Consumer Complaint: My loan was sold from XXXX XXXX several years ago to XXXX. I'm sure you are aware of XXXX XXXX " problems ''. XXXX then sold my note to Ocwen Loan Servicing probably around XX/XX/XXXX I think. I have had problems with the ( Ocwen ) ever since. Right now, I am trying to modify my loan but as is practice with Ocwen they take their time and then start sending foreclosure notices. Over a year ago, they raised my mortgage payment with only three weeks notice. I know the loan is an ARM, but that was a little much. I told them I could not afford the payment, filled out the modification paperwork and they denied it because they were showing my income double what I was making. When I called their attention to it they refused to make the correction and told me I could make the payments. I did for almost a year but had to file a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy last XX/XX/XXXX due that reason and my credit was great. Not now. The bankruptcy was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. I signed a reaffirmation with Ocwen that XX/XX/XXXX as that is how long it took to get them to furnish one. They never filed a proof of claim until the bankruptcy trustee filed a complaint against them. It took them almost six months to provide the proper documentation six months after the bankruptcy was discharged. During that time I lost my job inXX/XX/XXXXand started a new job in XX/XX/XXXXmaking almost {$600.00} less a month. I have been trying to get the loan modified since the beginning ofXX/XX/XXXXbut Ocwen could not do anything until the bankruptcy issue was taken care of. I do not know how they manage to stay in business. Anyway, as soon as the bankruptcy court stated they had a lien as a debt collector and not a mortgage company, then the " collection '' letters began. I am almost 3 months behind on my mortgage and this modification could have already been taken care of. I am still waiting to hear their decision. I feel trapped. I would appreciate any input you might have. Thank you,

Consumer Complaint: I applied for Loan Modification as pursuant of the Government Home Affordable Program and eventually Ocwen called onXX/XX/2018, that our monthly payments went higher than when was originated. Along with my husband, who is now XXXX, have been attempted to modify our loan through Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, while seemingly trying to modify our loan, at the same time, Ocwen are trying to foreclose our property. It is our assertion that Ocwen have not dealt with us in good faith.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed 2 complaints against OCWEN in an attempt to get my mortgage invoices reported correctly. On both occasions, they have done a complete review of my account, concluded that my account is current and I have not missed or made any late payments, cfpb have closed the complaint on the word of OCWEN that the issue have been resolved and then continue to send me bills showing that my account is past due and has an outstanding balance. I'm convinced that OCWEN has the nefarious intention on foreclosing on my mortgage if I am not paying attention, so I am insisting that this complaint not be closed until I have received a bill showing no outstanding amounts and that my mortgage is completely current. I spoke with 2 individuals at OCWEN on XX/XX/XXXX one was the escalation manager and they still insist that I owe OCWEN from XXXX. This statement insinuates that my mortgage is over the 120 days behind at which point they can begin foreclosing against me. The two previous complaint numbers are XXXX and XXXX. I am attaching the letters sent in answer to these complaints clearly stating that my account is current and am insisting that OCWEN correct my account to show that it is current with XXXX outstanding amounts. I am also attaching the bills I am receiving showing a balance forward that is incorrect, my bills should have a {$0.00} outstanding balance.

Consumer Complaint: I have already filed a complaint and received their response. They are unwilling to work with us to repay the property taxes that they paid. We have been working with an outside institution to try to obtain the funds required to stop the foreclosure. I am very concerned that if I get what they say is needed they will have changed the amount and not notified us. The Law Firm was unable to give an exact amount needed and it took several contacts with Ocwen to get someone to respond with an amount. We are reaching the deadline and I want to make sure they have not changed the amount or the rules. They sent letter dated XX/XX/2018 that the amount required to stop foreclosure was {$3100.00}. Can you contact them on our behalf to make sure they are sticking to this amount because if they have changed this amount our attempts to obtain funding will be in vain and they did not notify us with a formal letter of any increases or changes and they would not have given us enough time for any adjustments. If they did change any amounts due without notifying us would they not be in violation of the fair debt responsibility? If possible can you contact them on our behalf and get back to us asap? Consumer Complaint: We want the CFPB to have Ocwen show how they could service a loan for a company that was out of business before we got the loan? We would also like the CFPB about Ocwen 's breach of contract. Ocwen started servicing our loan, XX/XX/2013. They applied the first payment on time but charged us a late fee. Also, we would like the CFPB why they breach our contract from XX/XX/2013 - XX/XX/2013 without paying our homeowner 's insurance? When we requested a rescission all of the TIL disclosures were incorrect and Ocwen had been in breach of our contract for failure to pay XXXX for 6 months. This violates RESPA and Georgia Residential Mortgage Act. False disclosures are the same as non-disclosures.

Consumer Complaint: I have held this loan with Ocwen Loan Servicing for over 7 years and have made various attempts in the past to re-finance loan with them and have been consistently told I could not even though the loan is current. Most recently ( 3 yrs or so ago ) in one of out attempts, Ocwen told me to stop paying the loan so that I can modify the loan. I chose not to do that as it would hurt my credit. I continued paying the loan as scheduled. I received a notice stating I could refinance through a subsidiary of the parent company and when I called, was told that if the property was in transit of being sold they could not do anything for 90 days after it is taken off the market. When I called, the young lady I spoke to asked if I had modified this loan since that is what the record shows. I explained that we did not modify despite them suggesting for us to do it. On the occasion I was told to stop paying so I could modify, I was given that advise without them checking my credit etc. The loan was and continues to be current and now I received a notice from the lender raising my monthly payment by {$75.00}. It seems the only option the Ocwen has given me is to default on the mortgage which is not an option. It seems despite the fact I am a good customer and in good standing, I am being penalized.
