Consumer Complaint: I filed a dispute with Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX involving a public record that is incorrectly reporting on my credit report. It is a Bankruptcy filing showing the " assets and liabilities '' sections inaccuralety. They are required by law ( FCRA ) to report all information on my report 100 % accurately. The assets and liabilities sections both show as {$0.00}. This is incorrect and I disputed the information. They promptly " VERIFIED '' that information. I disputed it again and it was yet again " VERIFIED ''. I asked specifically HOW they verified the item and then sent me some canned letter that told me what they are " supposed '' to do. I don't care about what you are " supposed '' to do, I want to know exactly what they " actually '' did. I received a letter from the Courthouse stating that they " DO NOT REPORT ANY INFORMATION TO ANY CREDIT BUREAUS and I attached proof of this. I also obtained my own court documents had have attached proof showing that the assets and liabilities was more than {$0.00} and that my rights were violated because of Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX refusal to investigate properly.

Consumer Complaint: lexis nexis reported to the three credit agencies that i had a bankruptcy in my name. i disputed this and they say its verified, but i go to the supposed court house that its with and they say two things. 1 they do not provide information to any third parties, 2. my name and social security and date of birth do not match any of their records. so how can they possibly be getting my information from the courts. they must maintain information through the original company for full socials and date of births.

Consumer Complaint: I, Mister XXXX XXXX XXXX, a married man to my wife, XXXX XXXX XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX am filing this Complaint against LexisNexis as they refuse to provide me with a FULL LexisNexis Report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I just received and opened an alleged LexisNexis link that shuts down every couple minutes and forces me to print the FRAUD mish mash of data that has removed specific identifying characteristics of my identity such as removing my birth date, my social security number, my gender, which male, my marital status is not shown which should be married, no emails, no cell phone history, etc. Regardless, I can not dispute a FRAUD mish mash of papers from LexisNexis as my consumer number and case number are required to be on each page, which this mish mash does not have. There were information in regarding the bankruptcy that was reported to the credit bureaus by these data providers who are third party recorder who report information to the three credit bureaus. Which are XXXX XXXX XXXX I am exercising my rights under the fair credit reporting act, section 609, to request information regarding. As per section 609, I am entitled too see the source of information, which is the original contract that contains my signature from these three data provider XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Lexus nexus. If either of these parties disclose this information to the credit bureaus which is illegal without my consent I am requesting that this item be removed from my credit report within 30 days of this complaint. These data providers are illegal selling consumers information to the three credit bureaus for their company profit.

In addition, they keep reporting LexisNexis is verifying a bankruptcy that does not exist. I have from all LexisNexis information and there is no way that any of the 3 major bureaus or LexisNexis could verify.. In addition, it's taken longer than 30 days for the 3 credit bureaus to resolve the 9 inquiries that I did not consent to. 604. Permissible purposes of consumer reports [ 15 U.S.C. 1681b ] I would like written verification that the three major credit bureaus can verify the bankruptcy that does not exist and what information they are receiving from LexisNexis that is frozen.

Consumer Complaint: Lexis Nexus has been giving out bogus information on a Lexis Nexis Credit report. The information was given to a prospective employer, which resulted in I not being offered the position. The employer informed that I was not getting the job because of the information that was provided by Lexis Nexis. When I tried getting touch with Nexus Lexis Nexis they were impossible to reach. Lexis Nexis is refusing to provide me with a copy of the report. Instead they send me a code number to type in that is completely useless. The code number is their way of insisting they are following consumer law when in fact the number they are providing is fake.
