Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis is in violation of the FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) 15 U.S. Code 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) 15 U.S. Code 1681o ( a ) ( 1 ). On XX/XX/XXXX LexisNexis received via certified mail ( TRACKING NUMBER # XXXX ) an Affidavit of Truth along with Exhibits of proof of multiple violations. LexisNexis has committed identity theft and fraud as I never gave LexisNexis permission to produce any consumer report. On XX/XX/2021 I received an email from XXXX, XXXX ( RIS-ATL ) XXXX. XXXX asked for my credit card information to authenticate me. I responded to XXXX asking her to state what law under the FCRA requires me to provide any of this information. XXXX sent this email saying they could not authenticate me but provided identifiable information within the email that could cause another form of identity theft. XXXX also failed to respond to the email that she sent directly to me. LexisNexis is now in default as they have failed to respond to the notarized Affidavit. LexisNexis has also failed to pay the attached invoice. There is now a late fee associated with the invoice. I wish to settle this amicably but will not hesitate to go public or move to the next step to obtain my remedy. LexisNexis was also given a direct phone number to contact me. As of XX/XX/2021 I have spoken with XXXX at the LexisNexis XXXX CST who advised that the case would be submitted stating I XXXX XXXX have been authenticated.

Consumer Complaint: I notified LexisNexis that they illegally obtained and furnished data to XXXX in regards to a bankruptcy. This information is inaccurate and false and needs to be removed immediately!!!! I spoke with Agent XXXX about this matter and she acknowledged on a recorded line that the bankruptcy information was inaccurate and needed to be removed! She supplied me with case number XXXX to follow up with my dispute and removal of the falsely reported information. The bankruptcy courts do not report to credit reporting agencies and have provided information via an online statement that says that they are not a data furnisher!!! This is a clear violation of 15 usc 1692e!!!! This also violates 15 usc 1692d and 15 usc 1692g!!!! LexisNexis is civilly liable to pay XXXX per violation according to 15 usc 1692k!

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021, I sent out paperwork to Lexis Nexis asking them to validate how and where they received information on a bankruptcy that they are reporting on my credit report.They have not sent me anything In writing as to how they validated this information they are reporting on my credit report. And the federal law requires them to respond within a 30 day window, and they are sending out consumer reports and not what I am asking for. I reached out to you guys before on another matter and to know avail. I really hope we can reach a resolution on this matter. I am only coming here because I was told this is what you guys are here for. And if they received this information thru E-OSCAR it is not legit and they will not explain to me where they are receiving it from as a consumer I have a right to know how they retrieved it.

Consumer Complaint: I am distressed and constantly have anxiety attacks after numerous of times disputing both by mail and on the phone for the last 6 months and they kept the inaccurate information on my report that they have included the information below in my credit profile and that you have failed to maintain reasonable procedures in their operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in my credit reports they published. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be re-investigated. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), they are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract, any and all accounts that you post on a credit report. Otherwise anyone paying for their reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. I dont recognize this public record on my credit profile so I contacted the courts and they stated that the information I gave them didnt match that I ever filed bankruptcy in their courts ; please provide proof from the court of this public record. I never file bankruptcy ever in my life this public record on my report is inaccurate and I demand that it gets deleted immediately for violation of my right to privacy FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and you didnt have permissible purpose to furnish this information on my consumer report ; and violation of FCRA 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy

Consumer Complaint: I have sent two letters ( certified mail ) to Lexis Nexis disputing numerous inaccuracies on my LN report, They have failed to respond both times. There is inaccurate information they're reporting that is hurting my credit, and my car insurance is double what it was before they started reporting inaccurate information. These people must be held responsible for what they're doing to consumers by reporting inaccurate information. Here is the tracking numbers for both dispute letters I have sent.
