Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020I received a statement from my insurance company, XXXX XXXX, staing that my premium was " based in part on information obtained from LexisNexis. ". They provided a toll free number for LexisNexis ( XXXX ). I called the number and requested a copy of my credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from LexisNexis dated XX/XX/XXXX. In the letter, they said, " LexisNexis has conducted a search of its databases based on the information provided to us, but was unable to locate a file sufficiently matching your data. '' So, in essence, I received no report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I phoned LexisNexis. I explained the situation and the woman said she would mail another letter within 7-10 business days. I never received a letter. On XX/XX/XXXX, I phoned LexisNexis again. Once again I explained the situation to someone who only identified himself as " XXXX ''. I asked for his personal identifier, and he just repeated " XXXX ''. He said, " For some unknown reason, no report was previously sent to ( me ). ". He said he would be sending me my report within 7-10 business days. I never received the report. On XX/XX/XXXX I checked the XXXX website and did a search for LexisNexis in XXXX, Georgia. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 2 certified letters were mailed to LexisNexis asking them to verify the information which is located in my file they maintain under my consumer report. I received a letter dated XX/XX/2020 stating that the information they verified was correct. However I mailed a letter to the Office of XXXX XXXX county clerks office of XXXX county asking them if they verify tax liens with consumer or credit reporting agencies and the letter states no they do not report, validate, or confirm tax lien fillings or records to the credit bureaus. Yet and still LexisNexis continues to report the tax lien in the consumer report listed under my consumer number. I have provided copy of the letter in which was sent to me from the County clerks office, the same letter which was mailed to Lexis Nexis.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX i became a victim of identity theft. My credit reports had multiple entries for credit that i didn't make. Several of which were for Bankruptcies that im not responsible for. On or about XX/XX/XXXX i filed a police report for identity theft and a complaint with the federal trade commission. There after, i forwarded copies of my FTC Affidavit to all 3 credit reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. XXXX is still holding this fraudulent bankruptcy on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexus shows a court case with unpaid rent attached to my information. Ive submitted 3 investigation requests to lexis nexus since XXXX regarding incorrect information theyve attached to my ssn including a notarized not one in the same form. Ive contacted the courts and theyve stated they are not reporting information to lexis nexus but the company pulls data. There is no identifying information on the court documents beyond a first/last name and address. The address is similar to one I lived at a decade prior to this issue but not one Ive occupied. Ive contacted the landlord listed on the court documents and she has stated the tenant was related to their grandchild and is in their XXXX ; has no contact information for the tenant. Ive spoken to countless lexis nexus representatives and have been told requests have been filed, information taken down, nothing further can be done, no one else I can speak to, no further information needed, nothing I can do. Last request sent XX/XX/XXXX Name- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 3rd dispute. Never lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX ; I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX IN XXXX in XXXX. Was never a tenant of XXXX XXXX. At the time of this court case, I lived in the home I own in XXXX IN and my last name was XXXX. I have spoken with the XXXX County Courts regarding this matter on several occasions due to your inaccurate information ; they have advised the attached form. They have stated there is no identifiable information on this court case to link this inaccurate information to me. They stated they do not report information to LexisNexis, that LexisNexis pulls information from their database. This was a different person with the name XXXX XXXX. I have advised LexisNexis of this error multiple times and the company has refused to correct their records. This is a libel ; the company has been advised multiple times, documentation has been provided. Cease and desist reporting of unfactual data on my report immediately. Consumer Complaint: I have filed several disputes with XXXX providing information about inaccurate bankruptcy accounts. All prior disputes I have filed are determined verified. In the completed dispute letter I received from XXXX, I was told to contact the company verifying the information known as LexisNexis which is their vendor. According to LexisNexis the bankruptcy accounts do not exist. I have provided supporting letters from LexisNexis that substantiate my dispute. I was told by an XXXX representative that they obtain information from a public record source known as Pacer which is a third party vendor that holds court information. According to The Fair Credit Reporting Act, I understand that one must verify information from the original furnisher. I also provided a letter from the bankruptcy court stating they do not report to the credit bureaus such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I would like a proper investigation that do not violate the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: This company is fraudulently reporting incorrect information for my daughter and I. They are fraudulently reporting that we are the same person. They are illegally reporting that we are aliases of one another. We do have the same first name only and different last names. She's my daughter so we have resided at the same addresses and we've been authorized on each other 's credit cards, etc BUT we have different date of birth 's and different social security numbers. This company has failed to verify any type of facts before sharing personal information and details. Because the names are similar, they never take the time to confirm and verify if it is the same person or not. They have caused my daughter and I to be declined credit, declined rental assistance, rejected applications and higher interest rates and security deposits. They have never verified if we are the same person or not even though our information is completely different. Both of our information is listed on each other 's credit reports, public records, background checks, employment history, XXXX major credit reporting agencies, insurance reports, etc ... We are requesting that this company removes all information that it has listed for both us and wipe the report clean. We are requesting that the company sends each of us SEPARATE copies of our consumer reports and files for us to each review. We are requesting that a security freeze is added to both of our files so that no further misleading, misinformation, incorrect, fraudulent information is reported again until all matters have been resolved. We are requesting that they refund us for the extra money that we had to pay out of pocket to dispute, repair and correct our profiles only for them to submit the incorrect information illegally again. We are requesting a refund of the extra interest rates that we were charged because our scores decreased due to incorrect reporting. We are requesting that this information is completed expeditiously and that it is not delayed or held up any further. This company stated that they have no control over what other company 's submit to them or have no control over what my score is or what my report reflects. This company continues to report the wrong name, spelling of my name, wrong last name, wrong addresses, wrong phone numbers and wrong credit information. This company has failed to send me a physical paper copy of my credit report. I have called them consistently requesting a paper copy of my report. They have sent documents to my daughter and I requesting that we sign into a website and submit a pin number to access the files. The pin number doesn't work. WE WANT A PHYSICAL COPY OF THE REPORT! NOT ACCESS TO THE REPORT ONLINE! WE DO NOT HAVE A COMPUTER, PRINTER, COPIER OR FAX MACHINE! SEND A PAPER STATEMENT OF THE ACTUAL REPORT! They have also failed to remove any incorrect information for me including personal information, credit inquires and credit accounts. WE NEED AN EXPEDITED, CURRENT COPY OF OUR CONSUMER REPORT TO BE SENT TO US VIA OVERNIGHT SHIPPING EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
