Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the FCRA the agencies below have violated my rights, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX LexisNexis. 15 USC 1681 ( 602 ) ( A ) ( 4 ), states that there is a NEED to insure that the consumer reporting agencies exercise their GRAVE RESPONSIBILITIES with FAIRNESS, IMPARTIALITY, and RESPECT for the consumers right to privacy and each of these entities have denied me that right by furnishing information about me without verifying WITH ME that any of that information was correct. 15 USC 1681 ( 604 ) ( A ) ( 2 ) states a consumer reporting agency can NOT furnish a consumer report without my written instructions to do so, yet each of these agencies have done so without my written consent! Per 15 USC 1681 ( 604 ) C lexisnexis illegally furnished reports in connection to insurance transactions that were not initiated by me. Never have I authorized any of these agencies to provide any such reports on my behave. 15 USC 1681s- ( 2 ) ( A ) ( 1 ) a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any reporting agency if the person knows of and has reasonable cause to believe the information is inaccurate, yet inaccurate information was STILL furnished after I constantly disputed the accuracy of it, in which gave them reasonable cause to believe that the information they were reporting was not accurate! 11 different Federal loans servicing accounts was shown to be removed from my XXXX report in XXXX stating that since the account is no longer on my credit report, its details wont be factored into my credit score, and that accounts can sometimes be removed due to things like disputes and reporting ERRORS. The same 11 accounts were removed from my XXXX and XXXX report in XXXX, simultaneously 11 new accounts named XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX showed up on all reporting agencies in which I have no knowledge of who or what that is and its alleged a debt dating back 9 years. Not only are these alleged accounts just being reporting by these agencies they all have conflicting information across the different agencies showing different amount of missed payments to these alleged accounts hurting my credit score even more. Ive disputed these alleged accounts along with all the others to no avail, and yet theyre allowed to be furnished on my reports still! 15 USC 1681i ( 2 ) ( A ) states A procedure in case of disputed accuracy, 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) a treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ; if after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of completeness or accuracy of ANY information contained in a consumers file at the consumer reporting agency is disputed by a consumer, if an item of the information is found to be inaccurate OR incomplete OR can NOT BE VERIFIED, the reporting agency shall ( 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer OR modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on results of the reinvestigation, permanently block the reporting of that item of information and ( 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ) 5 ( A ) ( ii ) ) notify the furnisher of that information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. Despite every account Ive disputed with each of these agencies Ive always been met with that the accounts been verified and accurate per the accounts remaining on my reports, but never have I been provided with findings on HOW that information was verified and deemed accurate! Per 15 USC 1681i ( A ) ( 6 ) ( B ) a consumer reporting agency SHALL PROVIDE to a consumer IN WRITING before the expiration of the 5-day period, a DETAILED description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information by the agency including the business name and address & telephone number of any furnished of information contacted in connection with such information. Ive never received such information even after requesting so. Per 15 USC 1681 ( A ) ( 3 ) consumer reporting agencies have ASSUMED a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. so I leave you with this, I did not appoint any of these agencies to gather nor furnish any alleged information involving me or my credit worthiness, credit capacity, character, or my general reputation, they assumed that role! Inaccurate credit reports DIRECTLY IMPAIR the efficiency of the banking system, furthermore unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. The banking system is DEPENDENT upon FAIR AND ACCURATE credit reporting in which XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and LEXISNEXIS is not abiding by! 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 8 ) ( A ) Cfpb ( the bureau ) in consultation with the Federal Trade Commission , the Federal banking agencies, and the National Credit Union Administration XXXX shall prescribe regulations that shall identify the circumstances under which a furnisher shall be REQUIRED to reinvestigate a dispute concerning the accuracy and integrity of information contained in a consumer report in hopes to result in the most expeditious resolution of any such dispute. I hope you do the right thing and assure me my rights are NOT to be violated by enforcing the accuracy regulations and guidelines REQUIRED! 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 9 ) ( E ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( B ) the Bureau SHALL establish and MAINTAIN guidelines for use by EACH person that furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency, furthermore prescribe regulation ms REQUIRING each person that furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency to establish reasonable policies and procedures for IMPLEMENTING the guidelines established. As the bureau it is also your duty to examine the policies and processes that reporting agencies employ to conduct reinvestigations and CORRECT inaccurate information relating to the consumer that has been furnished to the reporting agencies per 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 9 ) ( E ) ( 2 ) ( D ). As a direct result of these reporting agencies furnishing inaccurate information Ive been discriminated against and denied while trying to extent credit based solely on whats been furnished on these credit reports, my character have been assassinated & my reputation completely destroyed! By these agencies violating my rights to privacy my alleged information have been breached and exposed to hacker and didnt forum. I truly hope you can correct this awful wrong thats been done against me. I would hate to have to take legal action against these credit reporting agencies from impeding on my rights but if I have to I will, not only criminally but civilly as well!

