Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: Lexis nexis, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX has violated my privacy which is a violation of the FCRA. Lexis Nexis continue to list a dismissed bankruptcy as confirmed. I am aware that Lexis Nexis receive their information from a third party verification system known as a pacer system. This system is sometimes inaccurate because of the limitations of providing a complete Social Security number. Although it is your policy to keep reporting bankruptcy that is filed, dismissed, or adjudicated for up to 10 years, the Fair Credit Reporting Act mentions nothing in Section 1681c relating to bankruptcy about dismissals or filings. The law clearly states from date of adjudication or date of order relief. As a consumer I have a right to privacy Under the FCRA, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( 4 ) which states, There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibility with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to PRIVACY.

Consumer Complaint: Lexisnexis has incorrect information on my report. Misspelled names and addresses that are not mine. These misspelled names are linked to every address that is not my address. On record 5, lexisnexis reported a birthdate that is not mine. Lexisnexis reported that I graduated from a college in XXXX, at the age of XXXX which is incorrect. Because I graduated from high school in XXXX, at the age of XXXX. There are insurance policies that are not mine. I never owned a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never owned a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I believe lexisnexis reported a lot of my fathers information on my report. Being that i am a JR. i want every incorrect name off my report. I want every single address that is NOT MINE removed off my report. I live at one address, and that is the address i want reported. I want those insurance policies that are NOT MINE removed off my report. Every phone number listed on my report has never been my phone number. I want those deleted immediately. I want that bankruptcy removed immediately. That is not my public record. That is not my address that is associated with that public record.
