Consumer Complaint: In 2006 I bought a new XXXX XXXX pickup. The " seller and I the buyer '', signed an agreement, that stated, that if at anytime there are " any changes '' to the contract, that it " would only be inforceaible only if both parties. signed it. As per our agreement, we assigned the contract, to WFS Financial, the lender, in accordance to the conditions of the contract with the agreement that WFS FINANCIAL would adhere to all the conditions of our contract. WFS Financial, failed to adhere to the conditions of our contract, which by the contract, conditions, made the contract non- inforceaible which made the contract, void. Then WFS Financial, was purchased by Wachovia Bank, without any " contract with me '' then Wells Fargo Bank, aquired Wachovia Bank, and nobody had any legal contract with me. In contracts, when XXXX of the parties, breaches any of the conditions in the contract, the other party, is no longer liable for any of the contract conditions in the voided contract, the buyer no longer owes anything and the lender '' no longer has any lien rights, in the voided contract. Wells Fargo Bank, after about 15 years of forcibly taking my property the pickup, Wells Fargo Bank only paid me " half '' of the value of the wrongfully taken property. Wells Fargo Bank, had no contract. Wells Fargo Bank, only has paid, half of the amount I paid for the property and Wells Fargo Bank does not even consider paying for all the years I have suffered, because of Wells Fargo Banktaking of property that had, no legal lien on and now they refuse to pay anything because of the taking of property that they had " no right to take '' ....

Consumer Complaint: Several transactions were made by phone transfer from my Wells Fargo credit card to my checking account, fraudulently. Because the money went to my checking account and was subsequently withdrawn fraudulently, fees and interest were not assumed by the bank. I paid the credit card, for fear of being reported to credit agencies, and made the appropriate fraud reports in a timely manner. Multiple calls and letters, including a call with XXXX XXXX on the line, have failed to result in crediting my account. Several calls result in departments transferring my call because its not the right department at least 7 times per call. I have spent many hours on the phone with Wells Fargo, without success.

Issue: Closing an account
Subissue: Can't close your account
Consumer Complaint: My father, XXXX XXXX, had two accounts with Wells Fargo, checking and savings. I was named beneficiary on the accounts in about XXXX. In XXXX I was named XXXX of Attorney. My father died XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I called Wells Fargo to report his death and was instructed the accounts would be frozen, and that I should present a certified death certificate to access them. I took the death certificate to the branch at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VA the second week of XX/XX/XXXX. The banker ( I did not document her name ) received the certificate and appeared to scan it into her system. She stated I was POA, which expired on death and that I could only access the account once I opened probate and was designated as personal representative. I questioned her and she asserted that I was only POA and had no standing to access the money. I retained the services of an attorney, paying a deposit from my personal funds. The sole reason for doing do was to secure release of the funds from Wells Fargo ; all other assets from other institutions having been released to my sister and me. There was no real or personal property involved. Upon receiving documents from the court naming me as personal representative, I made an appointment at the branch office, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX XXXX VA. I explained that I wanted to close the accounts and receive the funds. The banker started to process my request and asked who had told me I was not the beneficiary on the account ( obviously wondering why I had produced the court paperwork ). I told her that it was an employee at another branch. She then stated that I was, in fact, the beneficiary. She notified her XXXX and they indicated they would make an internal inquiry and note concern that I was not properly advised. I received a check for the funds that day. Because probate can not be stopped we had to continue through the process. My sister and I did not have use of the funds during that time ( until XX/XX/XXXX ). The attorney 's fees and associated costs of probate were {$3300.00}. I have been in communication with Wells Fargo 's XXXX XXXX on numerous occasions beginning in XXXX XXXX, requesting reimbursement for those expenses. The complaint has been closed numerous times, with instances of employees making misstatements about the case and implying I did not provide information they needed. The case is active again, but I have not been asked for any documentation about probate. Those details substantiate the amounts advanced for fees and also support our claim that probate was only necessitated by the inaccurate guidance given by the Wells Fargo employee in XX/XX/XXXX.

Issue: Closing an account
Subissue: Company closed your account
Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo allowed 10 accounts to be opened in my name. These accounts were then closed and then very difficult to track by Wells Fargo employees themselves. Due to Wells Fargo 's illegal business practices, I have lost 10 years of my life and many relationships due to the stress that this has caused me. Wells Fargo continues to deny any wrongdoing, provides the same answers to my questions, and will not provide any statements to me that will help identify who illegally accessed my account. I can only hope to be directed to the appropriate government agency to report these types of illegal banking practices so that nobody has to lose their life to greed like I did. I had over XXXX in my savings before opening an account at Wells Fargo- I was bankrupt shortly after and left with no answers. I have never had such a breach of my personal information in my entire life. Why was I not contacted at all by Wells Fargo until after they were sued by another party for similar banking practices? I am a victim of a crime that has been largely ignored but shouldn't be- it is very serious to be evicted, not be able to afford gas, or food because someone has broken into your bank account and the bank is not protecting you as you had expected them to do according to their own terms and conditions which they seem to make up as they go.

Consumer Complaint: The presence of a derogatory rating on my account is causing me great concern. I am deeply worried about the impact it may have on my credit. It has already led to the denial of a recent loan application and an increase in the interest rates on my existing credit accounts. I want to emphasize the severe financial and emotional distress that this negative rating has caused me and will continue to cause until it is resolved.

Issue: Struggling to pay your loan
Subissue: Lender trying to repossess or disable the vehicle
Consumer Complaint: I made payments of XXXX dollars for four months in a row on our vehicle starting XX/XX/2021. On month 5 I paid the XXXX dollar payment only For it to be rejected and returned by Wells Fargo. When we called to attempt to find out why, they stated they no longer are banking with us and there was nothing we could do aside from either do a will full repossession or sell our car. We were not at fault and have all the payment history to prove it. We never received an electronic disclosure or letter stating why they stopped banking with us and never once received a letter. The bank stated that they could decide to not continue with the car loan at any time during the 7 year loan. They have not repossessed the vehicle and they wont agree to pick up the vehicle but wont accept a payment for the vehicle. I can not trade it in, as I was charged triple the value of the vehicle.