Consumer Complaint: Updated and new information regarding complaint XXXX. LexisNexis stated in its letter to my CPFB complaint that it reached out to me via email to request information regarding authentication. LexisNexis never sent me an email asking me to authenticate. The only thing they sent me is a letter in the mail which I have attached. They asked for me to send them info to authenticate via mail or email. I sent them an email to the address they provided giving them a copy of my drivers license and the information they requested in the letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I have attached a copy of that email showing that I did respond. In there letter they stated the closed the investigation on XX/XX/XXXX. Also in the letter LexisNexis indicated that the 3 consumer reporting agencies XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX are the ones who are responsible for the bankruptcy being on my consumer report. I called all three companies and they informed me that it was LexisNexis that was responsible for furnishing the information to them and that they are required to report that information under the FCRA. Someone is lying and I the consumer am being harmed by these deceptive practices. When I called and spoke to an LexisNexis agent via telephone they stated that the investigation was still open and would be concluded around XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX and that they would send an updated consumer report. LexisNexis lied in its letter to the CPFB and I have proof showing I submitted the information they were looking for.

Consumer Complaint: I have submitted multiple disputes to Lexis Nexis and they have failed to investigate those disputes or even respond to them. They are in violation of the FCRA and the TX XXXX XXXX. My Lexis Nexis reports contains multiple inaccuracies to include email addresses, phone numbers, public records, and outdated information that is well beyond the 7 years in which it is allowed to report. They have continued to report this inaccurate information for over a year now violating my consumer rights. Additionally, they have provided information to insurance companies that is inaccurate. Fabricated accidents and claims have caused me to have to pay significantly more in premiums. Lastly, they are reporting this information or verifying this information with the major credit bureaus causing issues for me to get approved for credit. When I resubmitted the dispute, they asked for a copy of my driver 's licenses which is not required to dispute inaccurate information. It was provided to them ; yet the disputes were never processed. Failure to validate the information disputed within 30 days, the information disputed MUST be deleted I have confirmed that the information is still reporting.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I am filing this complaint for the THIRD time because upon my research it appears that Lexisnexis is furnishing invalid, inaccurate, unauthorized, and unverifiable information on without written consent. I have wrote to courts and pacer and i have proof that each one of the do not provide information to third parties companies such as LexisNexis. Lexis Nexis promotes fishing bankruptcies on Pacer which is a third party who search for information and sells this consumers information without written consent. By reporting this information it has terribly harmed my ability to obtain credit and caused great harm to financial well being. I demand that this information based on the my permission. LexisNexis provides inaccurate unauthorized and unverifiable information on companies Verified and Unverified consumer reporting list. I have attached my supporting documentation to this complaint. I demand this information be deleted immediately from my profile on your verified and your unverified consumer reports, By reporting this information you are in violation of multiple consumer laws in including privacy law *15 USC SEC *** ( a 4 ) *15 US Code** b Permissible purpose of consumer reports *15USC*** a ( e ) Investigative consumer report by the provisions By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that this item be investigated and removed from report immediately. It is my understanding that you will recheck these items, and remove immediately. Also, since The Company wants to fabricate on last letter ( XX/XX/2022 ) attached is copy of my ID and proof and resident and email from Lexisnexis showing that have received my verification dated ( XX/XX/2022 ). I would like to know who gave Lexis Nexus permission to put XXXX XXXX bankruptcy on credit profile. I need to see a wet signature, and I am going to keep filing a complaint because LexisNexis is lying and never tried contact me via email STOP! falsely putting thing on these letters to cover up your wrong doings.

Lien was placed on my credit report, however account has been documented as satisfied. I contacted IRS to have this removed they advise they do not handle removal of liens and to contact my credit bureau I contacted credit bureau and they advised not sure if it can be removed would be escalated to resolution team and i would receive a response in 30 days. It has been well over 30 days.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022. I sent a letter to the courthouse asking do they report bankruptcies to the credit bureau. Their return letter stated, " The United States Bankruptcy Court does not report any information to the credit bureaus and is not responsible for verifying or validating information from consumers credit files. '' I sent certified letters to the credit bureaus let them know that I did not give them permission or written consent to them or any other agency to furnish my information. How did the credit bureaus edify my bankruptcy as 100 % accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC 1681. nor did they follow their own consent policy. It is damaging to my reputation and a blatant disregard to my right to privacy. 15 USC section 603 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term " investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of being is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer 's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. The have violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureaus violated my given rights under 15 USC 1681. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to : 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions According to : 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
