Consumer Complaint: I purchased 2 round trip plane tickets for my aunty and autistic cousin for a family trip we were taking to Florida. Due to the COVID -19 pandemic, the trip was canceled. Although I received a full refund for the portion of the trip ( which was most of it ) that I had paid for in miles, XXXX XXXX refuses to refund the portion paid with my Paypal debit card, even though some of the flights on the tickets were canceled. I submitted a dispute through my card issuer, Paypal, but their options for dispute and follow up are very limited, and didn't really cover the reasons for my disputes. On XX/XX/2020 I received email communication stating that the disputes had been denied. I have been trying to reach out to Paypal since then to have them re-reviewed but it has been impossible to get a response from them. Below is information regarding the original transactions, and the claim number Paypal assigned to them : Merchant : XXXX XXXX USD XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX ESTTransaction ID : XXXX Payment Status : COMPLETED Payment Type : In Store Purchase Gross amount - {$170.00} USD Dispute ID : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX USD XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX ESTTransaction ID : XXXX Payment Status : COMPLETED Payment Type : In Store Purchase Gross amount : {$170.00} USD Dispute ID : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX USD XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX ESTTransaction ID : XXXX Payment Status : COMPLETED Payment Type : In Store Purchase Gross amount : {$150.00} USD Dispute ID : XXXX Merchant : XXXX XXXX USD XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX ESTTransaction ID : XXXX Payment Status : COMPLETED Payment Type : In Store Purchase Gross amount : {$150.00} USD Dispute ID : XXXX I believe that I am entitled to a full refund since XXXX XXXX 1 ) canceled one of the flights on the tickets and ; 2 ) Refunded my other portion of the flight. I have been trying to talk to someone at Paypal but all I get is agents who direct me to reply to unmonitored emails.

Consumer Complaint: I posted my timeshare week of XX/XX/20 - XX/XX/20 on XXXX for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$2300.00}, and specified " no refund for cancellation ''. On XX/XX/20 I rented to XXXX XXXX and she used Paypal to pay for rent at {$1900.00}, Around 1 week before check-in day ( XX/XX/20 ), she wanted to cancel the vacation and asked refund of {$1900.00}, I told her that there is no refund, because XXXX didn't close the resort, and I didn't stop her taking the vacation, according to Federal law, if she cancelled it, then she can not get the refund even it's beause of COVID19, According to Paypal that she filed an " unauthorized transaction '' with her bank ( or credit card ), so Paypal put an - {$1900.00} on my Paypal account without hearing my side of the story. I tried every way possible with Paypal ( online chat, message, emails, ... ) to resolve this matter to no avil, The money matter is between Paypal and my renter XXXX XXXX 's bank which I have no idea who that is, and I can't talk to her bank. So I desperately need your help to solve this problem, Thanks.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/20, I submitted an unauthorized transaction request to PayPal for transactions totaling {$1800.00}. I was given the generic message that they would investigate and I would hear back within 10 days. Much to my surprise, I received an email approximately 4 hours later telling me my claim was denied. According to PayPal, this was due to the transactions being 'consistent with [ my ] PayPal payment history ', which is not the case. I use PayPal sparingly and I haven't used it for anywhere near that amount. The most I have spent via PayPal has been approximately {$300.00} USD, ( this amount is approximate due to the purchase being in XXXX XXXX and currency exchange ), and the rest of my transactions have been under {$100.00}. I would like a refund. Dispute Case ID : XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I buy and sell items on XXXX and use PayPal as my virtual wallet for transactions. I have used this account for about 10 years and it has been in good standing the entire time and is still in good standing. Recently, I had some transactions on XXXX that were normal transactions and Paypal randomly decided to restrict my account without warning holding {$1200.00} in funds in my wallet hostage. Paypal will not give me any explanation as to why the funds have been stolen by Paypal and refuses to allow me to withdraw my funds. I have provided all information requested by Paypal but they refuse to respond to me through all available channels. I am attach a printout of all of the ridiculous documentation Paypal keeps asking for that has been provided. There are about 20 documents they have requested at this point, all of which they already had prior to their requests so they were second requests for documents they already had. Paypal has stolen my money and will not release it to me. Paypal knows that I am a long time customer and that this is normal activity. When I call PayPal they are using COVID-19 as an excuse not to provide customer service but they conveniently have enough people to staff stealing my money yet none to respond to me and fix the issue. It is sad that Paypal is using the death of Americans to make a profit.

Consumer Complaint: Ok so my mom bought me a prepaid XXXX XXXX serve card for XXXX dollars, XX/XX/20 there was a XXXX dollar transaction, I have no idea on what but its there, Today XX/XX/XXXX I tried to buy something on the XXXX, The preferred payment method I use on PayPal is this prepaid card. I attempted to buy something today for XXXX dollars and it said that it didnt go through said I needed to update my payment method on PayPal, So i did, and then I clicked the link that lead me to the PayPal website and I got charge a dollar for activating it I guess, even though it was already on my PayPal account??? Then I retried to make my purchase and it failed again, Same thing happend, update payment method, so I did, and it didnt go through again, ( I do that one more time ) Then I thought okay Ill try to add the card with XXXX XXXX and lay with that, so I added the card to it, but it didnt show up in my wallet, so I decided to do it again, ten minutes later I get two charges for XXXX dollars for the XXXX XXXX. So In total I was scammed for XXXX dollars. If the card needed an activation fee the XXXX dollar purchase should have been enough to activate it. I want my money back I dont know what company is responsible for this because it could be PayPals fault for charging for a card I already had or it could XXXX XXXX serve because they transactions are there but not on my PayPal account. I looking for a way to get a refund in the XXXX website but theres nothing and since PayPal doesnt have any record of my transactions I cant ask for a refund I want my money back please try to cover most of not all the charges Please contact me at XXXX XXXX
