Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, I requested that LexisNexis validated the Banktuptcy listed on my LexisNexis consumer file. I received no answer, and on XX/XX/2020 I sent a follow up letter again requesting from LexisNexis to send me the documents that they used to verify the bankruptcy, and if such documents can't be produced to delete from my report. I received a letter back from LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX, more than 60 days after my initial request, dated with XX/XX/2020. In The letter LexisNexis claims that they verified the bankruptcy and it's accurately reporting on the report. They failed to fulfill my request to provide the documents and procedure they used to determine the accuracy of the disputed bankruptcy. In the letter LexisNexis include that the Fair Credit Reporting Act gives me the right to request a description of the procedures used to determine accuracy, however they fail to provide said information as requested in my 2 letters sent to LexisNexis in XXXX and XXXX. Furthermore neither court or pacer report to or verify accuracy of information to 3rd pats companies, and existence of the information is not evidence and can't be used to verify who it belongs to. LexisNexis Case numbers listed on the communication sent to me : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: so I disputed a bankruptcy after allot of back and forth lexis Nexis agreed with me that it should be deleted this was over 2 weeks ago and they have not updated any of the bureaus I have called several times and they each keep telling me to call each other lexis Nexis is saying call the bureaus they will update and the bureaus are saying call lexis Nexis. I keep getting the runaround and I am the one suffering from this still on my credit I just want it off asap. they both already have said it would have been off already it has not I just want this updated and removed

Consumer Complaint: I previously requested to dispute a bankruptcy that was reporting on my XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXXCredit reports! I contacted each of them individually to dispute the errors and requested that the entire public record be deleted from my profile. None of the company 's contacted me directed with the results within 30 days. I later learned requested a copy of my LexisNexis consumer profile only to learn that they were the one 's who misreported the public record. LexisNexis was the furnisher of this item and has since deleted it from my profile. The letter that LexisNexis submitted to the CFPB showed and confirmed that they deleted the bankruptcy item in XX/XX/2020. LexisNexis failed to advise and notify the credit bureaus of their deletion so the creditors continues to report the bankruptcy in error. The credit bureaus also never verified the public record as being a valid item. I am requesting that everyone DELETES THE INCORRECTLY REPORTING PUBLIC RECORD EFFECTIVE IMMEDITATELY! I have attached a letter from LexisNexis confirming deletion! I have also contacted emailed Pacer to find out what information they have in their systems and they too confirmed that they are not reporting any type of information for me to any credit agencies or 3rd party consumer agencies. DELETE THE PUBLIC EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY! You have already exceeded the original 45 calendar and business days allotted via the FCRA guidelines for verification and investigation of this matter!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a letter to lexis Nexis challenging the validity of these alleged bankruptcies they have listed on my reports. I recently Challenged this same account with the credit bureaus, and they came back stating that they have verified this account with Lexis Nexis. I have gone to the courthouse, and they have also stated they did NOT verify this information. I requested from lexis nexis to please send me whatever documents of information they have personally used to verify these alleged bankruptcies, immediately. If they can not produce such documents these bankruptcies needs to be removed from my file as it is defaming my character as well as update the credit bureaus. As of XX/XX/XXXX I have yet to get a response from them.
