Consumer Complaint: All three credit bureaus the Nexus XXXX and several other data collection systems noted on the ftcc website are refusing to correct inaccurate information and only want to steal information to continue I am not volunteering any further information they will find my files they will correct the problem they will delete the inaccurate information or they will pay me XXXX XXXX per violation. If I catch any Bureau pulling another one page stunt as if they are openly refusing they will get sued immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Security and Freeze with Lexus Nexus they shared information with XXXX credit bureau and XXXX credit bureau does not fall into the category of any of the entitled categories allowed to receive information when a security freeze is on your account. in fact while on the phone with Lexis Nexus I was told by XXXX employee ID XXXX verbatim we can not stop the sharing of information with credit bureaus they are not included in security freezes we are not aware of how or when information on a person with a security freeze is obtained. This is a direct violation of information being shared in accordance with who is allowed to get information while a security freeze is in place. credit bureaus are not entitled to information they do not fall into the criteria of employers insurance companies Or others defined on your website. LEXIS-NEXIS as well as XXXX have both refused to provide to me with a written information as to where they received verification of the information that they have placed on my credit report this is a violation of the FCRA.

I wrote to XXXX XXXX and filed a claim ( CFPB ) that resulted in the discovery that Lexis Nexis is the company responsible for the incorrect information in their files. I have written to Lexis Nexis along with sending all the information that I sent to XXXX XXXX to prove that I am not deceased. Also, according to XXXX XXXX, they also reached out to Lexis Nexis to let them know that the incorrect information came from them. I have not received any correspondence or call from Lexis Nexis concerning this issue. I want them to correct my file and to tell me who is responsible for this information that they have in my file?
