Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from LexisNexis Risk Solutions, dated XXXX, about my credit report. The letter stated " [ 1 ] report ( s ) of negative information added to your file. '' I was shocked and concerned because my credit is very good. However, I know identity theft can and does occur. I called them to ask about this and spoke with a woman called XXXX. She wanted me to verify my identity in order to provide a report detailing this negative information. So after asking as many questions as I could to verify who they were and what this information was, " XXXX '' told me that XXXX made " eight hard inquiries '' from XXXX to open new credit. I provided my name, address, birthdate, SSN, etc. to verify my identity. While XXXX put me on hold to open an investigation and dispute, '' I checked XXXX and XXXX According to these sources, my credit is fine and there were no hard inquiries. When XXXX '' came back on the line and I told her this, she had no answers or explanations. She just insisted that they would open the investigation. She was in a hurry to get off of the phone after this. When she hung up, I XXXX the company again and learned that the XXXX gives them a D-. I called the XXXX and they advised me what to do to address identity theft and fraud.

Consumer Complaint: In ordinance with the fair Credit Reporting act, everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. This company and 3rd party bureau iolated my rights. 15USC 1681 section 208a states I have the right to privacy. 16 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish my account or account info without my written consent.

Consumer Complaint: LexisNexis is illegally reporting tax XXXX. I disputed this tax XXXX on my LexisNexis consumer report multiple times with LexisNexis. LexisNexis you have stated in your response to me that you verified this information with the furnisher. I contacted the furnisher of this federal tax XXXX XXXX XXXX of Deed and they stated in there response letter to me that they do not verified or report information to any credit reporting agency. LexisNexis response to me that you verify this information with the furnisher was a mistake or lie. I have provided as proof documentation the letter from the XXXX XXXX of Deed clearly stated that they dont report or verify information with credit reporting agencies. I have also provided the XXXX of Truth I sent to you via certified mail to ensure you receive my dispute and for tracking purposes in case legal action is need.

Consumer Complaint: I have recently been denied housing due to alleged eviction. The eviction is listed from residence of XXXX XXXX. Address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX. I have no knowledge of this address, let alone an alleged eviction. This is my second attempt to resolve this issue. I have also taken things into my own hands and retrieved confirmation from the apartment contract that the Social Security number does not match mine. I want this and any other alleged eviction attached to the incorrect social Security number be removed from my consumer reports immediately!! This has caused extreme hardship, denial of a home, and mental anguish.

Consumer Complaint: I did a recent review of my consumer reports with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. All three agencies are reporting a XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy which all 3 reported this information came from LexisNexis. I sent a letter to LexisNexis via certified mail ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) dated XX/XX/XXXX letting them know that they, LexixNexis and the other 3 credit reporting agencies have violated my consumer rights to privacy by reporting this information without my permission. I also contacted the bankruptcy court who stated they do not provide any consumer information to credit reporting agencies. I told LexisNexis to remove this inaccurate information from any report/file that they have on me and to stop reporting this information to other credit reporting agencies. LexisNexis sent a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating the results of their reinvestigation came from them reviewing their bankruptcy records that they received from XXXX. I have contacted XXXX and they stated they do not contact consumer reporting and credit reporting agencies. Since a reasonable reinvestigation was not conducted. I want LexisNexis, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to stop all reporting of any bankruptcy on my consumer/credit reports and files immediately and to provide me with updated reports/files upon removal.

Consumer Complaint: Most recent attempt to get erroneous information not accurate removed from my credit report. XXXX continue to list items as verified when the accounts are not verified cease and desist from these negligent and harmful actions to my credit were submit to dispute this false information. They continue to list when other bureaus have since removed this account due to unvalidate fraudulent reports for collections accounts. Lexis nexis continue to supply inaccurate addresses and refuses online access on my file. I complete several form requesting online access and I am still refused access to file to have these inaccuracies removed. when applying for credit the actions are returning adverse due to inaccuracies in my lexis nexis file that they refusing me when my identity has been verified. Its been more than two years since I have been provided access to my file.
