I called LexisNexis to verify why are they sharing incorrect information and why is it they send me a report with so many inaccuracies. I told them the integrity of the data is shows so much inaccuracies and I need it to be deleted based on the FCRA US 15 1681M A security freeze was placed on my LexisNexis report on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021

Consumer Complaint: OnXX/XX/2021 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report to this day over 60days later. I have not received a response yet I feel like I am being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), It is plainly stated that a failure to investigates these items within 30 day gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 60 days so they should e deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to stress you caused me.

Consumer Complaint: Requested certified and validated letter from their data furnisher on the accounts showing a bankruptcy. XXXX states the reports are valid and verified by my bankruptcy attorney but fell short of providing evidence of written verification letter from him/her, plus a consent was not provided by me to access information from their so called attorney. I still need a letter of validation from the bankruptcy court and/or data furnisher about the two bankruptcies that appear on my credit profiles. Additionally, XXXX is reporting inaccurate information on the same bankruptcy. Has it discharged. XXXX states that it was able to validate the bankruptcy with its data furnisher but did not provide me with the name and address of the data furnisher. In the past, they all claimed that the bankruptcy report was from Lexisnexis. I contacted Lexisnexis which wrote that the information was unverifiable and that it would be removed and/or deleted. According to FCRA, information must be verified, validated, accurate and fair. Please have all 3 bureaus send me certified letter with information of their data furnishers instead of false incomplete and inconsistent claims they continue to make about their credit report data sources. Consumer Complaint: I have disputed an unverified inaccurate bankruptcy on my credit report with the XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and all 3 keep reporting the bankruptcy is verified by the data furnisher LexisNexis. As of XX/XX/21 LexisNexis did an investigate and said there in no bankruptcy in there fields ( see enclosed letters ). But this can't be true, because all 3 credit bureaus keeping coming back said its verified as accurate from the data furnisher lexisnexis. I have tried numerous times with each credit agency to remove the inaccuracy from there files and said lexisnexis has verified as accurate. XXXX XX/XX/21 # XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/21 XXXX certified bankruptcy. XXXX XX/XX/21 # XXXX # XXXX, XX/XX/21 # XXXX verified as accurate. XXXX XXXX, and XX/XX/21 file # XXXX all still referencing the bankruptcy in there files verified as accurate. Not one time has any dispute come back NO bankruptcy and the common denominator here is LexisNexis.

Consumer Complaint: Please be advised, I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. And I am submitting this complaint and accompanying documentation myself without any involved third party. This is not any sort of company or lawyer. Although I am using legal terminology, that is because I am aware of my rights as a natural consumer & will be pursuing legal resolution should be issue continue to be unresolved ignored. So that being said, fact, XXXX XXXX is in default and violation of FCRA statute 15 USC 1681i due to their non-responses to my previous request to remove invalidated information and information that they've illegally obtained without my consent from my consumer report in their database. Fact, XXXX XXXX received affidavits along with supporting documents on XX/XX/2021, at XXXX that detailed the specific records that were in need of removal due to their numerous violations per FCRA statutes for illegally obtaining, storing these records in their database, and reporting these records to other non-affiliated third-party consumer reporting agencies. XXXX XXXX did not fully complete the removal process nor fully respond to that request within the 30 days ( from the date of receipt of the consumer ) as required per 15 USC 1681i and as a result, they must now remove all of the records referenced in the original request that they received on the date listed above. The specific records that are referenced in that documentation, that was submitted to XXXX XXXX and that is now well past the 30 days allowed, and now must be removed immediately, are as follows : Bankruptcy Records Public Records ( 5 Records ) Identification Records ( 56 Records ) Address Characteristic Records ( 35 Records ) Phone Records ( 11 Records ) Education Records ( 7 Records ) Business Association Records ( 11 Records ) Online Marketing Records ( 20 Records ) Property Deed Records ( 1 Records ) Insurance Policy Records ( 4 Records ) Automobile Insurance Claim Records ( 3 Records ) Inquiry Records- ( 7 Records ) XXXX Records ( 43 Records ) Failure to comply with my request within the next 10 business days will be evidence used in federal court for your noncompliance under FCRA 616, 15 USC 1681 ( n ) and I will be seeking statutory & punitive damages in addition to the cost of the action and reasonable attorney fees.
