These accounts violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) Never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: It was never disclosed to me upon our agreement that I had the right to opt in or opt out of my personal information being shared with a XXXX XXXX. In pursuant to title 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) any information placed on my Consumer report should be based in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I the natural person have been suffering for XXXX by being denied open-ended credit, and car loans for the enjoyment of my family. Per the FCRA as a federally protected consumer I XXXX XXXX XXXX am OPTING OUT of XXXX and all authorizations I the consumer may have given you written, non written verbal and non verbal PER 15 USC 6802, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY INDEFINITELY. The law also states it's illegal to report transaction history. Title XXXX Also states anything dealing with a securities is an automatic XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Initial privacy notice to consumers required. ( a ) Initial notice requirement. You must provide a clear and conspicuous notice that accurately reflects your privacy policies and practices to : ( 1 ) Customer. An individual who becomes your customer, not later than when you establish a customer relationship, except as provided in paragraph ( e ) of this section; and ( 2 ) Consumer. A consumer, before you disclose XXXX nonpublic personal information about the consumer to XXXX nonaffiliated XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of opt out notice to consumers ; opt out methods. Section ( a ) ( 1 ) Form of opt out notice. If you are required to provide an opt out notice under 1016.10 ( a ), you must provide a clear and conspicuous notice to each of your consumers that accurately explains the right to opt out under that section. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XX/XX/year> I am writing this letter to let you know what a disaster you have caused for me. I asked XXXX XXXX to help me. Instead, you made things worse. I called and arranged for payment plan. I agreed to pay {$200.00} per XXXX due on the XXXX of each month with the understanding I would try to get current as soon as possible. I asked the representative if it would affect my XXXX XXXX. I said he did not know. Should have realized something was XXXX. What XXXX XXXX did was XXXX my XXXX XXXX by XXXX points and continues to report me as XXXX. For the last XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX has reported to me even though I made prompt {$200.00} payments. We agreed to a payment plan so what XXXX has done seems XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am not the only one you have done this too. As an example, I asked XXXX XXXX for a plan, and they agreed to a XXXX repayment plan. They report me as current. XXXX XXXX suspended interest charges. They do not charge XXXX interest as XXXX XXXX does and did not XXXX me. XXXX other XXXX cards are current and up to date. I only asked XXXX and XXXX XXXX for help. XXXX XXXX came through. XXXX XXXX did not. XXXX other XXXX cards are current. You continue reporting me as late caused my other credit card companies to reduce my credit lines, which increases my credit usage which then reduced my XXXX XXXX. This has happened the last XXXX XXXX, my XXXX XXXX continues to go down because of XXXX XXXX. The cycle continues. You should be ashamed. Under the guise of helping, you are destroying my XXXX XXXX. You should immediately remove XXXX your advertisements mentioning as being a friendly bank. I should consider a class action suit for predatory practices. I have lost XXXX due to XXXX. XXXX does not care. I am going to encourage the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to break the relationship between XXXX and the XXXX XXXX reporting agencies based on XXXX and XXXX behavior. I have considered placing my experiences on XXXX and XXXX, but I am not as XXXX as XXXX XXXX People and businesses should know how you operate. Your credit card lending is predatory.
