I am demanding that you remove these transactions from my credit report immediately as they are a violation of my rights as a federally protected consumer under title 15 chapter 41 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 1 ) In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section 5318 of title 31 or section 3486 of title 18. I request that you review this information and make the necessary corrections to my credit report. Additionally I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a copy of my credit report once the investigation is complete, as provided for under the FCRA. I'm a victim of identity theft twice. I'm desperately trying to clear up anything on my credit report and stop my information from being shared. I have filled out a request to opt out for LexisNexis to stop sharing any of my information on XXXXXXXX for identity theft in XXXX I have included court documents showing I have been given factual innocence from a judge. ( from XXXX ) for the identity theft I have filled out a second request to opt out for LEXISNEXIS to stop sharing my information on XXXX XXXXXXXX for a robbery and identity theft that occurred this year on XXXXXXXX I have provided a police report also.
