Consumer Complaint: Im having issue with obtaining my consumer report from Lexis Nexis. I spoke with XXXX ( ID # XXXX ) on XX/XX/22. I was informed that I asked for a security freeze on XX/XX/22 and I unsuccessfully attempted to order my consumer report on XX/XX/22 and again on XX/XX/22. They informed me that the request was unsuccessful because the information did not match. The irony is, they sent out a letter on XX/XX/22 to let me know my information did not match, XXXX weeks from the initial request, but this is the exact same information I provided to them on the phone on XX/XX/22. Furthermore, they claim that they sent the report out on XX/XX/22 ( after I spoke with them on the phone ) but I still have not received anything. After speaking with them on XX/XX/22 said they have submitted another request to send me the information I need to access the file. As of today, again I have not received anything from. From what I understand according to the FCRA I have the right to a free report once a year. With or without this report, I want any and all penalties to be enforced on this company. This has to violate every right that exists to a consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed dispute after dispute and also suppressed my records with LexisNexis due to them reporting inaccurate information in my public records and stating that the pacer service center provided this information. This is pertaining to a bankruptcy that I filed in XX/XX/XXXX and it was closed on XX/XX/XXXX and it was dismissed not XXXX LexisNexis verified this information as accurate when it fact it is not accurate an causing total harm to my credit file. So I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX and was able to obtain proof from them that this case was in fact dismissed and not granted a discharge and they also provided documentation. Case I.D . XXXX Debtor Disposition : Discharge Denied Pending status case closed Flags : Repeat CLOSED Filed : XXXX XXXX Upon speaking with LexisNexis after my identity was verified it was stated to me that they dont even have this bankruptcy on file and neither did they report this to XXXX because my information is suppressed so they couldnt verify I am attaching proof of my address a bill and my drivers license I want this issue fixed and they continue to go back in forth when I have information from the Pacer service center providing correct information

Consumer Complaint: received a letter from a company called LexisNexis Risk Solutions stating I have 4 negative reports on my file. I checked my credit history and there are no reports of any kind. They want me to go online and get the report but I will not pay for something I can get for free, nor will I call them due to the fact they most likely will continue to call and harrass, as other companies have done. This is an on going problem with me, I keep getting calls and letters and I do my research and find if the companies are legit. Any help will be appreciated in this matter.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, on XXXX XXXX I submitted a complaint about the credit reporting agencies concerning two bankruptcies on my report. These are the complaints that I sent, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I never complained about the accuracy of those bankruptcies. My complaint was that they should be removed. The law clearly states that I have the right to privacy per 15 U.S.C 1681. Also the courts do not provide bankruptcy information to the credit reporting agencies. I submitted my documents including the letter from the court stating that they do not provide said information. Those items should be removed given that's the law.

Consumer Complaint: I became aware in XX/XX/XXXX when my homeowners insurance company said I received a higher rate because of my credit report, that Lexis Nexis was combining my credit information with another woman 's who had the same first name and a social security number with one digit difference. I have been through this correction with the 3 other bureaus. It has taken seven phone calls and all the information but a CLUE report has been removed. Lexis Nexis is telling me that can't remove the other woman 's accident report because it was put there by the insurance company. Apparently they have no process to correct their error in combining my report with hers. In addition there is a new CLUE report from my auto insurance company of XXXX claims for windshield replacement that XXXX has said they did not report. The new CLUE report was not on any of the previous 6 requests I made so I have to believe it is retaliatory and I would like it removed. I have not had any accidents and would like the CLUE reports not related to me removed. It is unconscionable to have no process to correct their mistakes.
