I am in the middle of moving and this alate mark is preventing me from moving into a new apt . I was under the COVID-19 SHUTDOWN. The CARES Act calls these agreements accommodations. Consumer Complaint: - I've got multiple account denials citing LexisNexis Report. I've been ordering NexisLexis reports since XXXX, I never received any copy or disclosures. - Recently in XXXX, the month of XXXX and XXXX, I requested the report through a paper application form - which was submitted on XX/XX/XXXX following an inquiry on XX/XX/XXXX. - Lexis Nexis on XX/XX/XXXX informed me that they mailed out a link for me to download my file. I however never received any documents - consistent with all of my experience with Lexis Nexis - I never received anything. - I followed up on XX/XX/XXXX, Lexis Nexis refused to look into my file. The same customer service agent, XXXX XXXX XXXX, constantly puts my inquiry into the loop ( request to be followed up and never sent out my paper work ) - LexisNexis ignored my XXXX XXXX XXXX complaint and now I'm out in the cold without my consumer report and my right to my information is violated severely by the company. I can't even get a bank account that uses LexisNexis system.

I have requested that XXXX XXXX froward me a copy of the contract and Itemized statement. there is some type of fraud on the entire account I am trying to protect the integrity of my credit profile. I am requesting a CREDIT BLOCK on my file from all 3 bureaus and including the supplemental credit reporting agencies. I would like to request a security freeze placed on my report and request a PIN Code. I choose to opt-out of your disclosing future information until further notice including inquires regarding all personal information. This security freeze request not only restricts credit bureaus and creditors but also future potential employers until I lift this restriction. Under the Fair Credit Report Act, you are required to comply.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted LexisNexis mutiple times in order to get a bankruptcy account # XXXX removed from my LexisNexis report. The last dispute I sent to LexisNexis was on XX/XX/2020. LexisNexis did not reply back to my dispute until XX/XX/2020. Also when LexisNexis responded to my dispute they did not investigate the matter. Their response states that they were " unable to locate the disputed item in our database ''. LexisNexis should delete the bankruptcy account # XXXX because they did not investigate the account and they did not reply to my dispute within 30 days. I have attached copies of my dispute and their response.

Consumer Complaint: I recently check my credit for accuracy and to my surprises there were a number of accounts reporting in my name, credit accounts that where not mine and I didn't have any knowledge of, this is when I realize that I have been breached and my identity stolen, immediately I started to investigating in what steps I should take to mitigate the damage in my credit, I found out that a report with the FTC and a police report had to be filed.
