This was a case of emergency due to medical concerns and I have decided to complain about this company that I need a full refund including the fee they charge for sending it. They said that is due to the covid 19 situation due to skeleton staff but I was not told this before I sent the money. i am really mad and I wish I had done it in a different way..

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed a $ XXXXcharge to my PayPal Business Credit Card . I called PayPal and was never given an opportunity to speak to anyone. I tried to make a claim on the website through the resolution center but since it was still pending the website would not let me make the claim. I finally got into a Chat-on-line and explained to the agent that this was an unauthorized charge, I think my card number has been stolen. They said since it was pending the merchant hasnt captured the payment. I asked if the card number was stolen and they said No. I again expressed concern that this wasnt right and they gave me instructions on how to claim on the website, which I said I already tried and it wont let me. I was told to wait for the pending status to change. So clarify Im told to wait to find out if my credit card number has been stolen, that is PayPals recommendation. On XX/XX/XXXX I get a new unauthorized charge. This time to XXXX for {$230.00}. Again, I cant dispute the charge because its still pending however this charge did completely wipe out {$140.00} dollars, I had in my PayPal account. This time I was just canceled my card on-line. Had PayPal closed the account, or stopped payment on XX/XX/XXXX with the {$0.00} charge, like I had requested the second charge of {$230.00} would not have been able to go through and my money would be accessible to me. PayPal was negligent in not taking my concern seriously the first time and has led to more unauthorized charges and inconvenience to me because I dont have access to my money that was in PayPal especially over a holiday weekend.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to make an internet purchase via the XXXX classified ads. I paid {$600.00} to a XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) for the purchase of a kite. Soon after verifying payment, the seller claimed he couldn't access the funds and wanted me to send more. I identified this as fraud and immediately called paypal. Paypal will ONLY process customer concerns via chat, they claim their phone systems are " down due to covid. '' With every line of text, I am sent to a new agent, no progress is made. This happened countless times. 7 hours with customer service provided no results. At one point I was told I would be transfered to a resolution center, only to be met with a new agent requesting the discussion be started from scratch again. When i requested a transcript of the text, as. per their website instructions, my call was transfered, then abandoned. I found the resolution center on my own, filed a request for review at midnight, and it was closed as " resolved '' minutes later. Logs of all calls and text between Paypal and fraudulent seller are available on request.
