Consumer Complaint: LEXIS NEXIS SUPPLIED FRAUDULENT INFORMATION TO THE CFPB regarding complaint # XXXX. Lexis Nexis stated the information was removed per the letter to the CFPB, my insurance rates yet increased again to {$430.00} dollars a month starting in XXXX. I was notified via another Insurance Company as their rates were vastly different with a rate of $ XXXXa month. LexisNexis has violated the following : 1. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) " Infringed Upon a Consumer 's right to privacy '' and 2. 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) No Permissible purpose/ No written instruction I had recently received notification from a customer service representative from XXXX as my insurance rate has increased ; when I inquired about the increase in my insurance premiums, the rep advised that it was due to a report obtained from Lexis Nexis and a ticket that I was reported in XX/XX/2021 I am still waiting for the case to reset regarding the alleged ticket issued due to the request for reasonable accommodations based on my XXXX. ( See attachments from the courts ). Therefore, the Information obtained is inaccurate and fraudulent at BEST. Accordingly, I REQUEST THE FRAUDULENT INFORMATION THAT IS BEING REPORTED TO BE REMOVED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY BEFORE A LAWSUIT IS ENSUED AGAINST LexisNexis/XXXX Based on my XXXX and the discriminatory terms provided I will also contact the U.S. Department of Justice civil rights against LexisNexis. I am REQUESTING USAA DELETE THE INFORMATION FROM LEXISNEXIS due to their violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681, et seq., as amended. A complaint with the FTC and CFPB along with Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ), Commodities and Future Trade Commission ( CFTC ) and the IRS will be filed to include the Department of Justice for FINANCIAL CRIMES AND INSURANCE FRAUD. I am utterly disgusted of the fraudulent, deceptive business trade acts of the insurance companies and banks and LEXISNEXIS for provided the deceptive information to a federal agency to avoid penalties. However, they continue to has no regard for stealing from consumers by any means NECESSARY.

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint because on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I requested validation of information reported by Lexis Nexis to the Credit Bureaus. Based upon my own personal research it appears that Lexis Nexis is in violation of multiple consumer laws by furnishing unauthorized, and unverifiable information on my behalf without my written consent. By reporting this information, it has terribly harmed my ability to obtain credit and caused great harm to my financial well-being. I demand that this information be deleted based on the premise that the company is not following the consumer laws guidelines. The item in question is an alleged XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy. I demand Lexis Nexis delete and remove this unauthorized, inaccurate, and unverifiable information on all company consumer reporting lists. ( 2 ) An elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers. ( 3 ) Consumer reporting agencies have assured a vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other information on consumers. ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy, 3. Congress makes it clear that a consumer has the right to privacy. They never definewhat privacy is because only the CONSUMER can define what privacy is to the CONSUMER I am stating that the bankruptcy listed on my consumer credit profile is private and should not have been disclosed by 3rd party creditors which are listed in this affidavit as stated above LEXISNEXIS CORPORATION 4. CREDITOR failed to provide permissible purposes of consumer reports this is violation of 15 usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) ( a ) In General Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 1 ) In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury, or a subpoena issued in accordance with section 5318 of title 31 or section 3486 of title 18. ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. 5. Affiant is a victim of INFRINGEMENT UPON A CONSUMERS RIGHTS. LEXISNEXIS did not have permissible purpose nor did they have my written instruction. I did not provide them with written instruction and documentation does not exist allowing permissible purpose, if so you have 4 days from the receipt of this affidavit to provide such documentation. Failure to provide these documents requires immediate deletion of this Bankruptcy ( reference number : XXXX ) Failure to remove this item from my consumer report will result in a fine in the excess amount of more than {$5000.00} dollars. 3. 6. PRIVACY ACT This written communication constitutes Affiant due process notice for being heard absent compliance with all requirement set forth herein CREDITOR, are barred from using any defense of immunity from prosecution for CREDITOR act, actions and omission, including their principal agent assigns, employees and the like. 7. CREDITOR lack of authorization means IDENTITY THEFT pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( a ) ( 3 ). 15. Any man or woman having first hand knowledge of all the facts asserted herein and having absolute power and authority to rebut this affidavit must rebut each and every point separately with the rebutting partys own signature and endorsement notarized, under the penalty of perjury and willing to testify, and executed as true, correct, and complete with positive proof attached. Absent positive proof any rebuttal shall be deemed null and void having no force or effect, thereby waiving any of CREDITOR immunities or defenses. 16. I submitted to LEXISNEXIS a letter from the bankruptcy court from XXXX and emails from PACER from XXXX and XXXX stating they do not verify these public records.
