Consumer Complaint: I disputed 2 public records that were appearing on my XXXX credit report. My repeated disputes have gone unresolved since XXXX of this year. I am now requesting further assistance from an outside source. I am requesting to have two public records immediately removed from credit file. XXXX originally deleted the two public records on XX/XX/19 from my credit file. However on XX/XX/19, both public records were reinserted without the proper legal notice being mailed to me. Per FCRA Section 611, if any information has been deleted from a consumers file is reinserted, a consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion that the information was reinserted. I was not indicated via mail nor electronic delivery that the two public records were reinserted. I have been disputing this information every 30 days since XXXX and I have gotten no where. In fact I have spoke to several XXXX dispute resolution specialists, who each give significantly different responses pertaining to the investigation. I feel as if the consumer reporting agency, XXXX is purposely not removing incorrect information. This is discrimination and illegal.This is causing significant damage to my credit file and my ability to obtain credit. I am requesting to have both bankruptcies, chapter XXXX and XXXX removed, in addition to all accounts that are associated with the bankruptcies, to be removed. My reason to dispute this is that all the information appearing on my credit file pertaining to the public records is false. The address to the court house in XXXX XXXX of TN is incorrect, the case number is not a valid case number and XXXX sent fraudulent investigation results via mail stating they verified via directly with Court, who sent a response denying such. I contacted the XXXX County XXXX XXXX here in XXXX, TN who indicating that the bankruptcy court can not report any information to the credit bureaus as it is illegal. Thus, I can not believe any information that XXXX sends as a part of my re investigations, because they have used illegal practices. Please require XXXX to remove the bankruptcies immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter to Lexis Nexis for method of verification for a bankruptcy they are reporting. I sent a letter XX/XX/2019. I will attach at the end. I called and spoke with a rep and she reassured me they have until XX/XX/XXXX to send me a letter with the information. She told me the investigation team goes to the actual court and request the info. I received a letter in the time being from Missouri courts stating they do not report info to Lexis Nexis nor the bureaus. This is a violation of my rights on all levels. I asked them to remove from my file due to the fact that they can not validate the false information they have sold about me. This is unfair. Please assist me with this complaint. I asked them to send all documents used to verify this info and all methods they used since i have THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN THAT INFO

Consumer Complaint: I initiated a dispute inquiry with the three major credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, because of a bankruptcy account showing on my credit file. The results from XXXX and XXXX investigation stated that Lexis Nexis was the furnisher and source of the information that they are reporting on my credit file and I was told to contact Lexis Nexis. I initiated a dispute with Lexis Nexis and in response to my dispute, they sent me a letter dated for XX/XX/2019, and it states that an investigation was done and the resolution was that " We have verified information from our identification records based upon your dispute. '' What is that suppose to mean to me? They sent me a copy of my credit file and it shows a bankruptcy account and it shows that the source of the information came from the courts. I sent a letter to the bankruptcy court, to the address that is on my report and inquired if they had sent information regarding myself to a 3rd party or to the credit bureaus and they responded to my inquiry with a letter that states " that they do not share information with any 3rd parties nor the credit bureau 's. '' ( I have attached that letter. ) The credit file from Lexis Nexis that list the courts as the source for the bankruptcy information is false. I then received another letter from Lexis Nexis dated XX/XX/2019 stating that they initiated an investigation on my behalf with XXXX and the results were that " The company that reported the information has certified to XXXX that the information is accurate '', why would Lexis Nexis initiate an investigation with XXXX when Lexis Nexis was the source of the information that XXXX is reporting. They are playing games. They have not done a reasonable investigation. They have only sent to me letters stating that the information had been verified but never no proof of who verified it. This company is being very vague with the results of this investigation. I have a right to see and challenge the validity of information that they claim has been verified. I want documentation that clearly shows that this account belongs to me.
