Consumer Complaint: I called Lexisnexis on XX/XX/2020 to file a dispute for inaccurate information on my report ( such as : misspelled names, addresses and bankruptcy ). They did not complete the investigation within 30 days. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX to check the status and was told it was still within 30 day time frame for investigation and would be complete around XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 I had not received any investigation results and called customer service to report the non response and the rep told me that they could not print my paperwork so they had not been able to mail my results. They are in violation. I expressed in accordance with s.1629e ( 8 ) of the debt collection practices act, which clearly states that any information know to be false, can not be reported to any credit bureau , I request that you immediately delete this information from my credit reports. The rep stated that all info was suppressed and I would be receiving these results in the mail within 10 business days. I have not received anything in the mail removing the above inaccurate information I disputed on XX/XX/2020. I am asking that all inaccurate names, addresses and bankruptcy be removed from this third party Lexisnexis report.

They have 15 days to send the documentation. They are outside of the time frame to send the requested documentation. They are out of compliance. I am exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ).

Consumer Complaint: These addresses do not belong to me. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, OK XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX I have reported this issue multiple times over last three years. LexisNexis fails to correct my report. These must be removed as I am not connected to them. For the first address, I have a letter from the company that incorrectly associated my name with the address. Note that is from 2013. Feel free to share my information with the class action lawsuit against LexisNexis for failing to update information and remove information that is out of date. In addition to the XXXX errors above, there are multiple incomplete addresses. Additionally, LexisNexis fails to reasonably disclose my report. Reports are provided in an inconvenient format, including 100 duplicated entries which make reviewing the content of the report tedious. This serves no other purpose than to hide invalid and incomplete information from the victims of LexisNexis misinformation.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2019, I received an email from a XXXX XXXX agent named XXXX XXXX regarding a matter concerning a XXXX XXXX XXXX from Georgia. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, not from Georgia. I soon noticed an increase in my auto insurance and insurance claims from previous years on my consumer reports for accidents Ive not been involved in. I attempted to reach out to XXXX XXXX ' office and never received a response. I also contacted Lexis Nexis and was told that my personal info was sold to them by XXXX XXXX and that XXXX XXXX would need to rectify the matter. I've tried various means of rectifying this over the last year, including contacting XXXX XXXX directly but I'm always given the run around. Someone, either XXXX XXXX or Lexis Nexis, owes me for the extra money Ive had to spend on auto insurance and whatever else has been impacted from this false data.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I sent out debt validation letters to XXXX, XXXX, LEXIS NEXIS and XXXX requesting validation on a reported bankruptcy on my credit report. I received a follow up letter stating the bankruptcy was verified, in return I followed up with a second letter requesting documents/proof used to validate the bankruptcy. The credit bureaus never responded to my second letter. However, I have submitted proof that they have violated the FAIR CREDIT REPORT ACT. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX uses LEXIS NEXIS to obtain information pertaining to public records, but the Bankruptcy Courts do not provide information to resort reporting agencies and my LEXIS NEXIS file has been frozen since XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed public record Chapter XXXX bankruptcy dismissed reference number XXXX with XXXX by certified mail on XX/XX/2020. XXXX responded back that the item had been verified as belonging to me in XXXX of 2020 and they listed Lexis Nexis as the furnisher of the Information. I then disputed the information with Lexis Nexis and on a later date ( XX/XX/2020 ). Lexis Nexis further found the Public record info was inaccurate and it was removed from my records there. They stated they would also notify anyone they furnished that information too that it was incorrect and should not have been reported. EVER. XXXX was mentioned by name in the letter as a company they had given incorrect information too and that it would be resolved within 30 days with follow up letters. That I never received from either company. I would just simply request the information be removed from XXXX records. They are incorrect and are not mine.

Consumer Complaint: I complained about LexisNexis providing fraudulent information not obtained by the current 3 credit bureaus and said information was provided to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they disputed two items on my behalf, one has been added to a current ongoing Class Action law suit being conducted by the CFPB on my behalf and the other regarding the fraudulent Judgement is currently under investigation by Legal Action. I received via US mail two copies of a unauthorized background check conducted by LexisNexis and provided to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which in turn they forward to me since no one requested this violation of my privacy. I was a victim of identity theft and they are reporting information they was deleted by all three credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. There are to addresses listed that I never resided at in this report they are openly displaying all of my personal information. The credit bureaus dont even do that, they block out the first five numbers if my social security number to protect my identity, my drivers license also is openly exposed subject to identity theft as well. They are listing three addresses I never resided at, 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX, 2. XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Florida XXXX with no street address. 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX, which is the address to the XXXX XXXX. The report goes further exposing very private information regarding my personal property ( mortgage ), exposing phone numbers, email addresses, information regarding my vehicles purchased, insurance claims, and where I currently bank, including the miss spelling of my legal name which confirms indenting theft, this is clearly an egregious violation of my constitutional rights to privacy. This unauthorized investigation goes back more than 36 years. I am now a possible victim of identity theft again due to this violation and exposure of my personal information, this information now has been circulated to places that did not request nor were authorized to receive my very private information. I contacted LexisNexis about the unauthorized background check on me which is a violation of my constitutional right to my privacy. I was given the run around and no manager would take my call. I then asked the person by the name of XXXX how did LexisNexis get access to my drivers license number and social security number, which is not public information and she answered that they have ways of acquiring the information and I asked her how because that constitutes as identify theft, and a blatant violation of Federal Law.

XXXX has it inaccurately reported as a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy. I filed two disputes with XXXX about it in XXXX of XXXX. I included paperwork from my lawyer and the bankruptcy court but to no avail. I even filed a dispute with LexisNexis in XXXX of XXXX also to no avail. I will go section by section of the incorrect reporting so it will be easy for you to correct and delete this. In the address section of this report, you have a USPS date last certified XX/XX/2020 : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX XXXX HOW CAN I HAVE 5 DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AT ONE TIME?? My only address other college has only been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, AL XXXX. I have proof of this with my drivers license and my bank statement I keep providing to you. If you would simply do your own investigation and reach out to these addresses you will know I have never lived at these other places. In Section 1 you have multiple instances of the name MR XXXX XXXX XXXX. My name has never been XXXX. This incorrect name is also only attached to incorrect addresses, not my actual address. The fact you have an incorrect name lets me know you have done no research or due diligence into the protection and accuracy of my data. In section 3, in the Educational Records, you have me attending XXXX XXXX University. The reported age is XXXX! Im XXXX now and I am attending XXXX XXXX University! I have proof in the form of a transcript. Where are you getting this information from??? Are you suggesting I live at 5 different places AND attend multiple schools at the same time? You dont even report my actual school! You can not keep saying youre verifying information when all you are doing is typing my name into a database and it is spitting out the same incorrect information. Call these people, call the courts, call the owners of these homes, and verify it that way. Ask for my signatures and ACTUAL proof. Otherwise, you are just wasting my time and deteriorating my quality of life because of your incorrect data. If you do not correct this, I will be seeking damages in court.
