Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis shows a judgement on my report for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. We live in the same city. Ihave filed 2 disputes with lexisnexis since XXXX. The second time I sent a certified copy of the judgement and the police report showing all of XXXX XXXX information as well as a copy of my driver 's license. None of the information matches. Lexisnexis says, for the second time, that they verified with the court and all information is correct so they refuse to remove it. I spoke with the court and they said no such inquiry was made and they have no information related to me in their files.

Consumer Complaint: I had been working on cleaning up my insurance claims history file with Lexis Nexis, when I discovered it had a lot of wrong personal information. Three names ( not mine ) Multiple addresses ( not mine ). I have called 6 different times over the last 4 month and went line by line disputing misinformation, however each time the report was mailed it still had the same misinformation. The last two times I asked to have my California report deleted which apparently a consumer in California can do, but each time the report has not been deleted. I am at my wits end with this company. Also multiple times I have asked to speak with a supervisor only to have the customer service rep create a ticket for a supervisor call back ( they say within 24-48hours ), however a supervisor call has never been received. The last call to Lexis Nexis was on XXXX and I spoke with XXXX in reference to report & case # XXXX, # XXXX with consumer # XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Applied for increased amount of life insurance. Offer came back at a higher premium than quoted. Unwriter referenced Lexis Nexis score as the reason why. Have secured the full Lexis Nexis report. It is grossly inaccurate. Following are the inaccuracies : 1 ) A former roommate is listed 11 times under the " Identification Records '' with my social and birthdate. 2 ) There was no lapse in my car insurance between switching from XXXX to XXXX in XXXX of this year. Have proof, including the SC DMV letter acknowledging this correction has been noted. XXXX ended on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX began on XX/XX/XXXX. 3 ) Section 6, XXXX, Page 26, Record 4 : This is devoid of any information, as are the other 3 records, except for the word " XXXX '' next to the category " Type ''. Don't know what this is or is not, but I'm concerned with the word " XXXX '' on my record. Especially given that the underwriter notified our insurance agent that she couldn't actually see any of the report that we're looking at. Simply she was given a score number that she based her downgrade of my insurablility rating. The word " conviction '' seems like something that might prove detrimental to whatever is this scoring rubric. 4 ) XXXX XXXX File Report, Page 1 : DOB/Age shows " XXXX ''. Dependents shows " OO '' ( I have two ) Address shows " Since : XX/XX/XXXX '' ( I have rented here, with stellar rental history, since XX/XX/XXXX, proof available. ) 5 ) Employment : Is completely devoid of any information. ( I have worked at the same job, same company since XX/XX/XXXX, earning $ XXXX. Have proof of this too. ) Would like to see this corrected as soon as possible, as my family 's security ( via adequote life insurance ) is in limbo until this is corrected, thereby supplying our underwriter with accurate information to be able to return my insurance offer to its original status. Thank you so very much for your time and effort and for being around to help those of us who are negatively impacted by this sort of gross negligence in information accuracy. Please let me know what I need to do to aid this effort further. I'll be glad to supply whatever information necessary to move this correction forward with expediency.

Consumer Complaint: I ordered my consumer report from LexisNexis online several months ago and there were name and address errors on the report. I contacted LexisNexis by telephone and disputed these errors with one of their customer service agents. I also placed a security freeze on my LexisNexis file. I was given a consumer and case number that matches both the dispute and security freeze file. I received a Security Freeze Confirmation letter on XX/XX/2020. On the Results of the Reinvestigation letter LexisNexis sent me on XX/XX/2020, LexisNexis said they verified that a bankruptcy case was accurately reporting on my LexisNexis XXXX report. On XX/XX/2020, I sent LexisNexis a certified letter with return receipt service requesting the Method of Verification that was used to verify the bankruptcy case that they stated had been verified by them using the assigned consumer and customer number according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Within 15 business days, LexisNexis did not send me a description of the procedure they used to verify the bankruptcy or the business name, address, and telephone number that they contacted to verify the bankruptcy case with. What I received from Lexisnexis was a letter that said additional information was required to process my request. They attached a blank Lexisnexis Request Form with a different consumer and case number to be completed and mailed back to them.

Consumer Complaint: Disputed an account with LexisNexis about bankruptcy on my credit reports and they responded but failed to update now I'm unable to contact them via phone, email, or their website chat. I have attached the letter that they said they would send to me and to the credit bureau so they could update the letters. I'm getting really aggravated with this mess they have created for me and trying to settle this before contacting the attornies general 's office. They asked for information to verify my account and still failed to update the correct address as you can see on the letter that I attached they emailed to me.
