Consumer Complaint: I have been fighting this bankruptcy for years because of the inaccuracies inside of the bankruptcy which is why its dismissed. Well today ; I logged onto PACER to verify that all of the information was correct ; ie. case numbers, closing dates ; etc., and I noticed that the case number listed on all 3 credit bureaus are incorrect. The case number listed in PACER is XXXX ; however what being reported on all 3 credit bureaus and probably Lexisnexis and XXXX is incorrect information. Its being reported as XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Hello. I was on the phone with my current auto insurance company, XXXX and that we were working on a new quote for my new car I recently purchased. Came to find that my 6 month policy cost was too high for my budget. I asked why and said I had two violations which I was confused about. Said one on XX/XX/2018 and XX/XX/2018 that it was reported as CLUE. I think this is a mistake because my car was stolen on these two dates however I never reported to the insurance with a claim. I never had my car brought in to check/fix. I got my car back after both dates but never had it fixed. It was not a loss. This doesnt make sense to me. I dont need any additional stress/money on myself. IT was not my fault that my car was stolen on these two dates. The car was recovered and was still drivable. Please help me out to fix on this situation so I can get my new insurance policy on my car. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Lexis Nexis VALIDATED to XXXX that a bankruptcy that appears on my credit report is accurate. I have asked Lexis Nexis to validate the bankruptcy they are reporting is actually mine, which they have failed to do so. Furthermore, my account with Lexis Nexis has been frozen and suppressed for over a year ( since at least XX/XX/XXXX I have proof ) My concern is that even though I have my information " frozen and suppressed '' Lexis Nexis is still fraudulently providing that information to other agencies or entities if they request it. My next issue is that Lexis Nexis has failed to provide me with the validity of the bankruptcy which is information I requested from them. They state the information is public information which is correct and true, however, without validating through the courts ( not PACER or an XXXX # ) how can it be confirmed that the bankruptcy is accurate?

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexus is advertising as a consumer credit reporting agency, selling & sharing personal information that has not been authorized, is unsubstantiated, inaccurate personal information, which adversely affects the ability to work , drive and is personally causing monetary damages as a result of the inaccurate data theyre collecting from insurers who are obviously submitting inaccurate information ; which affects insurance score & is a complete conflict of interest and unethical. What is the insurance credit scoring method, who authored XXXX insurers, who report inaccurate information for their profits ), how long does it effect a consumers credit score, how can a consumer improve an insurance credit score? Inaccurate information reported by insurance companies is acknowledged by insurers to an insured then insurers refuse to tell you what data information collected and incorrectly reported is LexisNexus ( possibly other data collectors-not disclosured to consumer ) refuse to correct the inaccurate information that insurers have knowingly, incorrectly reported/shared unauthorized, unsubstantiated information. Insurers will not provide the proofs necessary to correct the inaccurate information/LexisNexus credit report. I reiterate complete conflict of interest for the consumer, completely GROSS profit to insurers with literal net losses for consumers. I am NOT a customer or Consumer of LexisNexus, they request personal information to be shared by you to correct, incorrect information provided by XXXX.
