I request your assistance in rectifying the issues outlined below. Consumer Complaint: I sent the credit bureaus letters asking them to verify a debts on my report. They have sent it back stating that everything is verified correctly. My credit report is still showing inaccuracies. 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors ; A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. I also received a corresponding physical letter from a debt collector, XXXX XXXX XXXX. According to XXXX this company does not have a license to collect ANY debt in the state of Texas. From this physical letter they sent to me, they are in violation of two laws. 15 U.S. Code 1692b - Acquisition of location information ( 2 ) not state that such consumer owes any debt ; ( 5 ) not use any language or symbol on any envelope or in the contents of any communication effected by the mails or telegram that indicates that the debt collector is in the debt collection business or that the communication relates to the collection of a debt ; According to 15 U.S. Code XXXX - Civil liability ( 2 ) ( A ) in the case of any action by an individual, such additional damages as the court may allow, but not exceeding {$1000.00} ; this is a violation of my rights. I am entitled to {$1000.00} per each violation I would also like to know how this company is reporting an alleged collections account as an open account with a past due amount as valid and accurate. This alleged account is listed as a Collection with a PAST DUE BALANCE OF {$1500.00} This is a violation of FCRA and also in violation of requisite XXXX XXXX COMPLIANT reporting standards and must be permanently removed from my consumer report. If you can not provide me with your method of validation then please delete due to inaccurate reporting.

Consumer Complaint: I review credit report and notice 29 department of XXXX appears with duplicate accounts same balance and different account number. I tried to contact department of XXXX and credit beaura about the issue they stated it will take 30 days dispute instead it remained the same as accurate and 29 duplicate accounts still on my credit report. So I contact department of XXXX about the accounts again they did submitted documents with adjustment made for cancellation and removed off my credit report with only XXXX accounts in good standard, all 13 accounts paid in full, XXXX and {$0.00} balance but credit beaura didn't respond. So now it's under investigation and planned to hire a legal aide lawyer to resolve this matter.

The 3 credit bureaus must validate these accounts in line with Sections 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). It is not authorized to fail to validate these reporting accounts as unverified information without providing any proof within the period allowed by law.
