month. some were longer. we defaulted due to hard ship and paid all but {$8300.00}. before we defaulted. around XXXX. We received hundreds of collection calls. We were still living almost check to check paying what we could. I got a promotion and started paying our bills more reliably. the debt collectors for this account continued to call, they gave us an option to pay a portion of this debt and at the time we received taxes. So i paid a large portion of this off and they settled. They even took the debt off my credit history. which is no longer on my history If this is a legal dept then why take off my credit history. I have called to get my history statements on my account at wells fargo and get the info of the debt collectors. but they have not yet to send me any of the statements. they submitted a XXXX notice to the IRS stating i had income from them for the tax year of XXXX the last date i had interaction with them was in XXXX per the rep.

For that I will have to repost my complaint till a manager from Wells Fargo reads, investigate it and provide me a permanent solution All the Wells fargo answers are a copy and paste and they blamed every one else but not wells fargo for not following the laws and regulations and the mailing preference Wells Fargo Failed to investigate my issue, Failed To answer my complaint, Failed to address my issues with their managers and failed to find any one from Wells Fargo accountable for their actions and failed to provide a permanent solution, I am complaining for more than 2 years now because there was no permanent solution to my issue and Wells Fargo are still disregarding my privacy rights, Wells Fargo is taking the issue of my privacy lightly and they are supporting and covering up to all the managers and employees misconducts especially the ones are working from the comfort of their homes without supervision or management those Wells Fargo employees who are answering the complaints from their homes seems to be working per diems as subcontractors not related to Wells Fargo in anyway. Here is my complaint again : Wells Fargo are still insulting the customers intelligence by answering to a complaint in a way by trying to miss direct the issue of the complaint. The issue was about a manager at wells fargo branch NOT ABOUT A WINDOW TELLER employee as Wells Fargo puts it in the answer. A BRANCH MANAGER COULD NOT ORDER A REPLACEMENT EXPIRED TELLER MACHINE CARD and asked me to make an appointment to SIT WITH A BANKER to discuss my account and to sell me services I do not need in order to have a replacement teller machine card, When in 30 seconds, I ordered this replacement car by calling Wells Fargo customer service over the phone right at the front of the branch. ( If you do not find this misconduct by the branch manager is weird and questionable then there is something wrong with you to ). The Wells Fargo employee who answered my claim here deliberately tried to cover up the miss conduct of the branch manager by redirected my issue to something else, and did not investigate my issue before they answered my complaint. the issue is abou a BRANCH MANAGER not about a wells fargo employee working at a window.Read before you answer or you read it but you want to cover up a misconduct. For the Third time Wells Fargo again refused to respond to my issue THE ANSWER WAS A COPY AND PASTE STANDARD ANSWER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SUBJECT OF MY COMPLAINT., XXXX XXXX : XXXX & XXXX. The employee requested help from the branch manager, who, after looking at my account, told me that he can not order a teller machine card from his computer and that in order for me to order a new card, I MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND SIT WITH A BANKER.He then proceeded to tell me that no appointments are available soon, but he can put me on a waiting list and get me to meet a banker faster than making an appointment. which I found it ODD because i have been with Wells Fargo for more than 35 years. Usually they want you to sit with a banker to try to convince you to open more accounts that you do not need and to make investments that profit the bankers. I WANT TO KNOW : 1- WHY DID THE MANAGER AT THE BRANCH TELL ME THAT I NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT TO SIT WITH A BANKER JUST TO RENEW MY TELLER MACHINE CARD? It must be a hidden reason that benefits the banker. 2- DOES THIS MANAGER THINK I AM XXXX TO TELL ME THAT HE CAN NOT RENEW MY CARD ON HIS COMPUTER? 3- HOW COME WHEN I WENT OUTSIDE OF THE BRANCH AND CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE , THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RENEWED MY CARD IN 30 SECOND PHONE CALL? 4- WHY DOES THE MANAGER OF THE BRANCH HAVE NO EXPERIENCE AND NOT KNOW HOW TO RENEW A TELLER MACHINE CARD? 5- IS WELLS FARGO HIRING MANAGERS FOR THE BRANCHES WITH NO EXPERIENCE SIMILAR TO THE ONE WHO JUST ANSWERED MY COMPLAINT AND THE ONE WHO TOLD ME HE CAN NOT RENEW MY TELLER MACHINE CARD ON HIS COMPUTER?, 6- WHY HAS WELLS FARGO REFUSED TO INVESTIGATE THIS POSSIBLE MISCONDUCT?
