However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. The credit bureaus reported a late payment from XXXX XXXX that are not accurate. This resulted in XXXX points. Retainers were ordered from XXXX ( Merchant ) back in XX/XX/XXXX. Nothing was received and I followed up on XX/XX/XXXX, and there was no response from customer support whatsoever. I received an automated email that XXXX was undergoing a lawsuit between XXXX XXXX. I stopped payments due to a stop in treatment. After being followed up with by XX/XX/XXXX, approximately five months later, regarding my XXXX treatment and finally being provided next steps in my treatment plan, I then paid the balance due, up-to-date, to XXXX XXXX. Therefore, the late payment reported is not accurate and needs to be removed. Since XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX removed a collection as a result of a dispute, but deducted XXXX points for a small increase in a closed account XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX points and XXXX points for a small and yet inaccurate report is a very drastic drop and should be investigated on the competence and level of compromise in mishandling credit reports and the misuse of them by the credit bureaus, along with the measure in which they calculate such deductions.

Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the repeated attempts to rectify the late opening of my account with your institution. I opened an account with your branch and unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have not been adequately addressed. Despite my best efforts to resolve this matter through various channels, including phone calls and in-person visits to the branch, the late opening of my account persists. I have attached copies of the relevant documents, including the account opening paperwork and receipts, for your reference. I initially opened the account and was informed that it would be active within a specific timeframe. I made multiple follow-up calls to inquire about the status of my account. Each time, I was assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. I visited the branch in person to seek assistance, but unfortunately, the problem persists. I understand that issues may arise, and I am willing to cooperate to resolve this matter amicably. However, the lack of progress and communication regarding the status of my account is both frustrating and concerning. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide a detailed explanation for the delay. Additionally, I expect a clear timeline for the resolution of this issue. I believe that transparency and effective communication are essential in maintaining a positive customer relationship. If this matter is not addressed within the specified timeframe from the date of this letter, I will be left with no choice but to escalate my complaint to the appropriate regulatory authorities. I am asking for your assistance to correct this late open account in my credit file : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
