The letters are stated with items and issues. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Subject : Dispute of Unverified Bankruptcy Dear LexisNexis, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally dispute the unverified bankruptcy listing on my credit report, which has erroneously been marked as verified by XXXX and frivolous by LexisNexis. This incorrect information has seriously affected my creditworthiness and caused substantial distress, and I hereby request an immediate investigation and rectification of this matter. The bankruptcy in question does not belong to me due to the fact that I havent filed for bankruptcy. I have conducted thorough research and discovered that the bankruptcy claim in question lacks substantial evidence and verification. Moreover, I have obtained information from LexisNexis, which asserts that their assessment of this bankruptcy as frivolous directly conflicts with the verification status applied by XXXX. Such discrepancies raise concerns over the accuracy and integrity of the reported information. I request that your organization initiates an internal investigation into this matter, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Consumer Complaint: Good day hoping you are well. I am a XXXX individual who attempted to access his accuity and consumer reports from LexisNexis Risk Solutions. I contacted them several times about this issue, but without resolution. The agents were decently professional, but said they can not change their polocies, suggesting I call back, even though nothing is likely to improve. I am XXXX and can not read printed, mailled material ; I can, however, read electronic material. After some calls and attempts to leave feedback, the agency states it can not send me copies of my information in an accessible format, even though it apparently has an electronic way for consumers to access their information. ( It was not fully explained, but seems still to require a printed mailled letter. ) As such, this is innacccessible under the ADA and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, under which I sought to request my information. Similar financial instutions have accessible alternatives ; XXXX states it does not. I do not believe I am the only XXXX customer who was refused accessible access to his information. Note that the Social Security Administration used my information, which I attempted to access, in making a determination ; as such, I should be able to access information relied upon by the Federal Government in an accessible manner, especially when that administration affirms my ability to do so. I attached copies of written corespondences, as well as the SSA notice I received to contact the Company for my report. It does not seem to have a listed physical address ( see links below ). Consumer Complaint: I was given a higher undesirable XXXX XXXX XXXX Quote on XX/XX/XXXX and again XX/XX/2023. Both times LexisNexis provided a Credit Type Auto Report to XXXX XXXX XXXX that caused the high rate quote. LexisNexis has no way to get the report on the Internet stating to call them at XXXX -- XXXX. Upon calling LexisNexis Recording states use the Internet Site. They pass me back and forth with no resolve. No human contact is possible at LexisNexis.

Consumer Complaint: to whom it concerns, I have moved over the last few years because of harassments in local area. After being over charged and given outrageous premiums for insurance, I questioned what sources they are looking at and I was told lexisNexis out of XXXX GA. I contacted them out of concern and they told me they can only do one thing and that is to send me a copy of my report. When I received the report i was in shock, they have been keeping data on me and sharing personal information on me for 30 years. This can not even be legal. This looks like a life time social credit score on me. I want this information taken off their records and allow them to keep the legal amount of years which I believe is 7 years. Please advise me how to go forward and receive fair treatment by insurance and other companies.
