Consumer Complaint: Auto insurers have been using LexisNexis to review public information regarding my accident history. This information, via the CLUE report, is used to determine the risk to insure and subsequently calculate a monthly premium. LexisNexis incorrectly shows that I have two " at-fault ' accidents on my record when I only have one. This has been verified with XXXX auto and I was told by both companies I have to take it up with the other, ie. LexisNexis instructing I contact XXXX and vice-versa. When I called LexisNexis in XXXX I was told they can do nothing about my record. As a credit history and risk reporting agency, LexisNexis has failed to investigate this inaccurate information and I have been paying additional premiums that I shouldn't have been paying. XXXX deemed this accident " no-fault '' but somehow this XXXX accident is listed as " at-fault '' with LexisNexis. This has been an ongoing issue that I realize I have to take additional action on in order for this to be resolved.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis is refusing to comply with the law. I requested " the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness '' as to how the bankruptcy information got on my report. LexisNexis is improperly, inaccurately, and incompletely verifying information on my report and the bankruptcy. This report is provided by SELLING MY INFORMATION to the 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who are also directly using LexisNexis ( a third party system ) to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy that are on all three of my credit reports. Therefore, I have a right to know how LexisNexis is claiming they are AGAIN using a third party system ( XXXX ) to verify a bankruptcy on my report. They are also claiming the address on this third party system ( XXXX ) reflects an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX, which LexisNexis also obtained from this third party system. However, NONE of the 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) show that address on my report. Therefore, under the FCRA, LexisNexis is inaccurately, incompetently, and lackadaisically verifying information through third parties when they must go to the original furnisher of that bankruptcy. XXXX is not. The Court is the original provider and they do not furnish this information.
