Consumer Complaint: I have reached out to LexisNexis on three separate occasions in an effort to get my consumer report from them. They are reporting incorrect bankruptcy information that does not belong to me. They confirm this information to XXXX and XXXX however on the report I received on XX/XX/XXXX there isn't any bankruptcies showing on my XXXX consumer report that said, subsequent attempts to get my consumer report from Lexisnexis has been denied. THey asked fr a copy of my Driver License and Social Security card which I have submitted they confirm that they have received and attached to my file however they still deny my request. at this Point THis should be assumed to be collusion between XXXX and Lexisnexis to keep incorrect, illegal and misleading information on my credit report. My family and I have suffered irrecoverable harm because of the actions of LexisNexis and XXXX. It is my wish that they deliver to me a true and correct copy of my Lexisnexis consumer report. That they remove the unverifiable information that they are reporting on me. The XXXX XXXX of Texas Bankruptcy court explicitly states that they do not verify Bankruptcy information with any source or requester Both LexisNexis and XXXX need to stop the collusion to keep incorrect information on my Credit reports. the following information is in question with both Lexisnexis and experian and should immediately be removed from both sources. I reached out to Bankruptcy court regarding if they furnished the bankruptcy to Lexis Nexis they responded they did not, the letter is attached.. I sent Lexis Nexis a handwritten letter around XX/XX/2022 exercising my federal rights and they have failed to respond. Lexis Nexis did not have a Permissible Purpose, and bankruptcies shall be excluded per the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. I HAVE NOT GIVING WRITTEN INSTRUCTION TO FURNISH THIS INFORMATION NOR HAVE I GIVING AUTHORIZED USE OF MY INFORMATION TO LEXIS NEXIS. REMOVE THIS INFORMATION TO PREVENT FURTHER INJURIES.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis has over 80 pages of information about me. They are reporting things going back over 20 years. I've called them many times to remove anything from inaccurate addresses to outdated information. The most recent would be they reported an " at fault accident '' on XX/XX/2022 in which I was not at fault. I was made aware when I was searching for auto insurance for my new car last week. I was quoted at rates being hundreds of dollars more than what I should be paying. If it wasn't for LexisNexis/XXXX reporting that untrue info I would have a descent rate. Is that normal to have over XXXX pages of info on just one person especially when most of it is false? I did call them today and they tried to say that they have me as " not at fault '' but why report anything about it? I believe they only said I'm not at fault because I called them and confronted them about it. XXXX XXXX was not the only insurer that told me this, XXXX told me as well. So I don't believe what they told me over the phone they are lying trying to protect themselves.

Consumer Complaint: Congress enacted the FCRA in 1970 to ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of credit reports. 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( b ). I filed a certified dispute with XXXX and it was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX received the letter on XX/XX/XXXX. In this complaint I requested that only my name, XXXX XXXX, be listed on my credit report to reflect accurate reporting and I produced a State issued driver 's license as proof of identification and XXXX is still reporting XXXX XXXX XXXX on my credit report as a former name which could lead to fraud because there are so many XXXX XXXX. I request that this information be removed or masked. This letter also included a dispute of bankruptcy information reported by LexisNexis, which included a XXXX XXXX Account which is closed which indicates that it is a bankruptcy account. LexisNexis has no permissible reason to report information, does not have my written consent to report and in fact I have opted-out of LexisNexis at least twice. The bankruptcy court does not report information to any agency. This is an infringement on my right to privacy and continues to oppress me and is discriminatory. In addition, I mailed a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX, requesting that XXXX send me the Sources and Report Recipients for Report # XXXX and " Description of Procedures for Reinvestigation '' for LexisNexis and all other disputed information ; XXXX received this request on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter today from XXXX saying that I can request a Description of Procedures for Reinvestigation for the disputes related to report # XXXX. XXXX has five days to provide this information to me and has failed to do so.
