Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis Today I received the attached letter from Lexis Nexis from CFPB in reply to my 7 th complaint filed against Lexis Nexis both by US Mail and to the CFPB.. 1.. This is the first time Lexis Nexis supplied me XXXX XXXX and contact information. 2.Lexis Nexis NEVER sent me the list of 71 Historic & Unverified Jugments & liens '' which today 's letter claims they did. 3.This letter attached says Lexis Nexis supplied me a copy of my Accurint Report. This is false. They only supplied me a list of my home address ' for the past 30 years. ONLY. They have NEVER supplied me the list they sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX law Firm or to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am trying to have the list of liens and judgments corrected, DELETED and a corrected copy sent to me. I also need this support information to claim against XXXX XXXX for their relying on what was clearly bad information that forced me to disclose information on MY FINRA U-4 that was not accurate. XXXX XXXX billed my employer, XXXX XXXX XXXX {$5000.00} which was deducted from my paycheck in a month when {$5000.00} was my only income and it caused me a lot of financial difficulty. I expect to recover this {$5000.00} from XXXX XXXX.I will add this email to my complaint at CFPB.

Consumer Complaint: Despite numerous attempts with my homeowners insurance company ( XXXX ) and Lexis Nexis, I have been unable to secure my insurance scores and credit scores that are used to determine my auto and property insurance premiums. In doing research regarding my property insurance premiums, I have found that I am being charged double what comparable properties in my neighborhood are being charged. This despite my property having a lower insured value and higher deductibles. Both XXXX and LexisNexis blame the other organization for not being able to furnish my insurance scores. All factors equal, it appears that I have been overcharged ( compared to neighborhood properties of greater value ) at least {$750.00} per year over the last 3 years. I have spent countless hours trying to remedy this situation and am being actively blocked from receiving reports and or any derogatory information in my files that determine insurance premiums. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
