Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of 2021, I contacted Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions Consumer Center via certified mail to challenge the validity of an alleged bankruptcy that Lexis Nexis have listed on my consumer report. Lexis Nexis responded via mail that their bankruptcy reporting is accurate, and that Lexis Nexis verified the bankruptcy by contacting Virginia Federal Bankruptcy Court. I, too, contacted Virginia Federal Bankruptcy Court on XX/XX/2021, and was informed in writing on XX/XX/2021 that Virginia Federal Bankruptcy Court did not verify any information with Lexis Nexis. On XX/XX/2021, I contacted Lexis Nexis via certified mail and requested that Lexis Nexis provide me with the detailed method that Lexis Nexis used to verify the the validity of the alleged bankruptcy. Lexis Nexis has failed to respond within the allotted 30 business day time frame.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I sent a letter to XXXX, XXXX XXXX and Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions to dispute bankruptcy. Lexis Nexis did respond to my dispute saying that they were unable to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy, so they deleted the record immediately. Also, Lexis Nexis sent me a letter saying they tried to contact XXXX but they did not respond. I started the dispute since XXXX but the 3 Bureaus never responded to any of my letters regarding my dispute. Please help me reach out to the Bureaus because they ignore my request. I have applied for mortgage for several times but I always got rejections. I am really looking forward for your help anent this matter.

My rights under the fair credit reporting act Verify the accuracy of my report when it is required for employment purposes. Receive notification if information in my file has been used against me in applying for credit or other transactions. Disputeand have the bureaus correct and deleteinformation in my report that is incomplete, inaccurate, and unverifiable. Remove outdated, negative information ( after seven years in most cases, 10 in the case of bankruptcy ).

I am well aware of my rights as a federally protected consumer and before i am trying to get the issue resolved outside of the courts but if i continue to be ignored i will have my FCRA lawyer file a suit. As a federally protected consumer i have a right to privacy i never gave you written consent to furnish any report on my behalf no consent is identity theft that is a serious crime i want the bankruptcy removed from all my consumer reports
