Consumer Complaint: Hello - My name is XXXX XXXX. I have had continued issues with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and I need serious help with them. I went through a modification with them back in XX/XX/XXXX. In this time they would not take payments from me because they said it was going through the process of modification. This took a year of continuously sending them bank statements and profit and loss statements and so on and so on. I would talk to one person at the company and they would tell me something different then someone else. This would go back and forth of them telling me something wasn't right on the paperwork or they never received it. After a year of going through this then they tell me that my mortgage has matured. I knew nothing of this as my ex husband did the loan. I then contacted AHEAD and they helped me to go between the mortgage company. All paperwork was done over again. Back and forth. Meanwhile my payoff amount went from {$49000.00} to {$60000.00}! I filled out the paperwork signed the final paperwork for approval of modification on another fifteen years. Had it notarized as requested by them. Sent it to them and Ahead. I got paperwork stating from them congratulations my modification was approved. Relieved and finally able to sleep at night. However it was short lived. A few days later I get a letter stating oops we were wrong! You need to have your ex husband sign the modification as well. I told them I had explained several times before that this was not an option and that's why I sent them copies of the quick claim deed that he no longer has anything to do with the mortgage and that he has a life time restraining order on him from the courts and was not allowed anywhere near myself or my kids. I told them I've gotten a modification before and they excepted it. They told me they can no longer except that and if he doesn't sign it, my house goes up for foreclosure. As you can imagine I'm devastated about this and losing sleep because Im going to lose my home my family was raised in. I've lived on that land for thirty years and the thought of it being taken away because I can't get a signature from a man that hurt myself and my children is just unreal. Please I just need to know what I can do to save my house. Going to another mortgage company isn't an option right now. My husband and I own a small business and can not get loans at this time. I tried making XX/XX/XXXX Payment and now the agent whos ID number is # XXXX said they will no longer except mortgage payments from me because they didnt receive the second set of modifications they sent me with my ex husbands signature on them. Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing second time around since XX/XX/XXXX granted a Hemp Mod but will not cancel foreclosure proceedings. In XX/XX/XXXX company took extra money without my permission out of my bank account.I was never served in person only publicly by their attorney XXXX XXXX with the excuse could not locate me when indeed forwarding address was all along in my mortgage.Submitted an affadavit to the courts in XXXX with attached charges.I will submit the court transcript to you.Then the first Hemp Mod was revoked.The judge has the envelope papers came in.The explaination was I mailed in papers too late.It looks like Hemp Mod was revoked 2 days after recieving them.Up to this day Ocwen has not provided me with a copy of those closing papers.I have to make the assertion those closing papers were fake.This time around everything was submitted by me early.It is impossible to have a mortgage and being in foreclosure at the same time.I strongly believe as a customer I have been abused by this company and their attorneys.XXXX XXXX called me immorale and that ignorance of the law is no excuse.Ocwen retained XXXX.Company entered and broke in and items have disappeared out of my house during my absence.The garage door is damaged.Door frames and locks broken out.My attorney has the pictures.I filed a report w the XXXX.Neither Ocwen nor XXXX have assumed responsibility for the damages.

Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir/Madam : My name is XXXX XXXX. I am a XXXX year old XXXX national ( green card holder ) who has lived in the U.S. for more than 30 years. By way of background, my husband, a French-born U.S. citizen, who passed away in XX/XX/XXXX, was a highly decorated XXXX XXXX and combat-experienced war hero. In addition, he is an XXXX employee with a high security clearance for XXXX operations ( XXXX ). I have been in XXXX XXXX all of my adult life ( including being a XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have a son and daughter-in-law who currently reside with me. Shortly after my husband 's passing in XX/XX/XXXX, I had been introduced by a mutual acquaintance to a gentleman 20 years my junior, What follows are just a few of the issues I am facing and thought that you may wish to feature my story on your highly-acclaimed television program. As I will outline in much greater detail in the very near future ( and as I am now in possession of the relevant papaerwork which corroborates my claims, please note that the man I met is a con man who stole my identity for over 14 years ( the " long-con '' ). Through manipulated documentation, he made me believe that my mortgage was upside down, and he managed to steal all the equity in my {>= $1,000,000} home, as well as the life insurance my husband had left me in the amount of {>= $1,000,000}, took out over 15 cerdit cards in my name ( which he maxed out ), stole my social security benefits, and my husband 's social security benefits, two automobiles, my 401K, my life savings, my husband 's hand guns and ammunition, and managed to file fraudulent tax returns. Law enforcement/government agencies have done little to help me, presumably because of the complexity of these fraudulent activities. Recently, it has come to my attention that this man has life insurance as well as death and dismemberment insurance on my head. I was also involved in a very suspicious car accident that resulted in a broken clavicle.My phone lines are bugged and I am followed everywhere I by rough-looking gangster types. The above, is just the tip of the iceberg of a money laundering, life insurance for murder. The man I speak of is a convicted ex-felon ( extortion, credit card fraud, assault, grand theft auto, ... with a violent nature, who has threatened my life, my son 's life and my daufghter-in-law fears that she may also come to harm. Again, the individual I am talking about is part of a ring that specializes in elder financial abuse, mortgage fraud, money laundering and, I believe, life insurance murder, as well as international money laudering ( I have a bank account in XXXX that I believe, he has involvement in ). Please let me know if you are interested in touching base with me to discuss the possibility of exposing these conmen who stole my American Dream and make me afraid for my life. My home is in foreclosure ( he has bribed the mortgage servicer Ocwen ) to create fraudulent foreclosure documents. At the end of my life, I am facing homelessness, and I need your input, should the above be of interest to you. With respect to dates and monies stolen, below please see a few ( certainly not all ) fraudulent activities. XX/XX/XXXX : {>= $1,000,000} life insurance stolen ; XX/XX/XXXX : {$300000.00} loan - mortgage fraud. XX/XX/XXXX : {$640000.00} loan Ocwen/XXXX XXXX mortgage fraud ; no payments made to servicer since XX/XX/XXXX. 2008 : {$220000.00} loan ( XXXX XXXX ) ; no payments made to servicer. Since XX/XX/XXXX : grand theft auto ( twice ), social security fraud, IRS fraud, New York State Comptroller Fraud ... - none of the above could have taken place without having bribed Ocwen personnel. Many settlement conferences have taken place since XX/XX/XXXX without my knowledge/authorization. All of the above

Consumer Complaint: Ocwen Loan Servicing is a white collar crimes slimy operation with several legal troubles because the slimy operation and its shady lawyers are using forgery and fraud, manufactured documents, slander of title, malicious threats, violations, embezzlement, manufactured force place insurance policies, false principal balance, false payment history and other fraudulent fronts, and then uses its cozy relationship with slimy white collar crime operation XXXX and the XXXX XXXX XXXX as a weapon against me committing fraud in the county recorders office slandering my title threatening me with the illegal seizer of my home claiming to have person knowledge and have reviewed all the phony fraudulent manufactured documents using malicious threats threatening the loss of my home if I don't pay the pretender lender loan servicer hundreds of thousand of dollars in increased principal balance balloon payment loan modification releasing shady Ocwen from liability. For once, XXXX XXXX is correct we will address all of these fraudulent fronts with evidence before a grand jury, the California State Bar, the City of XXXX XXXX and the Police.

Consumer Complaint: My husband died in XXXX. Our home loan was in his name only. Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, required that I obtain " Letters of Administration '' to be able to speak to them about the loan. I did so. Then when I was in the process of applying for a loan modification there was a problem with one final document. My " Relationship Manager '' had mismarked an item on the document, I spoke to him and others about correcting the item to no avail. On XX/XX/XXXX Ocwen foreclosed on my home. When I learned of this in early XX/XX/XXXX I emailed every department in the company. The research department reached out to me wanting evidence of the issue I had that held up the application which, I provided to them. They then requested new documents with which to proceed with the modification, notifying me on XX/XX/XXXX " Please be informed that our records show that we received the documents on XX/XX/XXXX. Please allow 3-5 business days for the information to be reviewed to confirm we received all the necessary documents. In addition, we have referred the issue to the appropriate team who can take back the Foreclosure. '' Since that date, I have been told that my modification was " under review ''. My account page on the Ocwen website showed that the property had been foreclosed but that I was " under review '' as well. On XX/XX/XXXX, A gentleman knocked on my door, told me that he had bought my house, and showed me the Deed in his name. I verified it with the Assessor 's Office. So while I was " under review '', Ocwen both foreclosed and sold my home. I've contacted the Ombudsman for Ocwen and XXXX XXXX, each is looking into the matter. On XX/XX/XXXX I was served a 3-day Eviction Notice. I've called, left messages with Ocwen, emailed them, I've had no return contact as of yet. Tomorrow I'm meeting with XXXX XXXX XXXX hoping to fight the eviction at least long enough to get positive results from Ocwen. Any help you can be with this would be appreciated beyond words.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted this complaint multiple times to Ocwen and to CFPB. I would like someone to call me this time please. Here are details. My dad passed away XX/XX/XXXX and my mom in XX/XX/XXXX. Mom fell behind on payments due to sudden illness. Ocwen refused to apply any payment after that to the home. I am an only child. I have sent copies of death certificate, will and my identifications ( I will attach all those copies here ). They STILL have not contacted me. Each time you send them my complaint, they respond with " you need to send us the death certificates and apply for assumption ''. They never return my phone calls or my emails. I HAVE sent the death cert. I in fact, had my lawyer call and get the email to send them to. This is the email that XXXX, employee # XXXX gave my lawyer XXXX. I want to pay off the home. I do not want to assume the loan. They will not respond to ANY of my correspondence. I have tried to contact XXXX XXXX, office of consumer ombudsman, she only responds to send more paper. She does not call, or email. The paper she sends says " send death cert. '' WHICH I HAVE ... MULTIPLE TIMES!. Ocwen clearly does not want to work with me, because I am trying to PAY A LUMP SUM and pay off property and I HAVE SENT ALL NECESSARY AND REQUIRED PAPERS. They just want the property. Which I will sue for. Intervene please

