Consumer Complaint: XXXX is illegally reaging a debt and violating my rights under the FCRA and the FDCPA. XXXX is reporting the original date of delinquency is XX/XX/2020 which is a lie. If the original date of delinquency was XX/XX/2020 they would be able to provide a bill from XXXX verifying that I had insurance with them during 2020. They have not been able to provide any paperwork from XXXX showing this date. Nor can they provide any signed contracts between myself and XXXX. XXXX is lying. They can not provide any signed contract showing I had a account with XXXX in 2020 nor can they prove that the date of delinquency is XX/XX/2020.

Consumer Complaint: back in XXXX of XXXX I sent a letter to my local courthouse regarding the verification of a BK on my credit report as there is some information listed that is not correct. They sent me a letter back stating that the bankruptcy courts has no affiliation or communication with any credit bureaus. So I intern contacted Lexis Nexis and the 3 bureaus for verification of the BK information listed on my credit report. It is my understanding that in order for it to be placed on my credit report the information that I believe is not 100 % percent correct that as a consumer I have the right to request proper validation which means lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX will need to perform a proper investigation. If the bankruptcy courts do not communicate with credit bureaus, I am unsure how a proper investigation of the information I am concerned about can be done. First letter to courthouse was sent XX/XX/2020 received response XX/XX/2020. Send their response to lexis nexis and the 3 bureaus after requesting an reinvestigation of the information listed. I received no response from anyone. I in return sent a no response letter end of XXXX to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I called lexis nexis and they stated they never received my letter so the next day I sent it certified and it shows they received it. Till this day I have yet to receive ANYTHING at all.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I sent LexisNexis a letter asking them for their method of verification for a bankruptcy account in which XXXX and XXXX stated they verified this information about me from LexisNexis. On XX/XX/2020, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives who stated this was verified through the court. I then sent LexisNexis a letter on XX/XX/2020 asking them to remove this bankruptcy from my record. I included a letter from the court stating the court DOES NOT provide any communication with any credit reporting agency. According to the FCRA, they must request verification from the ORIGINAL CREDITOR. In compliance with the FCRA 15 U.S.C section 1681 et seq, they have failed to verify this information within the required timeframe as outlined by the FCRA and I ask that they subsequently remove this record from my LexisNexis report. According to the bankruptcy court whom is the original creditor they DO NOT provide this information to LexisNexis. Because LexisNexis is unable to verify this information I request that XXXX and XXXX delete this information from my credit report as well.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: The only reason I found out about this error is because I applied for a mortgage and the mortgage lender said I had to wait another 1.5 years for the judgment to be 2 years old on credit. This inaccurate information has caused me to not get approved and possibly losing my {$4000.00} in earnest money. I applied for credit with the mortgage lender and they pulled factual data and then used LexisNexis Risk Solutions to check public data and judgments. The 3 credit bureaus no longer report judgments but LexisNexis does, this is how I was able to see it was on my record and reported incorrectly. I went to court in XX/XX/XXXX on a XXXX account that was charged off in XXXX. Before the 7 years was up, XXXX XXXX sold the account to XXXX XXXX XXXX and They got a local attorney to take me to court on an account they charged off meaning they wrote the debit off on taxes then collected for the debit they wrote off. When I went to court, I immediately agreed to settle the account for less than half of what was owed. The attorney XXXX XXXX should have immediately sent the release or satisfaction of judgment which would have been dated for XXXX but instead, according to the court house, they sent the release XXXX of XXXX. This caused the satisfied judgment to appear as it was satisfied in XXXX XXXX instead of XX/XX/XXXX. Mortgage lenders require judgments to be satisfied for 24 months which has caused me harm due to the miss reporting from all parties involved. Not only was the judgment released 5 years later by XXXX XXXX, but was reported inaccurately to LexisNexis on an unpaid creditor debit that was charged off 7-11 years ago.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed a bankruptcy with LexisNexis in XX/XX/2020, they removed it from my consumer report. Then, I used the LexisNexis letter which confirms that case # XXXX has been deleted to dispute the bankruptcy with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I asked the credit bureaus to contact LexisNexis to verify the DELETION. XXXX deleted the bankruptcy. XXXX and XXXX keep claiming the bankruptcy has been verified with LexisNexis and the US Bankruptcy Court XXXX. I received a letter from the US Bankruptcy Court XXXX and they don't report to credit bureaus. Also, I sent comparison factual dispute letters along with the LexisNexis and US Bankruptcy Court letter to XXXX and XXXX. They refuse to delete the bankruptcy. I have provided documented proof of the deletion from LexisNexis and confirmed with the US Bankruptcy Court, they don't report to credit bureaus.
