Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: On three occasions I have requested credit increases or inquiries and both agencies below continue to report information wrong. My first issue was with XXXX in which Lexis Nexis reported derogatory or public record. For over a year I tried to get a XXXX card until i finally disputed with them, they sent sent two reports that showed no derogatory record, within a week XXXX issued my new card. Now XXXX XXXX has sent me a denial showing XXXX as the consumer reporting agency. As i type this my current score on their own web page is XXXX yet they report XXXX to XXXX XXXX they also show derogatory public record which is linked directly to Lexis Nexis. Both companies have been advised on two occasions about the lack of reporting accuracy. I am requesting that the CFPB please get involved, I run a small business and this greatly effects me and does not seem to stop. Request for credit requested XX/XX/2021 LexisNexis XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, GA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX GA XXXX

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis Risk Solutions violated 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) its clear that that a consumer has a right to privacy, but Congress never defines what privacy is because only I the consumer can define what's private to me. LexisNexis Risk Solutions going out and fishing for negative information about me is an infringement upon a consumer 's right to privacy Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). Also, the Court doesn't disclose information with no " bureaus '' I included a letter from the court stating this. Next, LexisNexis Risk Solutions did not have Permissible purposes or my written instructions to furnish a consumer report using my non public information.

Consumer Complaint: The Credit Reporting agencies claim they investigated the listed bankruptcy and verified it. I contacted the US XXXX DISTRICT OF GEORGIA BANKRUPTCY COURT about this issue as well. In which I received a letter stating that no such verification has been provided nor would they ever give out such information. Congress says in order for them to have conducted an investigation they have to have Spoken to neighbors, friends, or associates, etc, and if they spoke with them the information Provided can not be factual. I DEMAND THE LISTED BANKRUPTCY BE REMOVED FROM ALL CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES!!!!

Consumer Complaint: Bankruptcy is on this report and needs to be removed immediately. I've sent a letter and still have not heard anything or had this item removed from all credit reports. They are in violation of two fair credit reporting act accounts. They have infringed my privacy and they do not have permissible purpose nor did they have my written instruction about this account.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX via certified mail in regard to an auto loan account that is involved in an ongoing XXXX case. In the later part of XXXX or early part of XXXX, I was considered XXXX due to a work injury, which XXXX XXXX was made aware of the XXXX case and deemed XXXX XXXX XXXX responsible for taking over my payments and submitting them to XXXX on my behalf. Since this agreement went into effect, I now have more than 10 late payments being reported to the credit reporting agencies; dropping my credit scores tremendously ; and leaving my credit profile damaged because of the number of late payments Prior to this, I have always had an outstanding relationship with XXXX and made every attempt to pay my bills on time. Therefore, due to the nature of the issues being that it was a XXXX case and their insurance company, I reached out to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX by phone to discuss my concerns regarding this matter and was told that " they could not help me and that I would have to reach out to the credit bureaus to dispute it ''. I even went to the extent of paying the final payment bring the account to a XXXX balance in hope that this would be resolved. I do not understand how XXXX was not able to help me resolve this when they are the one who reports the account status to the credit reporting agencies. This matter has caused a great amount of stress from being denied for credit and now my character has been questioned as if I don't pay my bills on time. I respectfully ask, due to the nature of the issue stemming from a XXXX case that they DELETE the account from being reported to Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX or update all the late payments on this account to paid on time and as agreed. If this is not or I will have to seek legal counsel.
