Consumer Complaint: It appears that my credit file has been compromised. Again, I was going through my records & noticed many information, accounts, or items which do not belong to me. Since Im a stickler for research, I found that under section 605b of the FCRA the 3 credit Bureaus are required by law to remove & block any accounts or information which is found to be opened due to identity theft. The dispute items do not belong to me. Im attaching the required FTC Report for you and the bank 's records ( learned through more research both parties require ). Please remove these files. XXXX XXXX XXXX : - ; Bankruptcy XXXX XXXX Reference # : XXXX ; Bankruptcy : XXXX XXXX Reference # : XXXX ; If the credit bureaus feel there is a possibility these items belong to me I will require all documentation that bears my signature ( another research item found that requires you to verify with 100 % accuracy that each item is 100 % true, accurate, correct, complete & VERIFIABLE ). If the credit bureaus do not provide any records & claim the item is verified please understand I will seek legal action. I do not take kindly to games nor does my attorney. SO please comply with the law so this matter can be handled swiftly.

Consumer Complaint: I reached out to Lexis NEXIS concerned about an alleged public record listed on my consumer report on XX/XX/2022, couple of months later received an envelope containing a link and PIN number to access my updated report which allegedly showed the bankruptcy being unverifiable and therefore removed, I contacted them shortly after and they told me they were to communicate to the mayor credit bureaus of the changes and today XX/XX/2022 just found out that they still havent reached to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX further more I learned that they are still housing the XXXX XXXX XXXX in a unverified account department. This company continues to violate the laws, my rights as a consumer and not being held accountable for the inconvenience and damages being inflicted.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, under the penalty of perjury affirm that all forthcoming statements are true. In XXXX of XXXX I submitted a CFPB complaint against XXXX for reporting unverifiable public record information to my XXXX credit report and file. The unverifiable public record account being reported by XXXX is as listed : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that this public record being reported has permissible purpose because it was verified as accurate by reseller Lexis Nexis as of XX/XX/2022 but Lexis Nexis is saying the complete opposite. Lexis Nexis is saying that the public record is unverifiable at that Lexis Nexis has made the decision to delete and remove the unverifiable public record information as of XX/XX/2022. XXXX claim they investigated this dispute and that it was verified as accurate by Lexis Nexis but there is no way they attempted to investigate the accuracy of the information if LEXIS Nexis is saying that the information is unverifiable. If Lexis Nexis sold this information to XXXX and are now saying they can not verify the information and the XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX is also saying that they do not verify or validate disputed information, then that means that XXXX has no way of validating this disputed public record information and shall delete the fraudulent account immediately pursuant to Fair Credit Reporting Act subsection 15 USC 1681b. If XXXX refuses to delete this public record account that can not be verified or validated, then I will be forced to pursue remedy by filing a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX of New Jersey before a competent court of law! XXXX could be liable criminally and civilly for FCRA violations. Delete public record account immediately as it lacks permissible purpose for reporting and also continues to violate my federally protected rights now making me a victim.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for a loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX yesterday online, and was approved. They told me to finish the process via telephone. During the telephone call they had me answer security questions, which I passed, but then at the very end they said they had to decline my application because I moved about 5 weeks ago and my new address was not yet on file with LexisNexis. I asked if I could go into the branch and show appropriate documentation like my government ID to verify my address, and they said no. LexisNexis said it was not what they had on file and solely because of that they had to deny my loan. I searched LexisNexis 's site on how to dispute my address and get it updated, and I found a document here : https : //consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/img/Dispute_Process_Steps.pdf. The telephone address given for disputes regarding liens ( XXXX XXXX ) is an invalid extension. The number asks for 5 digits, and the 4 digit one on the document does not work. If you try to navigate the system, it just keeps putting you in circles to prevent you from talking to a human to place the dispute. LexisNexis appears to be actively trying to prevent people from disputing incorrect data that is affecting their financial wellbeing. I hope the regulators will persuade them to put a clear and functioning process in place for consumer data corrections, as their current conduct is harming the public interest.

Consumer Complaint: I received my consumer report from LexisNexis which contained XXXX pages. In the report there were countless amounts of errors, information that did not belong to me and information that should not have been connected to me in any way shape form or fashion. I sent a certified letter advising LexisNexis of all the the incorrect and outdated information along with my XXXX issued drivers license and my social security card. A letter was sent back to me dated XX/XX/2022 in response stating that they needed additional information to start an investigation they stated the documents were either not legible, Some or all of the identity verification documents I submitted did not qualify in order to very my identity.I do not understand what additional information is needed. Also they have on my report I am married to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have only been married XXXX time is i still have my married name. Also LexisNexis has my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX on my report as sharing an insurance policy together. We have NEVER applied for or shared an insurance policy together. The list of as many of the inaccuracies will be included.
