Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to remove an Public record that has been incorrectly reporting on my credit report. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) this accounts in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate. I am not disputing that I file the bankruptcy. Currently listed on all 3 credit bureaus are different court names and different case number/Docket number. I ask you how can 3 of our Bureaus report 3 different record. I have went ahead and contacted Lexis Nexis to remove this inaccurate Public record. I already contacted the courts and have provided me the letter that they do not release any information to anyone. I have also attach a copy of there bankruptcy report and my Bankruptcy report showing different and incomplete information.

Consumer Complaint: My name is ( XXXX XXXX ) I am a consumer/ natural woman submitting this complaint on the behalf of myself without any influence of any third party being involved. Fraud has been committed on my consumer report, and I did not consent, nor authorized these transactions on my consumer report. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and Lexis Nexis broke the law in accordance with 15 U.S.C 1681a ( e ). Bankruptcy information is excluded from consumer reports pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681c. I have the right to privacy of non-public personal information in accordance with 15 U.S.C 6801 and the right to know where and how to direct the disclosure of my non- public information and I'm exercising that right demanding the each CRA mentioned above permanently remove the bankruptcy from my nonpublic information on my consumer report.

Consumer Complaint: on XX/XX/2022 I have sent a certified letter to Lexis Nexis pertaining an alleged bankruptcy that they are verifying on my credit report to the credit bureaus. They still haven't replied back its been over 30 days.I have sent this letter multiple times before in the pass with a copy of my id and proof of my address. The company replies back that they can't verify my identity After i have sent the all my proof of my identification. I strongly believe that they are trying to avoid me and my concern about the bankruptcy that they are verifying on my credit report to the credit bureaus. They haven't sent me any documentation of information that used to verify this alleged bankruptcy. If they can't send support verifying documents they have to removed this bankruptcy from my credit report but they won't The company is simply not responding back.

There is an inaccurate bankruptcy that is reporting on my credit report that I am in immediate need to address and correct. The bankruptcy should not be reporting on my credit report at all. Please help!

Consumer Complaint: XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and LEXISNEXIS have continued to report unauthorized information on my credit report. I have disputed this information several times with no avail. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX all state that they have received and verified information from LexisNexis who lied and stated it gets its information the Bankruptcy Court. The Bankruptcy Court is not a creditor and does not furnish any information to credit bureaus they buy data from LexisNexis a company that I have requested not furnish any information on my behalf and have also opt, out. as I am entitled to. I Per FCRA information being furnished must come directly from the creditor and must be accurate and the creditor must have followed the credit reporting guidelines before reporting information to credit bureaus. Furthermore, I have never given consent for LexisNexis to furnish any date on my behalf which is required per FCRA.
