Consumer Complaint: THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT AND NEEDS TO BE READ! Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX ALSO SENT VIA CERTIFIED U.S. MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED LexisNexis Consumer Service Center XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA. XXXX Re: Acct # XXXX REQUESTING IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF BANKRUPTCY. To whom it may concern, I have recently made several requests via certified mail and online complaint’s to LexisNexis, XXXX & the Consumer Protection Bureau to remove a bankruptcy from LexisNexis & XXXX. In my last complaint to the consumer protection bureau I stated the following: “According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy “CAN” remain on your credit history for “up to 10-years” from the filing date. For a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy, the maximum is seven years, like most other negative items. There are some “KEY PHRASES” in that statement that need to be clarified: 1. "Can" - The FCRA does not require that a bankruptcy remains on your credit report a full decade. 2. "Up to" - Again, 10 years is “not a legal minimum, it is the maximum.” So, legally, bankruptcy can be removed from a credit report before that limit is reached. As I expressed before I am attempting to apply for a mortgage and this is having an impact on obtaining a fair interest rate. 3. XXXX and XXXX have both removed this several months ago upon request. Therefore, I am requesting that LexisNexis follow suit as XXXX & XXXX have done and removed this from my credit history. This negative bankruptcy is due to be removed in XX/XX/XXXX just a couple of months away. I would like to close my home loan with an affordable interest rate before then. I would, therefore, request that you please do not send me a template letter in response to this request and expect to receive a response within 10 days of receipt of this letter and expect to see the item in question permanently expunged from my record. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I very much look forward to getting this resolved as soon as possible. Very Respectfully, XXXX XXXX XXXX CC: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MI. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I noticed a bankruptcy charge off account on my credit file early last year and Ive since then have been disputing this account with the 3 major credit bureaus XXXX has verified the account a a fraud account and since then has removed this account entirely off my file but XXXX has been giving me the hardest time to do the same I honestly believe hat they do not even try to verify the account the just go off previous notes and make their decision based off of that For example I filed a dispute over the phone with them yesterday regarding the fraud account and with in hours the results where ready verified as mine .. I contacted the court and they verified that no one reached out to them and the notifications they had none where from XXXX pertaining my file! How did they verify it was mine?

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent faxes to XXXX ( Fax Number XXXX ) and XXXX ( Fax Number XXXX ) to dispute the inaccuracy, compliance, and reporting of a public record that they maintain under my social security number. I requested in the letters that they please validate this information with the court and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my signature. The following bankruptcy entries are inaccurate and unverifiable : Account # XXXX Reported XX/XX/XXXX Account # XXXX Reported XX/XX/XXXX Both XXXX and XXXX responded back stating the bankruptcy is accurately reporting based on third party data provider LexisNexis. Per the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer file. XXXX and XXXX have yet to provide me with copies of all documentation associated with this Public Record Account bearing either a court order to place this information in my credit report, or my authorization of release bearing my signature. When I contacted Lexis Nexis they stated that they got the information from United States Bankruptcy Court. This information is false. I received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court Georgia XXXX District stating : " They do NOT report or transmit bankruptcy court records or any other information to the credit reporting agencies. '' The Credit Reporting Agencies have failed to properly provide any viable evidence bearing my name, signature or showing the account is being reported accurately which is what I initially requested. Per the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) " If the Credit Bureau can not VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer file. After receiving the letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court Georgia XXXX and LexisNexis response to my inquiry, I attempted to contact XXXX and XXXX again. I sent XXXX a detailed letter outlining the situation, actions I had taken to remedy the situation ( filing a police report, Identity Theft report, etc ), and requesting that they reinvestigate the accounts. The certified letter and supporting documentation were signed for and delivered by USPS # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX. The certified letter and supporting documentation were signed for and delivered by USPS # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX. Again, I received the same responses from the Credit Reporting Agencies as explained above. The exact same response. I am not sure what else I am supposed to do at this point. XXXX knows there is an identity theft issue with my credit file since I am unable to verify my own identity through their checks and balances, which prevents me for getting healthcare coverage, insurance, and requires that I send a ridiculous amount of paperwork in the mail just to get a copy of my own credit report. This situation has been absolutely maddening. I hope desperately that you can help.

Consumer Complaint: The County Recorder of Bankruptcy courts have mailed me letters which emphatically stated that they do NOT provide any information to credit reporting agencies, nor do they ever validate and/or confirm public records. It is the credit reporting agencies, and/or other third-party providers who collect information regarding public cases from public records. Public records information is NEVER validated by the Recorder of U.S. Bankruptcy Court system due to the Fair Credit Reporting Agency PRIVACY LAW. My inquiry to the County Recorder U.S. Bankruptcy Courts confirmed LEXISNEXIS RISK SOLUTIONS, INC has never validated or verified these public records entries on my credit report, neither will they ever be by them, They further stated while they are NOT liable or responsible for any MISUSE or INCORRECT public records, nor the distribution of said information, public records may, and oftentimes are report by third party sources unawares to the consumer, and in most cases, incorrectly. Considering the information currently showing under my social security number to be PERMANEMTLY DELETED from my credit report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted multiple written request and several request with cfpb and nothing is being done by XXXX XXXX or XXXX. According to the FCRA section 611 paragraph 7 I have the right to demand a description of the investigation and all credit bureaus have refused me that right. I have disputed inaccurate items and yet the credit bureaus have said these items belong to me without providing proof. My Identity has been compromised reports have been provided to the credit bureaus so they are well advised as to what is going on. I am sick and tired of this inaccurate information being reported about me that is not TRUE. I am asking that CFPB steps in and ensure that the credit bureaus does what's is right under the law. This Bankruptcy does not belong to me please delete