Consumer Complaint: In the end of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX company changed my monthly payment from {$680.00} to {$1100.00}, stating a negative escrow account. Due to my monthly pension and social security income, i was unable to afford the forced {$1100.00} payment. At this moment, i am receiving mortgage statements asking for reinstatement amounts of {$47000.00}. Ocwen has added forced insurances, fees, and have rejected my {$680.00} payments by returning them. During this same time, i received a debt cancellation of {$220000.00} which is shown as a shared appreciation-principal reduction on my mortgage statement. Ocwen has also changed the {$1100.00} payments to {$740.00} over the years on my defaulted payment account which is false because they never offered me the option to pay {$740.00} instead of the forced {$1100.00}. I am now in foreclosure, Case No. XXXX, which was on hold due to Motions sent to the circuit court of the XXXX judicial circuit for XXXX county Florida. Motions were sent to the plaintiffs in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. We have just received a Motion For Summary Final Judgement Of Foreclosure on XX/XX/XXXX. The plaintiffs are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX. I am trying to save my home of 39 years. I would like for Ocwen to give me a debt forgiveness or an affordable loan modification that includes insurance and taxes and of course a foreclosure sale cancellation. My dream of owning my home has been destroyed. I purchased my home in XX/XX/XXXX at age XXXX for {$35000.00}. I made the mistake of getting a refinance that led to predatory lending in XX/XX/XXXX and now i'm fighting to save my home at age XXXX. I pray that someone can help me.

Apparently, Ocwen came to my loan from out of no where- Ocwen has invaded my property located at ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX ) ( XXXX ) XXXX ). That Property has two original owners : XXXX XXXX XXXX Years old and XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, Ocwen Made or signed a fake or an illegal loan modification. However, the original owners did not sign it. But, has altered both XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX signatures. I have explained that to Ocwen 's Ombudsman office numerous times. Me, XXXX XXXX Original Owner signed at the closing in ( XX/XX/XXXX ) have never ever seen the modification document until after 3 years. I told Ocwen Ombudsman office that was done wrong but, let 's fix it ; Ocwen has refused to give us another chance. My Loan balance was only {$60000.00} then it now ( {$120000.00} ). Ocwen has never wanted to accepted less than {$10000.00} from me as payments. As a result, I never paid but I have the money available to pay my monthly obligation. This month, without notifying me ; I found out my property will be sold XX/XX/XXXX. That is totally wrong and illegal due to the S.A.F.E, RESPA, TILA, and HARP of XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX. I have begged ocwen to accept my monthly payments but they refused in order to steal it from me. Ocwen and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are roping me. I am a U.S Citizen and I need help please! I am also contacting News reporters like XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and the local XXXX News to explain my situation! And then, Ocwen 's Lender Place Flood Insurance XXXX XXXX/XXXX did not even visit the House after Hurricanes Irma even though I reported a loss Claim. Thanks a million!

Consumer Complaint: We are encountering a problem with Ocwen Loan Servicing that I believe is of sufficient severity and impact to require the enforcement actions of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). These are problems that never should have started, should have been stopped a long time ago, and are still happening right now in spite of endless consent orders ordering them to stop this behavior. We dont even know if these lawyers who are trying to sell peoples homes even have instructions or any authority to do what they are doing. We have to know what is going on in this situation. We have been continually fighting these problems with Ocwen, and the situation just keeps getting worse. They have been sued a number of times by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) for problems like this, and they are legally required by court orders to handle these issues properlyand to not do what they are again doing right now. This problem is very serious and they are in clear violation of the law. They are ignoring numerous laws and consent orders. The CFPB must enforce these laws and orders. These illegal actions by Ocwen must be stopped immediately by any means necessary. The CFPB must take action to put a stop to this insane situation. No American citizennor anyone else for that mattershould have to go through this kind of experience in a civilized society.
