Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I got a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Rejecting me because of slow payments of debts, too high debt ratio, and no history of installment loan payments. I had just gotten a loan from XXXX personal loan in XX/XX/XXXX for {$2500.00} payable in 48 months and I paid that loan in 6 months in XX/XX/XXXX. Then in XXXX they sent me a letter with the credit reporting agencies they used, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and with one I never heard of Lexus Nexus. Then Yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they made me aware of another credit reporting agency they used XXXX who are these people? I would like to file a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX, LexusNexus and XXXX XXXX for using erroneous information to deny me a loan. Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexis sent me a letter saying I need to log onto their website. The website does not work and it's consistent with the conspiracy of fraudulent reporting a bankruptcy that does not exist. I have reported this several times and they are still lying about the bankruptcy that they can not verify with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. If you guys can not provide proper oversight I will be force to sue the three bureaus and Lexis Nexis in court. This is not a tolerable action in which a citizen should be subjected to. The three credit bureaus are conspiring with LexisNexis due to the fact they are a paid subscriber and we are now understanding that there is a monetary gain for consumers to have bad credit. Their sponsors make more money and this process will be presented to a federal court.
