Consumer Complaint: I received a letter in the mail from Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions dated XX/XX/XXXX. Titled Colorado XXXX XXXX Notice. It said I was receiving the letter because : " [ 1 ] report ( s ) of negative information added to your file. '' I immediately went on their website as instructed in the letter and request a copy of the disclosure report. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter in the mail stating that they couldn't process my request. I emailed them explaining the situation on XX/XX/XXXX, and they responded with a boilerplate email containing information that did not address my concern about what they would need to process my request for the report. I replied to the email on XX/XX/XXXX and received the same boilerplate response again. On XXXX I completed the online request again, trying to see if I could decipher what the issue might be with their inability to process my request. I got the same boilerplate letter in response again today. I have also tried to call them on the phone and get only a recording that loops over and over again. It is as if there are no actual humans working for this credit reporting company. They are completely unresponsive and unprofessional.
