Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022 I began mailing letters to the major credit bureaus in regard to my credit report. While some of the items were removed, the following still remain. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under XXXX5 USC 1681. Account name : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, Account name : XXXX XXXX XXXX, has violated my rights. XXXX5 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information or Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: According to, the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) promotes the accuracy, fairness. All three bureau 's I have asked for information showing proof of this bankruptcy they are reporting on my credit profile. I have sent letters to all three bureau 's from lexis nexis stating that they didn't release or report this inaccuracy to the three bureau 's. Now the three bureau 's have stated in there reports they received this information from lexis nexis. I have sent the three bureaus a letter from the bankruptcy courts showing they have never released any information regarding my name to anyone. All three are refusing to provide me information or proof that a bankruptcy belongs to me. It's not fair that these agency can still report inaccuracy on my report and cost me thousands of dollars. I wanted to complaint against the bureaus

Consumer Complaint: 2ND COMPLAINT Dear Sir, I am in receipt of the response from LexisNexis regarding my complaint # XXXX. In their response, LexisNexis acknowledges that US Bankruptcy Courts do not provide information directly to consumer reporting agencies and that they ( LexisNexis ) have not verified the information they are providing to the three credit bureaus in accordance with FCRA laws, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii. LexisNexis confirms that they obtain their information from a third-party electronic source which is XXXX Their acknowledgment of third-party information collection confirms that they are in direct violation of FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii, and therefore the bankruptcies they are reporting should be immediately deleted. Please note, a third-party furnisher of information, such as PACER, does not meet the standards set by the FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) ONLY the Bankruptcy Court should be the furnisher of information, not a third-party source. According to the FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) regarding the procedures of reinvestigation states if requested by the consumer, a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available I demand direct, not third-party, proof according to FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) from LexisNexis of the following : 1. The courthouse name. 2. the name of the person who verified the bankruptcy. 3. the court address. 4. the court telephone number ; and 5. the documentation used to verify the bankruptcy If LexisNexis can not provide the information requested above in accordance with FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) regarding the procedures of reinvestigation, I request that the CFPB take the appropriate action against LexisNexis for violation of federal law and additionally demand that the bankruptcies be removed from my credit report. If the unverified bankruptcies, according to FCRA, Section 611, paragraph ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ), are not removed within thirty days further action will be taken not to exclude legal remedies.

Consumer Complaint: Good afternoon, I contact lexisnexis in order to correct my address because in their report continues to place me in different past addresses except for my current address. I upload all the documents they ask. and they sent me a letter saying they need more documents and the documents I sent can be read. I resend all documents and more of the information they ask. and receive a second letter asking for me to go into a website that they provide but nothing can be done in the website. Im see that they just try to give me the run around until I get tired and give up, I just need the correct address on my report I dont need a soup of address except for my current address. that is simple only my current address should be in my report. Please if possible I like them to fix the issue and send you the proof that the situation is resolve. Thanks in advance

Consumer Complaint: I have written LEXIS-NEXIS a few times, asking them to verify how they verified a bankruptcy and asked them if they could remove it if it could not be verified. They are still showing it on my most recent Lexis Nexis report. I know the courthouse is do not report anything. I also know that the credit bureaus have came back and told me that they received the information from LEXIS-NEXIS and they just gather your stuff through public information and post it and sell it to the credit bureaus. I also know that just because something is a public record does not mean its true and accurate and that is not a verifiable source.
