Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I have been in contact with all major bureaus letting them know that a bankruptcy that appears on my credit file does not belong to me. Two of which have respected my wished and removed the bankruptcy from reporting. However, XXXX and LexisNexis have not. I have sent in paperwork multiple times with proof that the bankruptcy does not belong to me ; I have filed an FTC report and specifically stated for the information to be " blocked off my credit report file pursuant to section 605B of the FCRA, '' to no avail.
